• So the second review that I posted about this ville app they removed it cause I called them sc..... all of u know what I mean.But I just want to know something from this ville app.How much a customer of youres needs to loose till u let him win some back?I dont know about the others players but since I started playing this app no matter what gameno matter what stake they never let me win nothing. I spoke with a customer agent from them called Chris and literally in my 20 years of experience Ive never saw such a bad customer support like him.Today is the second day in a row when I play and literally nothing. I played 60£ lost 38 and they gave me win spins till i got back up to 70 (I know that should of been my time to redraw but we all know that nobody will do that) so i went on another game and literally from those 70£ i lost it allplus deposit another 20 on top and ofcours nothing not even 5£ back.what is shocking to me is the fact that from 90£ spent they showed me the bonus game around 5 times but never gave it and literally the highest win that I had was 350£ on a spin.Yesterday exactly the same like today so literally im sorry to say buy now u just went on top spot and u lot are nr 1 on my list with apps that I WONT RECOMMEND TO NOBODY AND THATS DEFINITELY THAT IM NOT PLAYING NO MORE ON THIS APP. • Awful app and company. If you are looking for a company that offers cash out then go elsewhere. Monitored a bet today and the ONLY time cash out was available was when it was losing. For the other 60 minutes my bet was winning no Cash out was available. Untrustworthy company

• This company started of reasonable but has since fell well short of any decent standard. An odd free €10 bet on promotions but they are scarce and altho they say they are automatically added they never are and u have to go asking. The customer care is generally terrible and they have no idea how gambling works. No matter how much you deposit and play its only ever 10e promotions. Ive caught them out on multiple lies with screenshot as proof but only one did the accept this and change the outcome. Another hight disappointing situation yesterday where the show the have zero respect for the customer.

• Their app is nearly unusable takes ages to log in and then it kicks you out after a couple minutes. Their odds leave a lot to be desired generally below the rest of the market very few if any extra places on races. Appear to not price up until they see what other bookmakers are doing. They offer you a bonus to match what you originally deposit upto £50. Unlike other bookmakers who generally give you a matched amount in free bets you have to play through over 8 times your initial deposit to get cash returns from your bonus. In my case for a £20 deposit they wanted me to play through £320. Glad I didn’t deposit much more and will defo be deleting their app.
