• Avoid these cowboys like the plague. I am an experienced bettor with 20 years experience and also work in the sports betting industry. I saw the advert on oddschecker and thought id open a new account.I signed up and deposited around £600 and placed several bets. Most of which were losers I had a winner on an in play basketball bet. The bet was not (and still isnt) settled. Despite their T&Cs saying bets will be settled within 5 minutes of an event ending.I contacted live chat and after 30 mins of battling with the AI bot that answers I managed to get through to a person I was disconnected and had to rejoin and do the AI bot again. I finally got through to Ryan who was happy to help yet did nothing. When I asked him to get my bet settled he just said hopefully it will be settled soon! and theres nothing we can do.Im at a loss for what to do at this point it could be my quickest IBAS case ever. You can quickly work this out by looking up some of the names of the supposed real people that have given them a 5* rating in 2025. Some are listed as ‘Bally Affiliates’ at their corporate events so they are being paid to give good reviews and ratings!!!2/ If Bally’s receive a negative and overly critical review; they get them removed on the basis that the information is inaccurate biased or in some way prejudice. Their customers are not given the opportunity to refute their claims and g00gle just removes the negative comments! I know this because they got g00gle to remove several of my reviews!-Slots-The slots are some of the worst you can play they have the same generic games & titles as many other Casino sites and Apps; however the way their system works is simply by giving you small wins. For example you add £10 onto your account and play £1 spins on the slots they simply reward you with a 30p or 50p win every other spin……that’s it…They have hit their claimed payout target and requirement. The result is that no one ever cashes out because why would someone cash out if they have less than the £10 and less than they originally started with ....-Cards-Their card games and very questionable to say the least! • Small minor wins over 2 months but big losses overall down money and after a £90 withdrawal (after depositing £50 the day before and £40 on the day) all games I play changed... no scatter bonuses at all and playing at 20p a spin for £11+ (55+spins) not a single win.. I then continued to deposit a further £20 again the odd 80p return and 1 scatter game resulting in £6.30 return.. seems the site lets you have the odd win to keep you tapping away your money. • I closed my account with them about a year ago but I decided to give Bally Bet another chance. I reached out to customer service and was told I need to email over a few documents (I’m assuming for identity verification) and once I do they will re open it. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I sent them and I haven’t heard a single thing back. Account is still closed and I can’t even get a response from customer service. I have sent 4 more emails since and have opened up multiple live chats (which you will be waiting hours for an agent) yet I’ve heard nothing back. I now remember why I closed my account. If you’re reading this please use a different sportsbook or you will have to deal with there nonexistent customer service too.
