They dont pay if you win
- Writing a review for my spouse about All Slots Online Casinos. We both play at multiple sites she plays at Spin Jackpot City and All Slots which I belie e are all owned by the same mother company. Anyways she won a smaller amount the day she created her account Dec 20 2024 and decided to withdrawal it via e-transfer same way she made her deposit. She then contacted support via 24 hr chat and was told she needed to verify account with all documents and bank info they asked for. She did that within the hour of speaking with them. Month later todays date Jan 22 2025 she contacted support multiple times and has got the answer of we goe all the correct info you just have to be patient. Now when she contacted them they just disconnect from chat after waiting in line to speak to them for 30 to 45 min wait times. This casino is a joke DO NOT SPEND A DIME HERE. There are better casinos that pay and pay quickly like Grand M_ndial Yukon G_ld Leo V_gas.... Boycott all these scam casinos.

- Honestly wouldn’t have taken much to keep me as a customer because it’s pretty straightforward site. Butttt I love prizes and gifts and even though there is a prize wheel it basically never wins and I feel like I’m always just under getting anything from loyalty points. Shame the staff don’t have more powers to try keep you. Almost my fav site but I need a lil random gift of free spins every now and again so it depends what ya jam is.Easy siteTerrible loyalty programme and bonus wheel compared to other sites would be interested to know if anyone really gets anything. - Do not trust all Slots. They do not pay out refunds. They do not have any remorse for ripping off this grandma off $700. On 1qth Dec they said I had a successful withdrawel off $700 even sent me a email saying congrats on your win we have deposited your refund back to your card. A week later stil no money in bank after a week off emaila they get back to me it has now gone to money paid out to your bank wont let us deposit your refund contact your bank. So I contact my bank they do several looks and said no deposit in holding acc no record off All Slots ever trying to make a deposit .The bank advised me to ask All Slots to try again I have done this still no money and now no replys to emails. This all started on 12th Dec this money qas for my grandkids Xmas Come on All Slots please do the right thing and stop the lies and pay this grandma her miney.

- Im very disappointed with All Slot Casino. I created an account long time ago but then forgot I have an existing account and I created a new account and deposit money in it and played with it. But later on out of nowhere they locked my new account and didnt refund to me saying that my account was a duplicate. They unlocked my original account that has zero money instead of unlocking the new one with the money. All in all I dont trust this casino anymore and afraid of making a new deposit and they lock my account again and maybe for no reason. They have to make a refund for people before they lock their accounts even if the amount is $10 for example.

- Everything has changed in regards to withdraws .I have been a member since 2014 and only since 14/07/23 have I had issues withdrawing $500. Its been a total there policy is in 3steps so this delay times...I have been beyond time pending and they still are telling me I have to wait another 7days!!! - My next step to collect will be Posting on Social Media plus filing a fraudulant police report as there is no reason for not being paid. This is a follow up on my last review of All slots Casino.
