• Won 400 euros withdrawal kept getting rejected only can use a MasterCard to withdraw tried two MasterCards still didn’t work customer service rude total SCAM do not use this casino!!!!!! They ring you up pester you when they speak to you on the phone they’re extremely rude and blame it on technical issues. Avoid this site at all costs.

Technical issue with withdrawing awful company stay away

• Signed up and deposited £20 had a win and withdrew to my account. Didn’t ask me for any verification and reached my account in 10 minutes. Deposited the 2nd time and won again but then they requested ID and proof of address. Sent everything in and got accepted. Tried to withdraw again and they have rejected my withdraw 8 times up to now due to a “technical issue”. They say it’s because some banks reject their payments which is absolute nonsense as they accepted the first one. They only accept Mastercard to withdraw to also. Tried another card and went through verification process again…. Shock horror declined again “technically issue”. Never known a gambling sight be so unprofessional will be reporting to the gambling commission. Never again.

• Not sure why so many 1* reviews obviously not following what they ask as I’ve had no issues. Opened a Skrill account and send all the necessary documents. Been withdrawing €400 the past week or so with no issues. Had €2000ish so far after an 8k win continuing to win bonuses. 4* due to the withdrawal limit and some games not working.

• I tried bass win deposited around £170 .got verification on the first few requirements. Got a good win and tried to withdraw money.then the fun began. First couple of verification went through ok. Then the 1 with face and id never got verified. Also do not pay out to any other payment method other than MasterCard. Then a manager emailed me about something else.i replied that I was not happy with there verification and payment.
