Verification nightmare and account closed

• Pink Casino suspended and later closed my 21.co.uk account (all Leo Vegas sites are connected like this) for not providing sufficient and correct documentation even though I sent my documents passport proof of address card photos and everything and had emails saying they were accepted (see my Pink Casino review).I had a small balance on 21.co.uk that was only trapped in my locked account for a week or so hence 2-stars... but still I had no messages about why my account was locked I had to figure out that these sites were connected in this way myself and it wasnt till my accounts were closed that they actually sent an emailing explaining it.When they closed my account they did pay my casino balance out to my bank right away which is about the only good thing I have to say about them.

Quick withdrawal but restrict quickly

• The account didnt last long after a few wins they restricted the account. Thats to be expected when your beating SP reguarly but what seperates them from some (not all) other bookies is that they restricted the account very quickly. Ulyimatley my time with this bookie was very short.No issues withdrawing funds. I made the request yesterday afternoon and it was in my account the next day mid morning (so less than 24hrs). So no conaitn from that aspect.

Awful company

• Awful company. Deposited fine no issues at all. When I made my first withdrawal for £520 I had to send in verification of id and address. Did both and was accepted. Withdrawal was sent (account reopened as they suspended until they got the documents approved their side). Deposited again later that evening won £400. Left it overnight thinking it would be fine and withdrawal would go through. Nothing by 10am spoke to live chat they suspended my account yet again and asked for more verification and said my previous address information wasn’t acceptable. Resent different address verification which was accepted then they asked for card photos which where also accepted by their system. Now getting told they have to run internal checks which they’re apparently allowed to do as per terms and conditions which states before any bets or wagers are made they can ask for verification. Except this is at withdrawal stage and I’ve no issues depositing or playing. Told constantly by live chat to wait for email waited all day and heard nothing. Chat option is useless as they don’t do anything & there’s no number to call.Absolutely appalled by this service having my account suspended twice and withdrawals withheld twice. I understood the first time there may be issues but seems this happens every time you make a withdrawal even after verification.I’ve deposited £620ish the past day & am STILL waiting on a £400 withdrawal
