Scrooge sweepstakes casino review

Scrooge sweepstakes casino has a fairly excellent welcome bonus gifting players with a high-value no-purchase promo right off the bat. You can get plenty of games in with the welcome bonus alone and even more with the daily login bonus.I am a bit disappointed to see a few promos missing. Sportzino casino offers both a VIP program and game-specific bonuses which are lacking in Scrooge. What is available though is enough to guarantee you won’t need to spend anything at Scrooge and all the bonuses are easy to acquire with no Scrooge promo codes required.

Scrooge offers 150+ different games 100+ of which are slot games. There are also eight jackpot games and nine table games. The table games include five video poker games two roulette tables one blackjack game and one baccarat table.

Currently there are no live games at Scrooge casino nor are demos offered for any of the games. Scrooge does regularly add new slots which you can find under the ‘New Releases’ tab.

The number of games can seem rather limited especially compared to WOW Vegas‘ 800+ games. Scrooge does manage to stand out from the crowd in variety though.First off unlike WOW Vegas Scrooge offers progressive jackpots and table games. There are even some unique “crash-style” games hidden among the slots where the payout grows the longer you stay in the game.Scrooge is also dedicated to increasing its library so hopefully we can see it compete more with the big casinos like WOW Vegas. For now I’ll be happy if they can just add demos to the games sometime soon.

There are four software providers at Scrooge casino. These include two well-known providers BGaming and Relax Gaming as well as two smaller providers KA Gaming and Slotmill.

There is no bespoke or live software provided at Scrooge casino. No downloads are required for any of the games and players can play instantly on any device.

Scrooge sweepstakes casino doesn’t have a lot of software providers but it does have quality providers. BGaming and Relax Gaming are well-known names in the industry with smooth glitch-free games.I do admit that I would have liked to see a few more software providers in there to boost up the library. Pulsz casino offers 13 software providers including names like NetEnt which allows players to play the ever-popular games like Starburst.Don’t get me wrong what’s here is good and it’s nice to see no downloads required to play the games. There’s just room for significant improvement in this department.

Scrooge casino offers six payment methods. These include five payment methods for purchases and two for prize redemption.

You can make purchases through VISA Mastercard American Express Discover or a host of crypto options including Scrooge’s Scroogecoin cryptocurrency. You can make withdrawals through PayPal or through the cryptocurrency you used to make a deposit.

Purchases are instant though prize redemption is between 48–72 hours. You’ll also need a minimum of 5000 ST to redeem a prize. Keep in mind that any transactions made through Scroogecoin will incur a 16% processing fee.

It’s not common to see a cryptocurrency casino that also offers alternative payment options. Stake.us casino only has crypto transactions so it’s nice to see Scrooge casino offer crypto while also offering alternatives.Just like Stake.us the cryptocurrency option is stained a bit through its 16% processing fees. It’s a common problem and removes the appeal of using crypto though again Scrooge casino deals with this by offering card and e-wallet options. It is a bit silly that they don’t offer PayPal as both a purchase and redemption option meaning your only transaction method that covers both options is crypto but it’s a bit of a nitpick and I’m glad to have the choice regardless.

Scrooge casino offers 256-bit SSL encryption with ECDSA elliptic-curve cryptography. This ensures that your payment and private information is safe from any would-be hackers.

The site also has plenty of Responsible Gambling (RG) tools including purchase limits self-exclusion and cooling-off periods. These can be accessed from the footer with the purchase limits also accessible through the sign-up form.

Scrooge casino is a hard nut to crack for any hackers thanks to elliptic-curve cryptography. We’ve only seen Pulsz and Golden Hearts Games use this kind of technology so it’s nice to see Scrooge fork out for it as well. Scrooge does fall a bit behind in the RG department. There are RG tools but not nearly enough as there should be. To compare Golden Hearts also has gameplay limits and a dedicated RG platform through Birches Health complete with counseling.Going as far as Golden Hearts may be a bit excessive but I’d like to see Scrooge casino at least offer some more tools for limits in the future.

Scrooge social casino offers three support channels for its players. There is 24/7 live chat with its customer support team as well as an email option. If you want to try to solve the problem yourself there is an FAQ and Help section.

All of these methods can be accessed from the footer of the site. Live chat gets a response roughly three to five minutes after sending a question while emails can take up to 12 hours to get an answer. In both cases the answers were clear and detailed.

Scrooge casino has a great customer support team on their hands. Their answers were clear and showed a knowledge of the platform and they were able to help me with every query I had.I was a bit disappointed with the wait times especially for emails which came in a full 12 hours later. I guess everyone is as excited as I am to talk to this team.If you have any problems you’re in safe hands with Scrooge as long as you’re willing to wait a short while.

Scrooge casino offers an excellent platform that is quite easy to use and navigate. There’s a clear black and gold color scheme that helps you quickly grasp the layout and highlights all the necessary buttons and filters. It’s a shame to not see a dedicated Scrooge mobile app but the mobile browser option is just as fast as the desktop one and offers all the games so not much is lost at least.I’d like to see some more complex filters added to Scrooge such as filtering by the game provider or game features but I’m nitpicking what is otherwise a very usable casino platform.
