• This company is a complete disappointment. I joined their platform in good faith followed every rule and even participated in their so-called “Buddy Bonus” promotion where they promise €20 for each invited friend. I invited two people using my official referral link directly from my promotion page and both completed their registration properly.Now they claim my friends “used the wrong link” which is absolutely impossible — I copied the link directly from their own website! What a joke. Instead of taking responsibility for their own technical issues they’re blaming customers and refusing to pay out the bonuses that we rightfully earned.To make matters worse their support is unhelpful slow and dismissive. They ignore emails for days repeat generic copy-paste answers and never provide real solutions. When you try to report a problem or even help them improve their site they treat you like a criminal.This is not how a serious company should operate — it’s misleading unprofessional and borderline fraudulent.If you value your time money and nerves stay away from this platform. There are many other betting sites that treat customers with honesty and respect — this one clearly doesn’t.0/5 stars — pure scam behavior.

• I won around €11000 through sports betting but after being forced to submit an excessive number of verification documents Bet-at-home suddenly informed me that my account was “locked due to an internal decision.” They refused to pay out my winnings or even provide a transparent explanation.This feels completely unlawful — you can’t just take players’ money and hide behind vague “internal decisions.” I’ve contacted eCogra to handle the dispute but so far MGA and PB have done nothing.After doing some research I discovered many other players are facing the same issue with Bet-at-home — accounts closed funds withheld and no proper justification.So consider this a warning: stay far away from this site until they start treating players fairly.

• Account closed €4800 confiscated without explanation – no supportI opened an account with Bet-at-Home in April 2024 deposited money completed full verification (ID address payslips selfie) and received several smaller payouts without issue.However once my balance reached €4800 my account was suddenly closed without any prior warning or explanation. I received a generic email on July 23 stating that my account would remain closed due to an “internal decision” and that they could no longer assist me.Since then I have contacted Bet-at-Home multiple times and also submitted a formal complaint to eCOGRA who ruled in their favour without presenting any evidence. I also contacted MGA and ECC Slovenia but no one has taken responsibility.This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. My funds were withheld without justification. I urge others to be extremely cautious when using this platform. I am now pursuing legal action and regulatory complaints.

• I wish I had read the reviews here before opening an account at scam-at-home (aka bet-at-home). Deposited 15€ with no issues and was not asked to verify my account at this awful sham website. Won 10€ and decided to withdraw my balance of €25 just to see how fast they will pay. Needless to say they rejected the withdrawal request and asked for some documents to verify my account. Uploaded my recent gas bill my passport and a selfie but these scamming scums rejected my passport made laughable excuses and kept asking for other documents (residence permit etc) just to avoid paying out a few pennies!!! I refused their further requests for more (private) documents because none of those docs which they asked for were in the list of ID verification documents (passport driver license or National ID).%100 scamming fake betting agency. They lock the odds in critical high-probaility moments (so that you cannot bet and win) and when it comes the time to payout they will make up every excuse they can just to avoid paying your winnings!Avoid at all cost! • I’ve come across some crooks in my time but these take the cake.. I deposited 100 . It was taken from my Revolut account immediately. Then I find it has not been credited to my bet at home account! Live chat says they will investigate and get back to me in a very open ended way so basically do not deposit anything here because they will simply keep it.
