I’ve had no issues with this company…

• I’ve had no issues with this company besides the site being down a few times and fixed. However July 15 my account was suspended (without notification) and reopened on July 17. I requested a withdrawal and continued playing while waiting for the withdrawal to process. It was closed again on July 18 again no notification. I’m not getting any answers and it is very frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of answers suck!

• Its been 4/5 days that im not getting no real legitimate answers on why my account was suspended? I verified my account numerous of times when i started playing i reload my money every week to play. So what am i doing wrong??? And its like no one cares to look into the issue its just oh we dont have a time frame for it to be fix. • After years of faithful play they suspended my account for no reason and no explaination.its a SCAM!!!!.

• I was in the process of betting and it logged out and when I tried logging back in all of sudden it said my account was suspended! Called Customer Service and they said it was a maintenance issue but never gave me a reason why or any information about fixing the problem! • I have been using this platform for two years. Two days ago I try to log in and it says my account is suspended. I contact them and I get no clear answers! Account was restored yesterday. Today I play the lottery and win $900 and request a payout of $300 and my account is suspended yet again! I contact customer service and yet again they are offering no answers. I have never had a problem up until this point but with this happening I will be taking my money to another platform!

• When I first started out on BAS it was amazing. I enjoyed it because I could play in all 50 states. I only played lottery until one day they messed up my deposit and reimbursed me in the classic casino. I started to play casino more more and started winning big here and there. Making 2 and 3 deposits a day. Well yesterday out of the blue they suspended my account with no notice or anything. Everytime I call I get bs answers as to why. I asked them to tell me why my account get suspended when all I do is play? No one could give me reasonable answer. This here sucks and they have an excuse for everything! You ask for a supervisor and its no help at all! These last 3 days I rate them a 2 and thats pushing!!

No wins lately

• I was looking at the reviews and see this 2025 year hasnt been nice I have won from Betany some good wins however i loose a lot in-between and that can be a pain in the BUTT! especially when every deposit for a few months is sucked up like water that pisses me off. Over all I do get my payouts timely and the staff is pretty cool however today I decided to close my account because I believe they are taking and no sense in complaining they do care ill do better in VEGAS for Now.

• I have a few pros and cons about this site. I have won quite a few times and received my payout with no problems. The only issues I have about this site is the time frame between winning and losing. For instance if you win in April dont expect to win again before July! I spend a lot on bets for very few wins! Good luck!

They are playing with your money

• They are not paying the money and coming up with different excuses. I requested a check payment for over $1800 they sent me a check but my bank wouldn’t cash it because it was a foreign check. I could not take it to the credit union nor my regular bank so I called them and for them to put a stop payment on that check they were taking $250 away from me in order to stop payment on that check. That was truly a rip off stop payments is only about $25 less known $250 so I won again and request a electronic check this time usually in the past I received it within about four days now when I requested the electronic it was up under review then they sent me an email and say the electronic check may take 30 days after process now where have it ever took over 30 days for you to get a electronic check deposited into your account they keep coming up with different things not trying to pay your money. They are sending you emails but you don’t see any of this type of information actually on their website about these payouts and the charge and fees that you will receive if you ever stop payment or that is taken 30 days for you to receive an electronic check they do not have that showing on our website but they send you that in the email.

Site has MANY ISSUES

• I only use this site because Im part of a lottery group and its the only way I can play in other states besides my own. The site is in definite need of improvement. Many times Ive been kicked off the site while inputting my numbers. I have to go back and sign in again which is a pain. The site can be (and usually is) VERY SLOW at loading the lottery feature and many times I have to refresh the screen a few times to get the page I want to appear. Every single day I run into problems trying to select the dollar amount of what I want to bet. I have to refresh the screen multiple times or sign out and sign in again or switch to another browser in order for the site to work. Many times my credit card gets declined for no reason when trying to make a deposit. One time I made a deposit and my account was not credited. I made a phone call to their customer service department and the agent told me it could take weeks for the situation to resolve. Three weeks later my account was finally credited so I never lost any money. There are times when for some unknown reason my account is not credited with the money I win. They always claim theyre experiencing trouble grading the winning numbers and to bear with them. I dont see how this is at all possible since they do the same thing day in and day out grading numbers twice a day and in some cases three or four times a day depending on the state. Ive never experienced trouble with payouts they have always been made in a timely manner. Overall the site is frustrating to use and they are in desperate need of some serious upgrades in order for it to function properly.

• Won money on one of the Casino games and they dont want to pay .They made up excuses about me playing the balance of..I won 800 played t 7 and requested a payout and even asked the live chat how to collect..Next day they say I didnt have but .13 in my account..Scam Scam Scam..Dont Play people..Everything they do from Blackjack to Video poker is a scam..

• Never again. I won on Jan 20th and as of today I still don’t have my payout! This is a joke. They are quick to take your money for betting but don’t pay out when you win.
