• absolute garbage. Ive been playing on this site for +6 months and everything ran smoothly easily got my identity verified easily withdrew my winnings etc then back in late November 2024 I won a couple hundred dollars from a game and decided to withdraw. The next morning I got an email saying my withdraw couldnt be processed. I tried signing back into my account to try withdrawing again only for it to tell me that my username/password is incorrect. I tried multiple times to reset my password through my email just for it to still tell me that even my new passwords didnt work. I started to get frustrated and contacted customer support (which by the way is a dumpster fire on its own) and nobody got back to me while waiting for 3 hours. It kept randomly closing the support chat and told me to try again later. I emailed and tried the live chat everyday for a week until finally a worker answered who told me my account doesnt exist. This was obviously BS and I showed them proof that my email was linked to an account and even showed screenshots of my deposits. They told me I had to re-verify my identity which I did 3 times. They said theyd get back to me but never did. I probably spoke to about 6 different workers who all told me the same thing; that theyd investigate this further for me and never got back to me. Really disappointing that I never dealt with an issue on this site before and never did any suspicious activity to have my account randomly closed like that and my money stolen. Absolute waste of time and trash site overall dont bother wasting your money and effort.

Bally Bet Rhode Island never paid me and closed my account

• Wish I could give 0 stars. I loved this Casino at one time and loaded TONS of money and actually redeemed at times until one night I finally hit the major on fire link which was $1000 ball. Once I put the redemption in they closed my account and I still never got the money from my winnings. I did run out of my own money on my card so my mom loaded my account for me which is not uncommon whatsoever and apparently they considered this reason to close my account and not pay me. Then about a month ago they said they would send my winnings after months of back and forth email complaints and I only get a generic response that someone copied and pasted but one time it seemed as though someone was helping and said my winnings would be deposited into my card minus any chargebacks which is fine with me that’s what I asked of them to do from the start. Yes once they closed my account and refused to pay me I told my mother to absolutely file a chargeback for the $50 I spent because they had no right to just close me out after all the money I spent there smh awful and I see I’m not the only one who has bad things to say about them.
