Zotabet doesnt pay their withdrawals
- The timelines for paying out money is absurd. They give you the old excuse that they are processing the withdrawals manually and are going through the list. If this casino is in fact paying out withdrawals all day everyday and hasnt gotten to mine for days this company would be out of money.The whole VIP status is just a way so that live chat can pass the responsibility of answering questions to someone else.This is not a good site. Please look at other reputable sites that will actually pay you.I will continually update to show their lack of progress. If I can help one player avoid this site then hopefully they will realize the games that they play with people arent acceptable and there are many other sites that are trustworthy unlike Zotabet. Update : not really an update or surprise at all they are faster at responding to negative reviews than they are paying their players. My withdrawal has been pending for almost 3 days with no one working on it but this review has been up for 12 hours and they are all over it. If they spent the amount of time processing their withdrawals they wouldnt have to have to do damage control. I have emailed support vip manager and live chat and only get the same copy and paste answers.PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE!!Another update: its been 5 days now and still nothing! - Problem 1wont let you withdraw your money. even though you do not take any offer your own cash has to be wagered 3x before you can request withdrawal. Attaching the lines from their T&C Any deposit has to be wagered 3 times (player must place bets three times of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal. Otherwise the Casino has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal which is at the sole decision of the CasinoThis makes this casino a total sham. Problem 2 - This casino will ask for documents just like any other casino but here is where they are very sneaky. They wont tell you upfront why you need to submit and they will keep on asking a new document and keep on rejecting your withdrawal request. Once you do verify after 5-7 times of document deopsit. They will go silent and wont process your request for 2-4 days. Problem 3 - Their T&C are almost predatory and do not give you a fair chance to win or even take the money you have deposited. Stay away all 5 star comments are paid and they do it regularly to keep genuine feedback like mine below in the page.
