Long time customer but no rewards
- Been with these for a few years good app but lousy for rewarding customers with offers for bets. Had no offers for a long time yes have free game to win spins but that is laughable. If want to keep customers try giving better offers or free bets more regular. Other betting companies have better rewards for loyal customers. How about bet365 start doing it

- If i could rate bet365.com zero stars I would. I literally got an email this morning saying they restricted my account till I call them with affordability checks. I was talking to the agent for over an hour first time and he kept repeating the same questions till the call miraculously disconnected. I didnt receive a call back so I called back after an hour later bearing in mind Im place on a long hold and spoke to another agent in the Responsible Gambling team who said he wasnt able to assist and someone will call me straight back which nobody did surprise surprise. I emailed the team and Vanessa emailed back saying I should phone for a third time. What is wrong with these people do the not understand customer service. Its an absolutely rediculous company and shouldnt be allowed to operate if they are scared to take a bet.

- After the 29/1/25 .and the cash out shambles .bet 365 has told that its there terms and conditions. That if theres a fault with the app they take no responsibility. However I noticed on the Web chat .when talking to them .they said certain people were affected. And they apologise. So the question must be asked .why certain people .surely if theres an issue with the app it would have affected everyone using the app .do they mean certain people who had big cash outs were affected .it wasnt an issue for everyone and Im sure they saved a fortune. And there only reply to me was being referred to the terms and conditions. Which does not say anything about issues with the app for certain app.i wont be using that app in the future. And certainly not happy about there service 0 rating for me .and they didnt even try to help .greedy gits

- Joined bet365 today and aleady have closed the account down. Midway threw games they log you out saying theres a connection error and then when you go back all the money youve played is gone. Seems like a scam to me and would advice everyone to stay away. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I had joined

Cant withdraw
- Deposited Ā£100 then placed a few bets and won Ā£75. When I tried to withdraw the money my account got frozen without any explanation. I contacted support multiple times but they just gave me generic responses and kept delaying my withdrawal. After 3 weeks of waiting I still havent received my money. Those hidden restrictions should be transparent!

- I withdrew money from my bet365 account into a new account with a company called Pockit. Once my money was in my Pockit account Pockit froze my account then closed it. I received an email from Pockit saying they returned the money to bet 365 and now bet365 are refusing to return the money to me. Bet365 are asking the impossible as Pockit is A Scam. Iāve sent the withdrawal statements from my bet365 to Pockit showing the money going out of my account and also shown them the email I received from Pockit saying they were returning it to the sort code and account number of bet 365. Because of the document they want from me from Pockit which I canāt get bet365 are now keeping my money. Surely that is theft!!!

- After being a bet 365 customer for over 5 years with account showing a Ā£569 loss first 12 month period they have now capped my deposit at Ā£250 a month in the run up to biggest jumps meeting at Cheltenham which is utterly useless without even the politeness to email me land explain. needless to say they email me constantly about other markets to bet on ( I only horse racing bet) but canāt inform you about account changes basiky I canāt recommend very poor indeed!

- Terrible app experience on Saturday the busiest betting day of the week. As always bets frozen or unable to follow or cash out. Always a problem and customer service just reply to a legitimate complaint with small print get out clauses to protect themselves when they fall short of codes of conduct and foul play. Theres a saying the bookie always wins thats why they have millions and your crying over Ā£5 bet. Trust me stay clear you will notice they offer no refunding of bets or compensate. If I could give Zero stars I would
- If I could give Zero stars I would. On Saturday I placed a football accumulator. All my selections won with only one game to play. If Arsenal had won it would have returned Ā£1388. At no point was I offered an early cash out. This they claim was due to technical issues. No apology. My Son has had quite a few wins on horses. His account has been restricted. They dont stop you betting if you lose. A completely immoral company.

- Dreadful betting site! Dont win for heavens sake like I did and withdrew around 80 quid twice!Only to receive a message that due to nature of my business (whatever that is???) (was it winning a few quid by any chance?) They were stopping me receiving free games promotions etc and basically they did not know when these would be available again?? So the way I see it is you can deposit money and lose but win a few quid on slots is a no no in my opinion . Very sad way to treat punters in my opinion! Needless to say I put the last of my winnings on an accumulated football bet it did not win I wasnt bothered about that just wanted to leave nowt in my wallet before closing my account!Definitely will not be back!
