• lost 2 hands out of 8 to a higher full house first hand I had queens and eights lost to kings then the other kings and tens lost to Aces Ive lost hands when clearly Ive had the best hand at the table and they give the hand to someone that clearly has a worst hand than i do.When i purchase chips I get winning hands for that night and at the end of play Im always up and from that night on I seem to lose more and more each night and then when the week is up I cant seem to win much at all. so Im guessing they now want me to purchase more chips I have played this site for about six weeks and it has become so obvious its a scam PLAYER BEWARE!!!!

• Been playing this game for 7 years + and still amazes me how they get away with the lying cheating fixed rigged game that they are. True problem is since being bought out by Take Two from UK they are even worse. How can 1 player same player win 45 6 hands in a row. Not with cheap hands like pair 2s but with full house straights straight flush or 4 of a kind. 90% of hands are won on river. Doesnt matter if you play 10 hands or a 100. you still lose. Now that they are using AI they can target players to lose so they will buy more chips and line their pockets with unreal profits. If u are a Gambler who buys chips spend you money at WSOP WPT or Poker Heat. Better return on your $$$$. Another problem is their reporting system does not work and 98% of the time they take no action even when it is so obvious a 2 year old can see it. I LMAO and Puke at the same time. • In the last month I have been shorted millions of Gold which translates into Trillion of Chips. Extra purchase buy and I get 245% but I only get 225% bonus. I have screenshots which theoretically would mean TRILLIONS of chips for 50K spins. I have sent screenshots NUMEROUS times but all I get from Customer Service is we have no control.... This game needs to be investigated by the responsible Interstate Fraud authorities for their blatant fraud. I have sent screenshots answered numerous e-mails and all I have got in return is deceptive canned and fraudulent responses. I am seriously considering contacting the appropriate States Attorneys General on a nation wide basis for their blatant fraudulent and illegal activities. This consistent fraud needs to stop NOW!!

• They do not value me as a customer. While it is the best looking poker app and the easiest to play visually the service is horrendous. They do not give out enough free stuff to compensate customers that spend a lot. I typically spend 150 a month. That may sound like a lot for a fake money poker game and it is. It’s easy to lose quickly. The wheel that you spin using gold is probably fixed. I have never won a large bonus. Ever.

I was playing one night on a slower table with pocket queens and met the ckeck or bet. on the flop there was a queen and no other higher cards someone placed a bet and while watching the timer which was no where close to the end it automatically folded my hand and everyone elses hands too.I e-mailed them several times about it and I get a response that their program has a problem and they are working on it. now they want to know when exactly the time this happened and I still get a run around.I havent played since then. Oh I almost fogot if you accidentally click on an event it automatically puts you in the game and you automatically lose your buy in if it is a spin and win.you cant back out of it even if the table doesnt show up. Thats why I wont play anymore. I have found better sites. Dont waste your time or money here its a scam

my faith in Zynga poker has been restored

• First of all I have read many of the reviews here and I will say that I DO NOT THINK THE GAME IS RIGGED. I have played over 400000 hands and yes I have had my share of bad beats but also my fair share of wins too. It all evens out in the end. It is a well-known fact that you will remember a bad loss much longer than you will remember a good win. So I think that the people who are complaining that the game is rigged are just bad losers or maybe not very good poker players or perhaps just very unlucky. Anyway my issue was that several billion chips had disappeared for my account after somehow being placed at a very high stakes table which I did not request to join and then when I tried to leave that table I had already lost several billion chips either in a lost hand or possibly a lost ante. I sent a message to customer service and did not get a response. The next day I sent another message to customer service and again didnt get a response. Then I left a bad review saying that the customer service was not responsive. But today after leaving a third message for customer service and being very persistent I finally got a response from them and they replaced the chips to my account. So my faith in Zynga and Zynga customer support has been restored. Thank you!

• This is without a doubt the most rigged poker app there is. When youre a new player its absolutely impossible to keep any of your chips because the game is so slanted in the favor of players ranked higher than you. Lets go over the things that happen like clockwork in this game: 1. As a new player youll very likely be the lowest ranked player at any table. What this means is that you will be dealt nothing but rags over and over and over again while the higher ranked players are getting face cards or big pocket pairs repeatedly. 2. The higher ranked players are going to flop a big (usually top) pair almost every single hand that they play. 3. As a new player every single time you get dealt any pocket pair someone else at the table (usually gold rank) will be dealt pocket aces. 4. Every single time you make a straight you will lose because there is a four card flush on the board. Every time you make two pair someone (usually gold rank) will suck out with trips on the river. Every time you flop a set you will lose because there is a four card straight on the board. 5. If you get dealt pocket kings a gold rank player will get dealt pocket aces. If you get dealt pocket aces you will lose every single time because a high ranked player will flop trips every single time. I could go on and on.Now you might be thinking why would gold ranked players be at low buy-in beginner tables in the first place? A great question. The sad reality is that high ranked players select beginner tables because theyre likely to be the highest rank and as such know that the game is completely rigged in their favor. They know theyre going to get dealt big cards every single hand while the new players will go 20+ hands in a row (I once went 34 straight hands) without being dealt a single face card. And what they do is they shove all in pre flop every single hand (because they know theyre likely to have higher cards than the lower ranks) completely ruining the game for everyone else. On top of all of this when you do end up winning a pot the house takes 15% of the pot. So if you win a 100000 chip pot you only get 85000 because the house gets the other 15000. This gets particularly frustrating when you end up splitting a pot with another play. There are five players to a table everyone pays the ante. At showdown there are only two players left and they split the pot with the same hand. Despite the entire table paying the ante you will always end up with less chips than you started the hand with despite splitting the pot. The game is an absolute joke and is a disgrace to poker. In all honestly the app should be report to and fined by the Gaming Commission. I say this because they allow people to spend real money on the app to buy chips only to have players lose them all on rigged game. DO NOT PLAY ZYNGA POKER.

Same old stuff

• I used to play zynga many years ago due to illness. It was a frustrating and funny in a maddening way. The way the cards played was surprising. The bad beats were common and you often saw if not on the end of it 7-2 8-3 and the like going all in and winning against the top pairs. People were actually paying money to buy chips to play. Only to be fleeced with such hands. I once went 16 hands without getting dealt a card higher than 8. I recently saw the game still going online and took a look and played for a while. The game has not gotten any better same old beat downs and terrible cards. Still have one or two people (probably bots) going all in with crap cards and winning. What has changed is the efforts they make to entice you to buy chips. Things have really been glitzed up. If you enjoy a decent hand of poker this isnt a site for you. If your looking for a few hours of fun and stupid antics give it a go. Good luckAddition on 8th.My friend and I decided to see how far we could actually get without buying chips and playing (or trying to) a decent game of poker. It has been confirmed by us both that if you call an all in even with hold Aces you would most likely lose 95% of the time. We had eleven As multiple aks etc top cards and lost to 8 3s 7 2s and the like in nearly all cases. We had reached a total of 723 million chips but it seemed that we were being forced to play at 5 million plus tables. The rewards were restricted to playing at the higher end tables and made harder to achieve at the low end tables. Playing to our best hands we were dealt 3 full houses in four hands and lost two of them. We decided to go all out to lose chips at this point frustrated with the level of losing and blew through the remaing 200 million chips in about 20 minutes. Every change of table would take you to various buy chips at this price screen. Done and done with this site. Despite efforts to remain calm and have fun the hands one loses to is too frustrating to have any real fun on this site. We also believe that there are employees playing for the company and may be able to see your cards.
