• Small minor wins over 2 months but big losses overall down money and after a £90 withdrawal (after depositing £50 the day before and £40 on the day) all games I play changed... no scatter bonuses at all and playing at 20p a spin for £11+ (55+spins) not a single win.. I then continued to deposit a further £20 again the odd 80p return and 1 scatter game resulting in £6.30 return.. seems the site lets you have the odd win to keep you tapping away your money. • I closed my account with them about a year ago but I decided to give Bally Bet another chance. I reached out to customer service and was told I need to email over a few documents (I’m assuming for identity verification) and once I do they will re open it. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I sent them and I haven’t heard a single thing back. Account is still closed and I can’t even get a response from customer service. I have sent 4 more emails since and have opened up multiple live chats (which you will be waiting hours for an agent) yet I’ve heard nothing back. I now remember why I closed my account. • At first I was winning on the website and ended up actually making a little bit of money so then I went to withdraw my money from the account Bally bet declined my withdrawal and closed my account so they made me take a picture off myself in front of my house holding my id and the date and I needed to upload a load of other stuff I then I had waited 4 days until I got a reply which said that my application to verify wasnt successful so my account did not get re-opened which means they have pretty much just let me deposit win some money and they kept it all.

Bally Bet closed my account after £11 win – unfair verification tactics

• I joined Bally Bet and placed a £10 bet which resulted in an £11.05 win. I withdrew the money on 27/07/2025. Almost immediately my account was shut down and I was hit with unreasonable verification demands even though I had already submitted all documents typically required under UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) guidelines.They had already received:A copy of my passport and a selfie holding itA utility bill and bank statement showing payments to Bally BetElectoral register confirmation of my addressThese documents clearly verified my identity address and source of funds. There were no concerns raised about fraud or chargebacks. Still Bally Bet refused to process the withdrawal and demanded a photo of my bank card and a new selfie taken outside my home. These requests came after my withdrawal and served no valid purpose. According to UKGC rules such post-withdrawal demands are not allowed if the information could have reasonably been requested earlier. I also explained that I live in a rural area with no house number or name making the outdoor selfie request completely unworkable — and potentially discriminatory.Worse still I attempted to submit a formal complaint via live chat but was told I had to complete verification first — a stance that breaches UKGC rules which require operators to accept complaints regardless of verification status. My emails to the official complaints address have not been answered.Despite multiple follow-ups via email with the general support team I’ve had no resolution. • absolute garbage. Ive been playing on this site for +6 months and everything ran smoothly easily got my identity verified easily withdrew my winnings etc then back in late November 2024 I won a couple hundred dollars from a game and decided to withdraw. The next morning I got an email saying my withdraw couldnt be processed. I tried signing back into my account to try withdrawing again only for it to tell me that my username/password is incorrect. I tried multiple times to reset my password through my email just for it to still tell me that even my new passwords didnt work. I started to get frustrated and contacted customer support (which by the way is a dumpster fire on its own) and nobody got back to me while waiting for 3 hours. It kept randomly closing the support chat and told me to try again later. I emailed and tried the live chat everyday for a week until finally a worker answered who told me my account doesnt exist. This was obviously BS and I showed them proof that my email was linked to an account and even showed screenshots of my deposits. They told me I had to re-verify my identity which I did 3 times. They said theyd get back to me but never did. I probably spoke to about 6 different workers who all told me the same thing; that theyd investigate this further for me and never got back to me. Really disappointing that I never dealt with an issue on this site before and never did any suspicious activity to have my account randomly closed like that and my money stolen.
