I managed to beat the 35x wagering and won 2500.00. I go to withdraw and it’s declined stating because I bet over 4.00 for the bonus that I cannot withdraw more than my initial deposit. So they declined 2450.00. And then proceeded to ask for all these documents for 50.00. Do not play here. Again Betty offers fast withdrawals something this site claimed but didn’t honour. They refused my winnings. On other sites max bets aren’t allowed prior to playing not after. I can upload my withdrawal notice their reply and the withdrawal notification they made on my behalf for 50.00. Save your money! I only tried here because it’s supposed to be legal with Ontario but this is the first gaming site that declined my winnings when I played the 35x which on 50.00 is $1750. At any point I still could’ve lost the 50 bonus. But I win so they say no.

• The worst of all the online slots I’ve tried so far. Playing one game I had a pop up saying the bonus was triggered then nothing happened. Customer service said it was just a “visual glitch” but technically every is fine. If you’re a slot player you know how exciting it is to trigger the bonus to me that is a huge issue. • Free bet not honoured until I asked customer support about it. They probably do this so people dont bother claiming their free bets. Customer support said it had been reapplied to account but betting form is not working properly on cell/mobile to even check if thats the case keeps saying login before betting. Could be cookies but cant clear them individually and dont want that faff resetting preferences on all sites. Best to avoid! Ive had this before with small betting sites its how they con you. Stick to the big bookies the rest are a waste of time.
