I have been a customer for a long time
- I have been a customer for a long time. They appear to be strong on technology. However they continue to show higher odds on website as compared to when you try to place a bet. eg today Placed a bet on odds showing 100/30 but as soon as I selected it the odds dropped to 3/1 . I understand the odds can change instrantly but their website rarely updates to new odds. After 5 minutes of placing it is still showing 100/30 select and it reduces to 3/1. It is a rarity that the other way round. Had taken it up with them but got a weak response and excuse

Dont sign up to them. They steal your sign up bonus
- I basically signed up to them. Deposited £10 wagered it and had a return of £36...Great!!! Next I get my £30 bonus to bet with...woohoo. I decided to bet on a game for win lose or draw two thirds of the game through(£10 each). The bet was accepted and was asked if I wanted to use my cash bonus which obviously Im going to agree to(Bet365 fault not mine. I didnt know the rules.). I then cashed out £26 on one result and then low and behold they restricted my account leaving my other bets vulnerable but I then won another £21 from the draw. Fan dabby dozey you think...withdrew it and they then cancelled the withdrawal and within a few hours voided the withdrawal saying I breached rules. Now hold on a minute if I were breaching rules how on this earth can a multi million pound profit making companys security toolsetc allow a customer to make multiple bets on the same game using free bets when its against their rules?I didnt know about the rules using free bets but still they can withhold my winnings when they dont stop the issue from happening in the first place. They said betting in good faith lolThey either are setting you up to lose or they just simply dont like losing £73...really??? I will win in the complaints process and dont care how long it takes.Dont sign up with them please.....

- Looking at all the reviews so glad I self-excluded. Been with 365 for several years and used to be a fair sports and gaming site. They sent me an email stating maybe I should look at excluding myself from all gambling and seek advice when I have no issues at all the problem is the actual site itself spent hours on slots with no free games or bonuses dropping over a number of days. You are ripping people off 365 by taking the fun and enjoyment out of slots. Avoid this site guys. xx

- Ive been with bet365 for some time now and i occasionally put a bet on but use the casino mostly. Ive had wins and losses and more losses than wins ofcourse. Recently i had a decent win of £80 from spinning at 10p which really took me by surprise as normally i get about £5-10. - Awful bookmakers restricted me for winning a few bets. What you bet for. When you speak to them all they say Traders decision no reason why. I tried SARS request that didnt work. When they say they review you account they dont. Not worth betting 20p on anything. Am not even a big better. With the government taxes on betting you definitely dont want to be loosing customers. I expect an answer of some sort.

- Been with them for a few years and were my go-to online bookies. Out of the blue received notification that my account was being restricted. By restricted they meant that it was worthless with most things being taken away from me and single bets being restricted to -get this- 89p. Asked them why and they wouldnt say why but Id had a decent week and made 2 withdrawals that week so I suspect that was the reason. Theyre happy to take your money for a few years but once you take some back they throw their dummy out of the pram

- This is horrible as I won and can’t cash out the chat advise someone will call from over a week once they rang and hang up I send many emails they happen to call after one week I spoke to agent Emma she was good I got my account up and running she advise to keep her up date with I try withdraw and if it stays too long I should email her I screenshot and send an email thinking Emma will reply the odiot who got the email seem to can’t read and went ahead and block my account again for no damn reason .. - Terrible Live chat support no help doesnt even respond with the right answers. The Live Chat bot does a better job than the actual agents. My account was closed and I tried to contact them to reopen the account and they replied with. You are not able to reopen the account due to terms and condition. When I tried to ask for why they respond with nothing but the same thing so I dont even know why my account got closed cause I didnt even do anything on the website and they dont even want to give me the reason.
