• I deposited using Apple Pay my transaction was £10 a few minutes later they decided to help themselves to another £20 from my Apple wallet I hadn’t even begun to use my £10 deposit when I got a notification about the second transaction. The customer service side is a joke and you have to go through 20 rabbit holes just to actually speak to a real person and they’re about as useful as a chocolate fire guard. There are dozens of better websites out there that you could use avoid this one at all costs.

Worst betting site in my opinion

• Honestly the worst betting site I have ever used. The live chat keeps on glitching on and off so it’s hard to contact them. When I first deposited it gave me a casino bonus instead of a sports bonus and when I did finally contact them they said I should still get the sports after I had bet. Well I did my bet loses and I still haven’t received the bonus. The support is almost impossible to reach.

• Awful. Website glitched and couldn’t get in for weeks so my welcome free bets expired. Then took 3 months to verify my account! Finally get verified and tried to withdraw just to be told I needed to start the verification process again. Still waiting. Customer service less than useless in trying to help. Awful site

• I deposited £20 as instructed by their sign up bonus advert and shouldve received a £50 free sports bet. Instead I received a useless £20 casino bonus which had to be played through 50 times so was essentially impossible to make a profit from as (I later discovered after playing it for ages) even roulette doesnt count towards the total staked only boring slot machine games where the odds are massively against the player. I got so fed up after 2 hours of playing games I didnt want to play that I cancelled the bonus rather than play it out further. My £20 initial bet won turning a small profit and instead of instantly depositing the money in your bank account like every other site they are holding onto it pending verification even though they have already accepted my passport as ID. Even if I see my money again the site is so badly designed and hard to use and the payments are so slow that I will never consider using them again. I wish I never placed that bet and left the money in my bank account rather than wasting hours of my time trying to see an hours pay again.

I provided everything promptly yet my verification remains pending with no updates.Despite reaching out daily via live chat and email I have been completely ignored by their customer support. I pressed the deposit now link that was in the email and made the £100 deposit. I have since been told that this deposit doesnt qualify as it was made in the casino lobby and not the sports lobby. Ill remind you that I just pressed the link in their own email and made the deposit on the resulting landing page.
