Pulsz social casino review 2024

Pulsz casino recently updated its offering and it’s become a very strong competitor on account of that. You’ll receive 5000 GC upon sign up along with 2.3 SC. You can get free SC and GC through daily logins. Considering that most operators only give one Sweepstakes Coin when you sign up Pulsz is doing great here. One area where I have to give Pulsz a shoutout is with the value of their first purchase reward. In the normal store their highest-value package costs $99.99 and gets you 628000 GC. That’s about 6280 GC per dollar. In the $19.99 signup package you’re getting about 18109 GC per dollar — almost triple the value!IF you’re looking for more GC and SC Pulsz also has plenty of competitions and tournaments promoted on their social media pages so you should never need to spend a dime in this social caisno. Then there’s the VIP Loyalty Program which you’ll be a part of immediately. You’ll need to level up by playing the Pulsz casino slots and collecting VIP points. However the only thing the different levels offer is better deals in the store. Disappointing. It would have been nice to have more on-site promotions rather then consistently checking the FB page – here’s to hoping Pulsz casino will offer that in the future.

There are 700+ slots and games within the Pulsz casino lobby. Most of these (650+) are slots.

There are two table games one Texas hold ’em-style poker game and one blackjack game. Pulsz also includes a number of scratch card games which are quite rare to see at social casinos.

The casino states that roulette and baccarat are available too but we couldn’t find them — It probably means they’re coming soon and they updated the site info too early so keep an eye out. There are no live casino games available.

The Pulsz casino games are only available to registered and logged-in players. There are no demo versions available. However clicking on a game tile will give you information related to the volatility orientation top prize and minimum and maximum possible coin values you can play.

Additional games details

I’m quite impressed with the Pulsz casino slot collection – 650+ is a nice number for play-for-fun casinos which often cap out at less than 250.Pulsz shines in comparison to other social casinos like Fortune Coins which only has 45. The 23 jackpot slots and the table games together with their scratch cards bring Pulsz’s grand total up to over 500.You’ll have to be logged in to Pulsz casino to see the game portfolio. There is no demo mode available which is a bit annoying. However clicking on a game tile opens up a window that gives you useful information about minimum and maximum coin values volatility and top prizes.

The titles in the Pulsz casino games library are powered by 13 top software providers like NetEnt Pragmatic Play and Relax Gaming.

Although social casinos like Pulsz don’t offer real money payouts you can still enjoy popular online casino games like Starburst Wolf Gold and Divine Fortune thanks to the range of well-known software providers. You’ll find names like Evoplay Entertainment Spadegaming Booongo Games and Habanero.

I’m quite happy with the range of software providers at Pulsz casino. I found 13 names like NetEnt Pragmatic Play and Relax Gaming — all top operators in the industry. This is especially impressive for a social casinos since most only use bespoke software.Plenty of spots have much smaller libraries even strong operators like Funrize casino often have less than five. The only thing I’m a bit disappointed with is the lack of provider filtering. If you want to play games from a particular provider at Pulsz casino you’ll need to check each game individually. Other than that — zero complaints!

Pulsz casino facilitates the purchase of GC by offering the following payment methods: Trustly VISA Mastercard AMEX bank transfer Apple Pay Google Pay and Skrill. You’ll have the same payment options on all devices including the Pulsz casino app. The GC package prices range from $1.99 to $99.00.

Pulsz casino isn’t a real money online casino. It is a social gaming site with casino-style games. However entrants in Pulsz’s Promotional Sweepstakes program can win cash prizes. This program works through SC.

The important thing to note is that SC have no inherent $ USD value. They are not real money they cannot be purchased. They can only be given out by Pulsz social casino for free by winning them in games or through the following alternative methods:

Entrants who have acquired over 100 Sweepstakes Coins through gameplay are eligible to redeem them.

I’m pleased with the range of payment methods at Pulsz casino. Real money casinos tend to offer more variety but Pulsz is a relatively new social casino so it’s hardly to blame. You can use your credit or debit card Skrill or Trustly. The latter allows you to connect your bank account without having to disclose any credit card information which is always a plus. However I did not come across any prepaid card payment method which I wasn’t too pleased with. That’s a shame especially considering it’s not unheard of at online casinos that accept VISA.While reviewing the Pulsz social casino payment system I discovered that you will get Free Purchase Benefits with each Gold Coin package you purchase. These include VIP Points Golden Keys and sometimes Sweepstake Coins.

Pulsz casino is reputable and safe. In terms of reputation – the site has 112000+ followers on their Facebook page. Though not as high the numbers on their Instagram Twitter and Tik Tok pages are also significant.

All games are powered by well-known providers all of which use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure randomness and fairness with the outcomes of games. This is all cleared up in the terms of service.

When it comes to your personal information you can rest assured that this is managed securely thanks to the high-tech encryption system Pulsz casino uses.

My Pulsz casino review uncovered over 120000 Facebook followers which says a lot about the site’s legitimacy. After checking its other social media channels my opinion was cemented. The Pulsz casino slots are from providers that are well-known in the industry so even though there are no visible RNG seals it’s safe to assume that the outcomes are fair and random. Another safety feature is the SSL encryption technology Pulsz casino uses to process your personal information. You’ll get the same level of security when using the Pulsz casino app which is great. My only complaint is that residents of Washington Nevada Michigan and Idaho states cannot use the Pulsz casino.

The customer service options at Pulsz casino include FAQs via a bot emails and phone support. The latter is only available for queries related to payments.

There is no live chat available. However you can contact the customer support team via their social media messenger systems. Pulsz casino has Facebook Instagram Twitter and Tik Tok channels.

A pink chat bubble is available to Pulsz casino’s registered and logged in players. Opening this gives you access to the bot – the page’s FAQ system. Type in your question and the bot will reply.

If you still need assistance the bot will give you a link to Pulsz casino’s customer service ticketing system. Fill in your details and attach any relevant screenshots before submitting your ticket. A customer support agent will get back to you with a reply as soon as possible via email.

I’m quite disappointed with the level of customer service offered considering how many followers the site has. First off there is virtually zero customer support for unregistered players meaning you’ll have to create an account before being able to ask any questions you may have.Once you’re logged in you’ll have access to the bot which looks like a chat bubble in the lower right corner of the screen. Not exactly a live chat feature but it works well as an interactive help center. Simply type in your question and the bot will reply as best as it can.You can request to speak to a Pulsz casino customer service agent and the bot will provide you with a link to the ticketing system. I found no other way to access this form while reviewing the social casino. Then there’s the phone number which is great to have but is only available for payment queries. You won’t be able to talk to the Pulsz team about rewards games or other topics. If you’re looking for a strong customer service system I’d recommend other social casinos like Slotomania.

Pulsz like many other social casinos has a basic filtering system that allows you to sift through the games according to their feature or type. If you know the name of the game you want to play you can type it into Pulsz casino’s search bar.

Pulsz casino has a mobile app available on all devices and you’ll find the entire catalog of Pulsz casino slots and games wherever you play.

The first feature Pulsz casino offers is the choice between the light and dark theme. You can see how each one looks by using the toggle to the left of the screen.

Overall Pulsz casino is user-friendly and intuitive on both mobile and desktop. In my research for this review I uncovered two themes: light and dark. You can use the toggle to the left and choose the one you prefer – I find that the dark theme is easier on the eyes. The Pulsz casino has a decent filtering system offering categories such as Megaways jackpots and play the feature. There is even a search bar that allows you to look for the specific slot rather than scroll through the entire lobby. My only complaint is that here’s no page dedicated to promotions on the Pulsz main site or casino app. You’ll need to remember to keep an eye on the social casino’s social media pages to find out what’s up for grabs which is a bit annoying.
