You cant make a withdrawl

• Its easy to make an account and deposit but when it comes to KYC and verify your account its impossible.I made a small deposit won around €800 and send in the documents they asked for but they refused my bank statement screenshot....why? well no one could tell me.....its truely this bad at this casino.I got a mail saying i need to show them a screenshot of my bank where it shows my name transaction amount the receiver’s name the transaction ID and the date.The screenshot had ALL of that and yet it got refused i even send them PDF files from my bank and nope no good so apprently nothing is.So i went to the online chat support asked multiple times why it wasent accepted and what as needed or missing due to it being refused and the support couldent tell me at all.....heres the last message from my chat with them.Nate:Is there anything else I can help you with?
