• If I could do negative stars I would. I am from Canada and had no issues with obtaining access some slight problems with finding the FS owed to me after my first deposit. BUT things went south from there. I was playing several games and then moves to one called Big Tuna Bonanza. I purchased two bonus games and had really good luck with the second winning over $1500 CAD. Weird thing though? Woo Casino lost these credits and then somehow lost my gameplay records as well......Hmmm what a coincidence. Stay away if possible!!

I was able to deposit using my bank card with relative simple ease you put in the card details choose your deposit amount click deposit and the moneys in your casino account almost instantly. They’ve really made the part of the process where they take your money truely seamless.The same can not be said of the flip side unfortunately. I have 2 seperate withdrawal experiences to share. First time I won about $600 - 700. Not finished playing then so I requested to withdraw $400….Before I’d even made the request I made sure to upload all verification documents or so I thought… In the following 3 hours I continued playing with the money I’d left in my account all the while thinking my withdrawal was on its way… eventually I ran out of money…. I went and resubmitted all verification documents for a second time as if one of them have been incorrect. After making the initial request I received another email saying that they had rejected certain verification documents but gave me no reason why. When pushed for exactly what it was that I failed to provide to them I am still at a loss as to what verification they need from ME in order to withdraw my winnings. The whole experience left a very sour taste behind. So avoid Woo casino if you don’t like sour tastes instead of the uplifting joy that comes when you withdraw a nice win
