On the positive side deposits are super quick and credit instantly to your account and withdrawals (at least in my case) have been processed almost instantly which is a big plus compared to some other platforms. I’ve played for many years and this game shut down in a different way than if it was just an error from the actual game. I called and finally got to speak with a supervisor in New Jersey USA as my previous calls I ended up in a call center located in Manila of which I was hung up on 6 times transferred to random voice mails of people with whom don’t even work for the organization. Was a strange experience. The supervisor confirmed the unfinished game existed but BETMGM closed it out to do a check of the game was working fine apparently. This makes no sense as right after the game closed I was still able to access the game and wager money immediately? If the game truly was closed for a maintenance check or whatever then it shouldn’t have been accessible still and accepting bets. Nothing was wrong with the game. BETMGM just didn’t want to pay out the winnings which I must assume would be well over $3000. The representative advised they credited my $1 wager back to my account of which I wagered to receive the bonus. I advised this is unacceptable and illegal behaviour and at this point I will have to further my complaint to the gaming commission as the supervisor informed me they would escalate the issue and I’d have a response within 48hrs. Again they are ghosting me. I would advise to avoid this company at all costs. Potential illegal operations.

• Starting off with the negatives then working my way to the positives barely Any deposit bonuses and app can be laggy. Chat support is slow and out of date and needs better representatives. The positives are the daily games that guarantee a chance to gamble every day with 0 deposit the fast withdraws is very nice too. I put in $20 got the first and only deposit bonus and after playing blackjack and other table games such as Roulette I ended up with $350 withdrawable. The next day I put in another $20 of my own money and won $100 on sweet bonanza.
