• I contacted 10bet via live chat after losing around £400 and clearly requested that my account be closed. The agent refused to close it and instead blocked my access.When a customer asks to close their account that request should be respected immediately. Blocking someone instead of properly processing a closure request is unacceptable.The handling of this situation felt dismissive and unprofessional.I would strongly advise others to be cautious based on my experience.

An odd free €10 bet on promotions but they are scarce and altho they say they are automatically added they never are and u have to go asking.
