• Dear allI want to share my experience with Bet-at-Home an online betting operator that closed my account and confiscated €4500 without providing a clear explanation.What happened? I registered with Bet-at-Home on April 6 2024. I submitted all required documents for verification: my ID proof of address payslips and a selfie holding the documents. Despite fulfilling these requirements my account was closed and my funds were confiscated.Attempts to resolve the issue I contacted Bet-at-Home: I never received a response to my requests for an explanation or the return of my funds. I filed a complaint with ECogra: ECogra ruled in favor of Bet-at-Home claiming that my documents did not meet their standards and that my details were allegedly linked to a group of users with a negative history. I requested evidence to support these claims but none was provided. I contacted MGA: The Malta Gaming Authority which regulates Bet-at-Home also failed to respond to my complaint.Why is this important?Bet-at-Home and regulatory bodies like ECogra and MGA should be transparent and accountable to their users. • bet-at-home closed my account after providing everything they have asked from me they dont want to pay out my 1.200 EUR withdrawal and they did not refund my deposit. I see a lot of people with the same issue please stay away from them they seem to have new owners and their only goal is to steal money from players.

• Shocking service levels. Cash out continually never available with no explanation. Withdrawals cancelled blaming your bank just to make you gamble any winnings. • This book just closed my account without any information When I wanted to log into my account I noticed that my account is locked. I asked support what happened to my account and they saidIts closed Due to irregularities with your documentsI made deposit of 500GBP in total and after loosing half of it I made back my deposit with 450GBP profit. • Clearly a Scam. I have registered with them uploaded all the requested documents to validate the account and then when it came to withdrawal they always found excuses to reject documents. I sent them 2 IDs Documents 2 utility bills 2 selfie in HQ and when they were out of options they sent me “we found irregularities in your documents so according our T&Cs your account has been closed we wish you the best”. • I was playing twister on the poker software and i managed in two days and 2 nights to create a bankroll from 20 euros to 800. The third day when i started playing i was losing every single one twister in the most ridiculous unrealisticrigged way possible. • I’ve come across some crooks in my time but these take the cake.. I deposited 100 . It was taken from my Revolut account immediately. Then I find it has not been credited to my bet at home account! Live chat says they will investigate and get back to me in a very open ended way so basically do not deposit anything here because they will simply keep it. • They did scam me for 3000eur - the deposits I made and even more in winnings they refused to verify my IDs - I sent more than just one they still have some problem they do not share with me.
