• I won £150 on big bass day at the races and it hasn’t credited on my player account it’s as if I didn’t win. I have emailed 3 times and no reply. No way of getting in touch by phone or no live chat been playing on here for awhile and I thought it was a good site but this has completely put me off playing. I do actually have the transaction ID for the winnings as I got it from the replay option so I can actually prove it I just can’t get in touch with anyone!!!!

• I have won over £6000 this past week however I am unable to withdraw!!!! This isnt the first time I have verified all of my information but they are saying this could be due to additional checks! Sorry but no I have verified. I shouldnt have to email you every time I want to withdraw. Please change your system WizardSlots - I am struggling to see how this is even legal with the Gambling Commissions strict rules. We should be able to deposit and withdraw when we want. • As with many other players I have experienced severe issues when trying to withdraw my winnings. Although I provided docs not long ago they asked for all these again then wanted various bank statements to show deposits to them. It seems they drag out this process unnecessarily. Funny how they still allow you to deposit money though.

• Absolute scammers. Sent through about 10 forms of id passport drivers license mortgage statement and still nothing. Hardly surprising so many bad reviews

• Very complicated verification process the photo Id one is ridiculous customer support rubbish takes 2/3 days to hear back and it says they are receiving high volume of emails that’s hardly surprising judging by my experience to make things even better when you win and need withdrawal it doesn’t work and says more checks are needed bit of a shame but I feel this company just makes it very hard for customers to use their site and enjoy a gamble Also charge you £2.50 each withdrawal I would pass and join somewhere else to be honest

• Same boat guys 7.5k in my withdrawal balance and not letting withdraw I do have all my verifications green ticked but still waiting I will say though they will every 3 months ask for proof again on address but I always get my cash eventually.

Overall experience

• As much as the verification process seems over the top if you upload your documents correctly then the process can be no bother at all. Once my documents were accepted my withdrawal was processes and from changing from pending to processed my money was in my bank within a couple of hours. The only negative I have is you can only have one pending withdrawal. You cant withdraw multiple times.

Great site

• I read about the problems people were having on the website after trying to withdraw my winnings and having to verify all documentation. The documentation went through without a problem and I’ve had many withdrawals. I haven’t had any problems and generally once I withdraw the money hits my bank within a few hours. Only downside is I wish they had an online chat option or a phone number doing everything through email in the hope someone will respond is poor. I have just tried withdrawing again and now it’s saying I need to speak to customer services for some routine checks before I can withdraw again. I’ve never known so much checks and details and responsible gaming things now on these websites it just takes the fun from it. It used to be no questions asked which it isn’t when you deposit but trying to withdraw isn’t great. Plus you get charged £2.50 each withdrawal
