- Absolute joke used to use this site regularly always paid out my withdrawals within 3 working days. then all of a sudden they requested documents which I provided on 5 separate occasions they accepted them and continued to tell me I will receive my withdrawals soon. Still waiting for my £3000 even thought they are happy to take more deposits but not pay me what’s owed. I have spoken them everyday for the last 6 weeks on live chat to be told there is no issues with my withdrawals and processed to be paid out 6 weeks later still waiting. Don’t want this to happen to anybody else don’t use this site!!

- Never played as they wanted all my documents and as there is No option to close your account you are forced to wait for 10 minutes in the chat and hope they respond. They never did so have now had to email to request to close an account I havent used. Looks like will take all day. CRAZY

- To be honest this casino is the only one where I have actually won something. Some days they take but they also pay out. I’ve been playing for months and one day I won almost £3000. After that they blocked my account and it took me nearly two weeks to receive my winnings. Now I cant play anymore because I share the same email address as my sister which is ridiculous. There was never an issue before but when I won a significant amount they decided to block my account due to the email coincidence. My sister hasn’t played in years because her account is also blocked. It just doesn’t make sense to me. While I would recommend this casino because of my previous experiences this situation has changed my mind.

- I wouldn’t give you 1 star. Absolute scam site I tried to withdraw winnings of £1525 said takes up to 3 business days withdrawal failed and they have kept my winnings. Now they have stopped replying to my emails and closed my account. Looks like you don’t get a response here as well
