LI EXCELLENT COSTOMER SERVICE
- Li @Costomer service Most helpful with exchanging our tickets as an access member Li went the extra mile to find us similar seats in the same location with only a small exchange fee who can argue with that.There is a wait time but that is to be expected at busy times of the year youâd probably get through shorter time to call when lines open first thing in the morning .ïżŒI have to say I have never experience any issues with AGT costomer service and you can get reasonable seating if you spend a little time looking prior to the call to have idea exactly what your expecting for this service . EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL ROUND AND VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS .HIGHLY RECOMMEND .****

No respons
- I have been trying to get through to customer services over the past month and not one call has lead to an actual answer. I cannot book tickets on line as wish to use theatre tokens which you can only do via telephone even though the message given once you click on option to use tokens directs you back to online bookings. So frustrating .

ATG RIP OFF MERCHANTS
- Id rate 0 if it was an option. An update on my problem. ATG STILL havent refunded my money for a show we missed on the 23rd September due to bsl no longer being available. THEY sent a refund to a bank im no longer with they told me they had traced that payment so they know i didnt recieve it. After a lot of phone calls i now have proof the account is closed i sent it to them. Guess what they still havent returned MY money disgusting behaviour.

- Iâve spent hours waiting on the phone trying to contact the access department of ATG but still no joy. Is this companyâs objective to hasten the demise of theatre going? If I had the option to give the zero stars then I would. Incredibly poor service. Please please theatres of the U.K. find an alternative company to use.

Impossible to exchange ticket even with ticket protectionI
- I ordered an expensive ticket for The Weir at the Harold Pinter theater on their ticket site ATG tickets from abroad . I immediately saw I had made a mistake in the date asking for a ticket on the 13 October 2025 in stead of November I made a request to exchange ticket for any date between -3 and 17 th November 2025z. Received the reply belowYour request has been given a Case Request ID (41769931).BUT after receiving a problem solved message have been unable to contact them . The price I paid included ticket protection. No reply from their box office I will only be in London from the 12 th till the 18th so do not know where to turn for help Surprised and very disappinted

Dont buy tickets from this company
- Dont buy tickets from this company if you protect your tickets your are still not guaranteed a refund you have to upload documents to confirm a refund ie an illness accident etc so what is the point of ticket protection if you change your mind and dont fancy it? For what ever reason. What a load of bull avoid at all costs bloody con

Reece saved the day.
- I would have given a 5 for the young man Reece who was really good once I had got through the system. He was very helpful and sorted out our change of tickets in a jiffy I would not have used the phone but it is not possible to make the change I required on the website. The phone is dire. It would have been really helpful if it had told me what number in the queue I was or how long the wait might be.

- Appalling website no customer service. Bought tickets online which is the ONLY way they operate. Had to set up an account which then was uncontactable. They took my money but could not provide me with any tickets. I hope theyre simply useless otherwise it seems to be a con. Only wish that Id checked Trustpilot first.

Awful Website cant order tickets and cant get through to Helpdesk
- Spent over an hour trying to book theatre tickets online. Having entered my order and finally got to payment I received the message that payment had failed. I tried it 3 more times with the same result. I rang the help number that was given and received a message: If you are ringing about a failed payment a fix has been applied please try again I did it didnt work so I have given up. This is not the first time that I have had truuble with this awful website.

I booked 2 seats to see a show nextâŠ
- I booked 2 seats to see a show next year. While me and my partner were looking we didnt realise we had booked the after noon show. Not long after we noticed this. I phoned to change our seats to night time show. They wanted to charge me a fee to change our seats to the night show. The seat prices were the same. Customer service was no help at all. No fee should be charged for them to click.a couple of buttons on the keyboard. They wouldnt change our seats unless we payed the fee. What a joke.

- Bought tickets for bat out of hell last year for this year but the seats I ordered and picked out were not the ones we got today my daughter is disabled and cannot do stairs Iâve always booked front row seats and paid extra for this reason .very very disappointed they must have resold our seats and we were given the cheaper seats ..we were supposed to be in row A we were put in rowQ I do know how we managed it .very very upsetting

- I went to see Mean Girls with my brother on 23 May 2025. The row behind us there was about 7 people drunk and they talked loudly throughout the entire show. You also allowed them to bring drinks in glasses into the theatre and they smashed one when they went to the bar at the interval and all the sharp glass rolled under my seat and ended up next to my feet which is very dangerous. Your staff didnât did nothing to stop them which presumably was because they were spending a lot of money in the bar. I thought you couldnât bring drinks into the theatre? đ This was a waste of money and time đ°ïž for us and disappointed we couldnât enjoy the show. As stated you even could hear them talking above the band which are loud. They were in stalls row B behind us and we were in row A seats 4 & 5. Their behaviour was that bad in my opinion they should be banned from the theatre. The people who sat behind us where not in there correct seats as they asked the people in the seats to move along the row to the seats they had booked which allowed the 7 who talked throughout the show to sit together. You had a similar issue on the 13 May and the show was delayed for 25 minutes as you had to remove some drunk patrons.
