• They are continuing to refuse to credit me any sort of bonus after forcing me to wait days upon days upon days for them to update my phone number keeping me locked out of my account and ignoring my emails..... I lost days upon days of daily Bally picks and the bonus picks I earned after working hard for a week and a half to get them.... I want something credited. If not my next step is to contact better business bureau.

• I am a member of about 10 online Casinos this has to be the worst!- My rating-I give them 0* ....They have a 4+ rating on G00gle Play but in my opinion this is for only two reasons:1/ Some of the 5*reviews are written by their staff or affiliates. You can quickly work this out by looking up some of the names of the supposed real people that have given them a 5* rating in 2025. Some are listed as ‘Bally Affiliates’ at their corporate events so they are being paid to give good reviews and ratings!!!2/ If Bally’s receive a negative and overly critical review; they get them removed on the basis that the information is inaccurate biased or in some way prejudice. Their customers are not given the opportunity to refute their claims and g00gle just removes the negative comments! I know this because they got g00gle to remove several of my reviews!-Slots-The slots are some of the worst you can play they have the same generic games & titles as many other Casino sites and Apps; however the way their system works is simply by giving you small wins. For example you add £10 onto your account and play £1 spins on the slots they simply reward you with a 30p or 50p win every other spin……that’s it…They have hit their claimed payout target and requirement. The result is that no one ever cashes out because why would someone cash out if they have less than the £10 and less than they originally started with ....-Cards-Their card games and very questionable to say the least! I played 30 hands of ‘Black Jack’ and the dealer got either 20 or 21 on 25 out of the 30 hands!! I had a 5 card trick….they beat me I had doubles that I spit ….they beat me. The odds of this are astronomic and in my mind completely impossibility. • Small minor wins over 2 months but big losses overall down money and after a £90 withdrawal (after depositing £50 the day before and £40 on the day) all games I play changed... no scatter bonuses at all and playing at 20p a spin for £11+ (55+spins) not a single win.. • I closed my account with them about a year ago but I decided to give Bally Bet another chance. I reached out to customer service and was told I need to email over a few documents (I’m assuming for identity verification) and once I do they will re open it. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I sent them and I haven’t heard a single thing back. Account is still closed and I can’t even get a response from customer service. I have sent 4 more emails since and have opened up multiple live chats (which you will be waiting hours for an agent) yet I’ve heard nothing back. I now remember why I closed my account. Bally Bet closed my account after £11 win – unfair verification tactics

• I joined Bally Bet and placed a £10 bet which resulted in an £11.05 win. I withdrew the money on 27/07/2025. Almost immediately my account was shut down and I was hit with unreasonable verification demands even though I had already submitted all documents typically required under UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) guidelines.They had already received:A copy of my passport and a selfie holding itA utility bill and bank statement showing payments to Bally BetElectoral register confirmation of my addressThese documents clearly verified my identity address and source of funds. There were no concerns raised about fraud or chargebacks. Still Bally Bet refused to process the withdrawal and demanded a photo of my bank card and a new selfie taken outside my home. These requests came after my withdrawal and served no valid purpose. According to UKGC rules such post-withdrawal demands are not allowed if the information could have reasonably been requested earlier. I also explained that I live in a rural area with no house number or name making the outdoor selfie request completely unworkable — and potentially discriminatory.Worse still I attempted to submit a formal complaint via live chat but was told I had to complete verification first — a stance that breaches UKGC rules which require operators to accept complaints regardless of verification status. My emails to the official complaints address have not been answered.Despite multiple follow-ups via email with the general support team I’ve had no resolution.
