Withdrawal Woes

• I requested a withdrawal for $1500 on 10/03/25 via Coindraw. I was due to receive the funds on 10/09. I didn’t receive them so I signed into my account today and the $1500.00 was magically out of the withdrawal status and back onto my playing account. Sunrise decided on 10/09 (the same day I was to get my refund which was verified via chat on 10/08) to downgrade my VIP Status and make me no longer eligible for the fastest withdrawal of Coindraw. Therefore I’m required to wait another 7 to 10 BUSINESS days for approval and then another 7 to 10 days for my funds to be deposited. Coindraw was an option when I requested the withdrawal but the casino decided I hadn’t deposited enough lately to earn the privilege of retaining the fastest withdrawal option (even after it was offered when I requested a refund.) Interestingly enough they will not allow you to deposit or claim free spins while you have a pending withdrawal so you get penalized for not depositing or playing even when the casino won’t allow play. The only thing that makes sense is this is just a stall tactic to keep from paying out the funds in a timely manner. As soon as I receive my funds (if ever) I will close my account permanently. Saddened and sickened by the underhanded treatment.

• I’ve won and collected a good amount until recently. Apparently if you win too much they take your VIP status away and you’re left with the slowest payout method available. It will take a year to collect the full amount with Bitcoin withdraw. Which comes out to about one payment a month

Arounds in rhetoric about how long it takes and whatnot but if you get on their case about coin draw stating that winnings are almost instantaneously then they will tell you that youre in Q and withdrawal takes a 168 hours. I got the winnings in exactly a 168 hours from the time that I requested the withdrawal. Coin draw is an automated way of getting paid. Unlike having to have a managers approval. So heres not only great there are other sites. 2 of them if you use coin droid you get paid in 2 hours so I dont understand why it teach them. The withdrawal sat for a long time until I emailed and got a response from a rep who said they would escalate it.Waited two weeks and sent another email. Response was that they would escalate it to a supervisor.Noted in my transactions in the game that it was reviewed by a manager and denied. Then the next day it was reviewed by another manager and approved for a $2500 withdrawal.Waited another two weeks and sent another email. Response was that it was held up in the system but that he would check on it.Received an email the next week that it was approved and was being sent to be dispersed to bitcoin and it should be seven days. I received an email two weeks later that I was approved for $100 withdrawal and it showed up in my bitcoin wallet the next day. I waited a couple days and did not receive my other $2400 so I emailed again.I was then told that I could not withdraw the $2400 because it was won with free play money. I argued with the rep but to no avail. He said I won from free play that was left from my first free play where I had a balance of $.29!!!So even when I deposited $30 and $200 and won almost $3000 they considered it coming from the free play money and would not send it to me. I asked them why they paid the $100 if it was from free play and he said they were just being nice to me for the trouble I had with them. I asked him to put the remaining $2400 back into my players account so I could at least keep playing for fun but he said that it would be the same issue that I wouldnt be able to withdraw the money so they basically stole the $2400 from me.THIS IS SUCH A SCAM!!!!
