• Ive been a customer to Zodiac for 6 years. Won a few times my biggest withdrawal was 9000$. However this casino have changed. I can really notice that for the last 6 months. Since they updated their system with the chatbot its all just gone downhill. No winnings cant wager any bonus off for a balance that i could withdraw not even 50$. If you win a few thousands be sure that you will be depositing a few thousands before you win again...You will lose at least double the amount that you won before you win again. My experience. So since they updated their site its got really bad. Im sure others feel the same way too.

• I love this site. Not won large amounts but some decent withdrawals. Took 1 working day to receive them . • The games do not add winning to the total. This happened at least a dozen times on 2 different games. What a rip off. No response from the website because they use bots. No email to respond with Scammers.

• Lots of games but they never pay out…the games close unexpectedly. And glitch whenever your close to winning anything. Asked the agent how often the games are tested and payout rate and they gave me run around answers. Also when you do withdrawl funds they go through a “48 hour security hold” where it holds the funds in the casino and can be reversed which is complete bs considering I’ve played at casinos that release funds within an hour and have your winnings the next day. I 100% believe this is a tactic to entice you to reverse your winnings. Their bonuses suck and the wagering is unbelievable. I would save your money and gamble elsewhere. Also there’s no where to set deposit and loss limitations. Truly goes to show how much they care for their players. Avoid any site affiliated with casino rewards.

My experience

• I haven’t ever withdrawn from Zodiac Casino. The one time I requested to when I did have about £170 of wins I received a message informing me that they could no longer pay my winnings into my type of bank account that I deposited from and to choose an alternative method to receive payment. Unfortunately I put all my winnings back. I think this site does not like paying out and will try to entice you to reverse your withdrawal request. Also the wagering requirements are too high for the bonuses received. You have to win an awful lot before the bonus goes down to nil and after that when playing into your cash balance you suddenly seem to be losing so as you will be encouraged to deposit again and again. I think this casino causes its customers to chase their own tails until they have nothing left. I find it hard to trust any casino that won’t pay out.

• Good setup up but a few problems are there make the bonuses extremely hard to get changed the cash happy to take your money but they moment you want free spins they will only attached them to deposits but when I was a new player they was giving the out left right and centre. • Very pleased and surprised with my win at Zodiac Casino after paying the required £1 minimum deposit and getting the bonus of 80 free spins.
