• BET MGM does not pay out. They have no problem accepting your money but when it comes time to a withdrawal you can’t get your money out. Wasted days calling in with no results. I called the rep said they’re gonna send me a check when I asked for confirmation email of that check being sent miraculously they weren’t able to email me. I told the lady I’ll stay on the line until I receive the email and she hung up on me. I called back the next rep told me they don’t issue checks and that I would have to use PayPal or another means to make another deposit before I could withdraw. Again I was hung up on Upon calling back the new rep said yes we do issue cheques But still not able to email me with a confirmation of such action. Players beware. • I did not enjoy my experience with betmgm but I found them less offensive than OLG. betmgm just seems to have tight slots slotgames that dont pay out. I thought their customer care folks were well meaning but without useful information and advice. This was true for me at OLG too. Cant comment on withdrawals as did not win anything to withdraw. Cannot recommend; would point people to Betty Casino for fast payouts and good service; and Ojo for better game selection overall.

• Great site great customer service I made a deposit 2 years ago for 50 and after a few hours I withdrew 46k yes 46000 now since then I have monthly withdrawals around 2 to 6k but nothing like the one few years ago I like them cause they have good account limits and the withdrawals take about 30m to hit my bank account no funny business when I win I see the reviews are low but it could be the games there playing who knows.
