I can’t get the balance that’s remaining on the account:( also it seems to pay out in the slots very too easily I was either very lucky or there’s something fishy going on

- Absolutely ridiculous constant back and forth wish I would of read the reviews before I had to deal with this told it could take a few hours then they cant put a timeframe on it then its a process and can take upto 5 business days no apology just taken my money and told to wait patiently and that everything is fine. - Same issue as previous post canceled a withdrawel and the funds werent recredited to my account. Spoke to customer services (if you could call it that) via live chat multiple times they tell you that the issue has been passed on to another team wont give a time limit on how long it could take just leave you hanging.I have another withdrawel pending as well which has been over 24h it is the weekend so will wait for a few days to see if this processes but not feing positive about any of it.Will be contacting the gambling commission if the payments arent made.Do not use.
