- Hi guys its very rare that I choose to post comments but today Im so down that I cant help it. I hope I can stop others from ending up in this situation. Here starts my story I made a deposit of 1100 euros with a 50% bonus. I lost a good deal of almost all my money before I won a bit big in bonus money. I won almost 11000 thousand euros one of the biggest wins Ive ever had but I had to sell/revert the amount quite a lot before the amount was released. Then I suddenly see that only 4200 euros were released which I find very strange. I contacted customer service to find out what the problem was they say that I had broken the bonus rules and I should not have played more than about 5 euros at a time and that is why they had confiscated the winnings. It was heartbreaking to receive that message but even so I thought that I was still in the plus + and then I withdrew the entire amount.(4200 euros) . today I once again received a new e-mail telling me that almost the entire amount had been confiscated due to the break of the bonus rule. It felt like being shot straight through the heart. I only got some of my real money that had been deposited by . I cant believe my ears that they can do something like that. I have no words to insert. Ive almost gone into depression mode and Im simply not feeling well. Folks there is also a more moderate way of exploiting people but xlbet exploits people in the worst way. One of the worst betting sites out there. It is none other than the mafia gang behind this website. I am considering taking the matter further by contacting the Malta Gambling Authority to begin with. Spread my comment everywhere you can if you are kind so that more of us are not robbed by these bandits.

- Welcoming bonus says that first bet odds have to be min 1.8.Maybe in finnish rules its writed wrong or something but I placed bet with 2 different odds 1.7 and 1.2 with total 2.1 odd. Customer service said that I cant get free bet? Cant understand this... Also I asked 4 times about free bet they said its coming. After 5 days I get this information...Dont play here they just try to get your money...

- Hello and good day.I want to tell you about my situation with XLBet I received an email about a 100% deposit bonus and I deposited NOK 400 and played for NOK 800! What I played was sweet bonanza and bought a bonus which is not allowed with bonus money. And they said that I played with a bonus and they have converted the bonus money to real contact balance and it was NOK 5000. I have never experienced that on other sites on other sites I have played until X times the bonus has been played. So then I thought okay fine then I only have NOK 5000 real balance and then I dont want to buy more bonus and play odds. I put NOK 4000 on a coupon with 3 football matches and won about NOK 15000 and this was with my real cash balances and not a bonus. I also sat on a new coupon and won about NOK 8000. This is with a real contact balance and I tried to withdraw by bank transfer via revolout then I was told that I have to withdraw the money via the card I deposited with! So I do it and suddenly around 28000 kroner have been confiscated because I bought a bonus on sweet bonanza... this is ridiculously tragic and a serious breach of fraud from XLbet.
