However when my account wasnt verified they responded very quickly by cancelling my withdrawals but now with a fully verified account they take weeks to process and approve withdrawals.Its ridiculous. • Terrible online casino. They are happy to let you deposit and spend money but when it comes to paying out they wont. I had a 15 email exchange just to try and change my address for account verification. Each time they said something different or I was missing something. Never giving me the whole information.
