There is literally no human customer service. For 2 months trying to get on them without success. The company do nor care at all they offer promos they offer free bets that arent active on customer side so not possible to use.

  • I have been going to sportium for last 4 years in Albir location. And last night one of the staff cheated me on my winnings. I wont about 1000plus euros on slots. I had 671 euro in bank and 445 euros in points I decided to quit when I pressed banco to collect the screen showed notice to call the staff so I did. When he came I stood up to talk to my friend behind him and later he gives me 45 euro and payment slip for 671 euro. I told him it should be more he Denies it. As I was not drunk and have been playing there for long time I know the math for my winnings. When I ask him to show the record how much money was in the machine he only showed me the pay slip of 671 euro. This is cheating in the face .
