BetRivers.net social casino review

The welcome bonus at BetRivers.net casino is a no-deposit bonus of 20 VC$ Virtual Credits (VC$). This bonus is then paid out to all players every four hours.

You’ll also have one daily free spin on the wheel for a chance to win up to 1000 VC$ plus a free bingo bonus which you can use to win up to 50 VC$ each time.

No bonus codes are required to claim any of the casino bonuses mentioned above. They will all be available to claim when you are logged in to your BetRivers.NET account.

Each wager you place on the Betrivers.NET casino games will reward you with Play Points. You can use these for scratch cards bonus wheel spins and other prizes in the Rewards Center.

Considering that BetRivers.NET belongs to the social casinos category I’m quite impressed with the variety of bonuses and promotions the site offers. First off you’ll get free VC$ every four hours meaning you can claim up to a huge 120 VC$ within the same 24-hour period.I particularly like the Daily Wheel – who wouldn’t want a prize of up to 1000 VC$ to spend on the games? It sure beats paying real money to play the BetRivers.NET casino games! Then there’s the free bingo – this may not be to everyone’s style but it’s great if you enjoy the game. It’s also a nice way to earn more VC$ – always a plus. And if that wasn’t enough there’s the Rewards Center. You’ll collect Play Points with every wager you place with the possibility of exchanging them for scratch cards and bonus wheels. The only thing I don’t like about this is that you need to be a registered player to get the full picture of how it works. I think that BetRivers.NET would benefit from being a bit more transparent about the Rewards Center and what you can get out of it.

There are a total of 478 games on the BetRivers.NET casino desktop site. Of these 451 are slots nine are video poker games six are table games and 21 are live casino games. 472 of these are available on mobile devices.

The BetRivers.NET casino games are only available to registered and logged-in players. There are demo versions available for registered players who are logged in.

The game selection at BetRivers.NET casino is vast – there’s something for everyone and the selection far trumps mid-range sweeps casinos like Chumba casino that have around 100 games. While Betriver’s game filters are rather basic they offer more than your average social casino. You can choose to filter by game type software provider or alphabetically. There’s also a search bar if you know what you’re looking for. I think it’s always good to be able to select the game type rather than scrolling through an endless catalog.Speaking of the catalog you’ll find 478 games 451 of which are slots. You’ll even find 21 live casino tables at BetRivers.NET casino which isn’t typical of social casinos – definitely a plus! Rush Games casino is the only other social casino with live games we’ve really seen take off and spoiler alert it’s a sister casino for BetRivers.NET.You’ll see a little mobile icon beneath some of the games – I think this is misleading as you’d think there are just over 100 games available on mobile when in reality you can play 99% of the games on mobile devices.Another thing is that you need to be registered and logged in before you’re able to try the games out. This means that you’ll need to spend your virtual cash to find the right games for you.

A total of 20 providers power the BetRivers.NET casino slots and games. These include top names like Pragmatic Play Konami Games and NetEnt.

BetRivers.NET feels like an online gambling site but is a social casino and therefore doesn’t offer any real money payouts. That said you can still get a high-quality gaming experience through games by well-known providers like AGS and Booongo Games.

I’m quite impressed with the number of software providers at BetRivers.NET casino. My review uncovered 20 of them – not something you find at many social online casinos. What’s more you’ll find big names like NetEnt and Pragmatic Play meaning there are some of the same games you’ll find at real money casinos. The only difference is that Betrivers.NET casino allows you to play the slots for fun rather than for real money.I would have liked to see more providers like Playtech (which you can find at Huuuge social casino) but I suppose those are kept for the BetRivers.NET sister casinos.

You can purchase virtual credits (VC$) using Visa Mastercard American Express Discover credit cards debit cards prepaid cards or PayPal or bank transfer at BetRivers.NET casino. You can do this on desktop or through the browser app on your phone or tablet.

BetRivers.NET casino isn’t a real money online casino which means you won’t be able to withdraw any of your winnings. You can use them to continue playing the games but you cannot convert them into withdrawable real money.

I’d say that for a social casino in the US BetRivers.NET offers a good range of payment methods. You won’t find e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller but you can use major credit or debit cards. I like the fact that you can also use PayPal. Any online casino that accepts PayPal has an added layer of security for everyone who doesn’t wish to disclose their credit card details. The cashier is easy to find and even easier to use. If you’ve ever made an online payment then you’re already proficient in purchasing Virtual Credits. It’s nice that you’ll get these for free as it means you’re not obliged to fork out real money. It’s like BetRivers.NET casino dishes out regular no deposit bonuses which is always great to have.

BetRivers.NET casino’s reputation is strong across all its brands – including the brick-and-mortar establishment and the real online casino. The games have a Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures randomness and fairness of all outcomes.

BetRivers.NET uses the 256-bit SSL technology to encrypt your personal information and activity. As it is a social casino BetRivers.NET doesn’t require audits and there are no regulatory bodies.

Despite being a social casino you’ll need to verify your age before playing at BetRivers.NET casino. You’ll do this during the registration process as you’ll be asked to provide certain information like your address and date of birth. This is laid out in their terms of service.

I’d say that the security features BetRivers.NET casino offers are rather basic but considering that it’s a social casino and no real money is involved I don’t expect much. Having said that the brand is well-known in the US – it is famous for its real money online casino platform and brick-and-mortar establishment so it’s got my seal of trust.Another plus is that BetRivers.NET social casino is available in 47 states in the US so it’s even available in states like Illinois where online casinos aren’t legal.

Click on the ‘Help Center’ tab in the BetRivers.NET header to access the customer service options. These include detailed FAQs and email.

There is no live chat available at BetRivers.NET casino. However you’ll be able to contact customer support through the messaging function on their Facebook page and via email.

Considering BetRivers.NET is a social casino I didn’t have high expectations with regard to customer service. You can tell it’s legit because agents reply to the comments on their Facebook page but other than the customer support leaves much to be desired when compared to the BetRivers real money casino counterpart.Having said that there is an exhaustive list of FAQs available in the Help Center. These all relate to useful topics like promotions cashier and technical. I found the links in the answers particularly useful. There’s also the option to email player support within the same page. Clicking on this will open up your preferred email too which I think is a nice touch.

I’m reasonably happy with the usability BetRivers.NET casino offers its players. Navigation is intuitive and everything is easy to find thanks to the high-contrast colors of the site. However the site can be quite slow and a little glitchy on both desktop and specifically mobile. Searching for games is pretty hassle-free with the detailed filtering system – you can even select games based on their payouts and the number of paylines they have. The only thing I’m not too crazy about is that the BetRivers.NET’s live casino games are mixed in with the regular table games. This makes it hard to distinguish between the two. It also extends the list as you’ve got two categories of games merged into one. Other than that no complaints here!
