- Out right scam site. With a bit of research I found out this company was formally big wins casino. Glad I did not create an account with them as big wins never paid me my winnings and then tried to use my debit card. Probably sold all my information on to more scammers. Lucky for me my bank detected the fraud and blocked the payment.

- Even if you win and want to withdraw your money they will reject it for 36 hours and say Try again. When you try again they will tell you Theres a problem with your card. Please change your card. I changed 5 cards and they still say Theres a problem. Yes there is exactly a problem. They are scammers.

I won over £400 so then tried to withdraw and the only option available is Mastercard and it asks you to put in 16 digit number (which in itself is very sketchy) and exp date.. - Worst casino I have had to deal with. They will happily take your money with visa however when it comes to withdrawing they only accept mastercard (credit card) so they dont even want you to withdraw the same way you deposited which by itself is the most dodgy thing iv ever heard. Do not fool for the trap this is the ONLY casino iv come across that actually rather criminal and operates by stealing your winnings constant spam phone calls Went to chat to complain no option to withdraw from the card I have been using they encouraged me to open a mastercard!!!!! Rather scary to be honest. They basically said my funds are help hostage until I I open one. My bank also blocks my card and gives me fraud warning when I deposit on here. Avoid at all costs.

- Played here few times won few months back and paid out within 36 hours played again at the weekend won again and have been trying to withdraw and it keeps getting rejected (4 times) so I’m waiting today to see if withdrawal goes through hopefully will update!!!Next day SAME AGAIN payment approved then rejected again I’m so peed off this is a joke I’ve made another withdrawal request and asked to speak to a manager but looks like I’m probably not going to receive my winnings like all the other reviews and if I do I will update!!UPDATE Guy rejected my payment again another few times keeping in mind I have played few months back and received my winnings first time playing but no luck this time I have to say it’s very frustrating but at the end of the day I took a chance knowing that they had a lot of negative reviews so I suppose it’s my fault and definitely wouldn’t recommend this casino to anyone if your taking a chance u might not get paid I been trying to withdraw for over a week now but I give up not worth the hassle so many other casinos that are much more reliable I won big last night on another casino and got paid today so I suppose that makes up for my loss with this casino 😅

- I was a little worried about some of the bad reviews but I managed to win and the game was verified within a few hours and was able to withdraw in less than 2 days. My only issue was you can only withdraw €400 at a time so if you win well it will take time to withdraw. Other than that I love the site and the team have been very helpful.

What a shocking casino
- What a shocking casino! Be ware they offer you bonuses and you win with them then wager the required wager and then make up an excuse that you went over the max bet (which there isn’t a lock on this facility) and then remove your winnings. I won 5500 euros recently after wagering 8000 euros they then removed it saying I cheated and bet over the 2 euros. When asked for evidence they wouldn’t give me it and said it’s my final say you lost it! DO NOT USE THIS CASINO! I have photo evidence of this too!
