Scammed by a Verified Affiliate & Ghosted by Support

I feel compelled to warn other users about the security risks regarding their payment methods and the absolute lack of customer support.The Incident:I attempted to make a deposit equivalent to $50 using one of the verified exchange payment affiliates listed directly on the 888starz official app and website. I followed the standard procedure: the affiliate provided their mobile cash app number and I transferred the funds expecting an instant credit to my gaming account.Instead the affiliate immediately blocked me. When I attempted to contact them via WhatsApp from different numbers to resolve the issue they blocked those numbers as well the moment they realized it was me. This was not a technical error; it was a deliberate scam by a vendor 888starz lists as verified.The Lack of Support:What makes this situation unforgivable is 888starz’s reaction. I have reached out to; the customer service department the payment processing department andthe complaints department and I have been met with total silence. They have decided to completely ignore my emails regarding this theft.The Verdict:I have received no refund no compensation and not even a reply. It is alarming that this company refuses to acknowledge that they have a scammer appointed as a verified payment partner putting countless other players at risk.Until they remove this affiliate and refund my money I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution dealing with this bookmaker... I recommend using a more safe and diligent bookmaker!

• On October 31st I requested a withdrawal of 20380 TL via bank transfer through the 888starz website. Although the transaction was listed as paid on the website and the e-transfer reference was 4118852595 the money never arrived in my account. I was initially told to wait 24 hours but even after that time the payment was still pending. Since then Ive contacted them numerous times via email live chat and phone. Each time Ive been repeatedly asked for documents like a PDF account statement and an application login video and Ive been stuck in the same loop. Despite confirming that the money hasnt been deposited they keep demanding I send the same documents offering no solution. Theyre clearly scammers. Ive been victimized since October 31st and my money hasnt been paid.new news: Exactly 15 days later my money was paid albeit with difficulty. I dont know why it took so long. I was extremely aggrieved.

This website is definitely a scam and I only had to place a bet twice for them to hold my account with my funds in less than four days for no reason. They asked me for a copy of my ID card which I sent; they asked me for a copy of my credit card which I sent; they asked me for a bank statement which I sent; they asked me for a screenshot of my wallet where I receive my funds which I sent; they asked me to take a photo with my ID card near my face which I sent; they asked me to take a selfie with the chat with the security department which I sent; I sent everything and my money still blocked for no reason.
