• Account closed €4800 confiscated without explanation – no supportI opened an account with Bet-at-Home in April 2024 deposited money completed full verification (ID address payslips selfie) and received several smaller payouts without issue.However once my balance reached €4800 my account was suddenly closed without any prior warning or explanation. I received a generic email on July 23 stating that my account would remain closed due to an “internal decision” and that they could no longer assist me.Since then I have contacted Bet-at-Home multiple times and also submitted a formal complaint to eCOGRA who ruled in their favour without presenting any evidence. I also contacted MGA and ECC Slovenia but no one has taken responsibility.This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. My funds were withheld without justification. I urge others to be extremely cautious when using this platform. I am now pursuing legal action and regulatory complaints.

• I wish I had read the reviews here before opening an account at scam-at-home (aka bet-at-home). Deposited 15€ with no issues and was not asked to verify my account at this awful sham website. Won 10€ and decided to withdraw my balance of €25 just to see how fast they will pay. Needless to say they rejected the withdrawal request and asked for some documents to verify my account. Uploaded my recent gas bill my passport and a selfie but these scamming scums rejected my passport made laughable excuses and kept asking for other documents (residence permit etc) just to avoid paying out a few pennies!!! I refused their further requests for more (private) documents because none of those docs which they asked for were in the list of ID verification documents (passport driver license or National ID).%100 scamming fake betting agency. They lock the odds in critical high-probaility moments (so that you cannot bet and win) and when it comes the time to payout they will make up every excuse they can just to avoid paying your winnings!Avoid at all cost! Let these worthless scamming scums go broke!!

• bet-at-home closed my account after providing everything they have asked from me they dont want to pay out my 1.200 EUR withdrawal and they did not refund my deposit. I see a lot of people with the same issue please stay away from them they seem to have new owners and their only goal is to steal money from players.

• I’ve come across some crooks in my time but these take the cake.. I deposited 100 . It was taken from my Revolut account immediately. Then I find it has not been credited to my bet at home account! Live chat says they will investigate and get back to me in a very open ended way so basically do not deposit anything here because they will simply keep it. I’m not letting it go though I will hound them . You’ve been warned. They are genuine thieves.

I asked support what happened to my account and they saidIts closed Due to irregularities with your documentsI made deposit of 500GBP in total and after loosing half of it I made back my deposit with 450GBP profit. • If I could give zero I would. Not only does this site have some shockingly low odds it also take a long time for any winning bets to be paid out. On top of this they have a strange first goal scorer rule that even if the player is on the bench and a goal goes in the bet is void this is the only site I have ever seen this to be the case. With the amount of very good competition out there for betting they are very very behind. I will close my account and steer everyone I can away from them.
