The agent refused to close it and instead blocked my access.When a customer asks to close their account that request should be respected immediately. Blocking someone instead of properly processing a closure request is unacceptable.The handling of this situation felt dismissive and unprofessional.I would strongly advise others to be cautious based on my experience.

On February 11 2026 my account was abruptly suspended and my total balance of 9200 CNY was confiscated without any prior notice.The casino cited Clause 3 c. (non-recreational betting) as the reason for this seizure. I strongly contest this decision. I have been using this account for nearly two years and my recent activity includes diverse play across both sports and casino sections. Professional arbitrageurs do not engage in the type of recreational play that I have consistently demonstrated.Furthermore the casino has refused to provide any specific evidence or offer an identity verification (KYC) process to resolve their concerns simply stating their decision is final. • This company started of reasonable but has since fell well short of any decent standard. An odd free €10 bet on promotions but they are scarce and altho they say they are automatically added they never are and u have to go asking.
