The agent refused to close it and instead blocked my access.When a customer asks to close their account that request should be respected immediately. On February 11 2026 my account was abruptly suspended and my total balance of 9200 CNY was confiscated without any prior notice.The casino cited Clause 3 c. (non-recreational betting) as the reason for this seizure. I strongly contest this decision. An odd free €10 bet on promotions but they are scarce and altho they say they are automatically added they never are and u have to go asking.
