• I had a terrible experience with betcity. After depositing money and playing on their platform they suddenly blocked my account and claimed they needed to verify my identity. Initially they asked for basic documents like my ID and proof of address which I provided immediately.But this was just the beginning of their scam. After sending the required documents they came back asking for more – this time a selfie holding my ID and a handwritten piece of paper with the current date. I complied with that as well but they still weren’t satisfied. They kept coming up with new excuses and asking for the same documents again and again.It became clear to me that this is their way of scamming people. They wear you down with endless requests until you give up. Meanwhile your account remains blocked and your money is inaccessible.I strongly advise against using betcity. Their so-called verification process is a deliberate tactic to frustrate users and prevent them from withdrawing their funds. Stay away and choose a reputable platform instead!

They let you deposit and place bets and then they block your account and ask for documents this is where the nightmare starts you’ll send them all the required documents and than they’ll keep quiet and than start whole process again ask for the same things and than keep quiet again after you supply them. Do not deposit your money with betcity it is a scam Russian website you will lose all your money also notice how they don’t have a number to contact them and just one email address be careful guys

• I verified account (KYC) before deposit. After verify my accout I deposited 50 Eur and put 1 bet I withdraw 25 EUR (for control that withdraw is function after I read this bad ratings) and everything was ok and they send money to my skrill account immediately. After that i deposited another 80 eur and put two more bets and after winnings they put limit 001 EUR.. so i want withdraw 150 EUR.. they blocked my account and they send me the same email as TrustyPunter99 (his review from Jan 30 2021) .. this betting site never let you play longer than few bets ...

Immediately you place up to like 2-3 bets your account will be limited and you won’t be able to make withdrawal of any kind and you will be told to only place bet on their casino games which they have program for you to make lose anytime anyday. Please stay away from this site. You will regret doing Bussiness with them not on the long run but from the beginning. I think betting companies should be well regulated by law enforcement. With the rule that you withdrawel money the same way you deposit money you need to deposit through the limited options they give you. • limited to .01 after placing just 1 bet.Opened an account placed 1 bet and now im limited across the board to just .01. I tried major markets which show max bet at $50 000 + but when i try to bet $20 it says max stake .01. Thankfully I did not opt in to any bonus because the rollover would be impossible. I have send more than 6 emails my id in .jpg format and they keep replying with this Scanned copies of the passport you are sending should be in jpg or bmp formats and should be attached to the letter. I asked them what letter means and also send them a screenshot that proves that the photos are in .jpg format and guess what? They replied me with the same message as above. I guess they are trying to make you quit from trying. If you value your time and money stay away.

• Worst scam ever. I paid 30 euros played a few bets after I paid 80 euros and the very next day they blocked my account. My account was verified they asked me to take a photo of the invoice ID card...etc. I sent all the documents in the best quality and again asked questions. And they do that until you get tired and forget your money. They took 100 from me blocked the account and it stayed like that. I did everything they asked and I got nothing.
