Youâre left hanging with no solution no money and no proper explanation.Their typical response is something like:âDear *** thank you for contacting us. We hope this email is helpful and friendly. Dear *** it seems that none of your withdrawal methods are available. Please try againâŠââ and then it goes nowhere.My summary after nearly two years:It started out okay but after the first few months withdrawing any meaningful amount of money became nearly impossible. If youâre unlucky enough to win something like âŹ2500 prepare for a drawn-out process that feels like imprisonment. The mental toll constant delays contradictory communication and repeated document requests make the whole experience feel like psychological harassment.Avoid this casino. Youâll be doing yourself a huge favor.
