- I joined and entered into a 100% bonus on live casino.....I deposited lost and didnt receive the bonus. I contacted Liam on live support who advises the bonus was a mistake so I closed my account and he didnt even answer just closed chat and my account. SO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!!

Unacceptable income review - funds held
- Funds have been held for 3 weeks now following an ‘income review’. I deposited £400 and my account was then instantly blocked. I provided everything they have asked for immediately and for the last 3 weeks I have had to speak to them myself everyday to request an update but all I get told is ‘you have to wait for the review to finish. There is no timeframe. Someone will be in contact’. Guess what no one has contacted me and they are still holding my funds. Unacceptable. The below is from the gambling commission which they are clearly violating. ‘A request made by a player to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be provided if the operator could reasonably have expected to have requested this earlier.Players are entitled to withdraw money from their deposit balance including their winnings at any time. Operators must allow players to withdraw funds from their deposit balance and there must be no term in place that restricts this’

- Added a star purely for slot selection. Every deposit is literally -80x to land a 1x 10x 12x 15x or its favourite number a 19x bonus absolute joke. Average a bonus every 300spins so consistent with its pay patterns. - Same as the below review all documents accepted for funnily enough a £700 withdrawal! Account immediately suspended and told to just wait no time frames provided was explicitly told I would just have to wait and itll take how long it takes which is laughable please see below two snippets taken from the gambling commission themselves to say this is unjust! BetMGM a bit NAUGHTY I FEEL
- Bet £10 on Monday on the Chelsea match to get a free £20 bet. I bet over 4.5 goals and with 2 mins to go the cash out was £1.58 and the score 2.1 so cashed out only to find it cost me £20 free bet as the small print in the terms and conditions says you cannot cash out or you lose your free bet. I obviously would not take £1.58 if I was to lose £20 free bet I feel a pop up box should say IF YOU CASH OUT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR FREE BET. I feel cheated and BetMGM are a bit NAUGHTY to offer cash out without it showing OBVIOUSLY what’s happening that you throwing away £20 free bet. I did try to complain to a customer service expert called Ryan who said sorry it’s in the terms and conditions is there anything else I can help with. So what will happen next is someone from BetMGM will reply saying something like maybe they should be more transparent and will contact you through trust pilot to talk a bit more but I have complained 4 times and every time they say they will and every time they do not.

Appalling
- Appalling! Please avoid. They have asked me to provide ID 5 times in one year! I asked why as I have NO issues elsewhere and am on the electrol role etc....the service was shocking. I won a trip to Vegas and they sent me half way across the world yet cant stop hassling me for ID. STAY CLEAR I have made sure people I know close their accounts with them. They have failed in the UK and are a disgrace.

Won money company dont wanna pay out
- Won some money. They then rejected my legal UK issued DVLA driving license and said its a fraud document. Refused to pay closed all accounts through the Leo Vegas chain. (Funny part is they accepted my driving licence for Leo Vegas when I lost money) 1 year later Still refusing to co-operate. Taken the matter to IBAS. Bet mgm. When you see this. Dont waste your time with a sob story Ill only post all the print screens of your rude advisors and make this a bigger matter than you have already made it. Unscrupulous gaming company more interested in profit than customers
- Placed a cricket bet an hour later still waiting for it to be settled . Placed a second cricket bet same match 10 minutes later that was settled within minutes ( same type of bet ) . Contacted support was told will take up to 3 hours . Doesn’t make sense . This company very quick to take your money but if you win it is a different matter entirely . They spend millions advertising but then provide a substandard service . Avoid !

No matter how much you lose they will treat you like shit
- Worse customer experience ive ever had. I should be a gold custome considering ive lost around £7.4k on there website in the past 2 months. I deposited £1k into my account and they asked for documentation for verification. I provided it within an hour. It has been 14 days and i havent heard from them at all ive tried to contact customer support and they keep telling me to get lost. The person states he reached out to me internally but he did not they are lying.

- Dreadful experIence please avoid at all costs to avoid essentially being robbed. Had a small win over Christmas nothing major a total of about £80. Withdrew the winnings and thought no more of it. A week later and I’ve still received nothing so checked and they are withholding my funds pending verification of payment method. I uploaded a copy of my bank card and yet they still refuse to pay. Apparently what they want now is verification of a debit card for the same account that expired last year. Obviously I don’t have this so they are asking for things that simply don’t exist as an alternative. “Certificate of card ownership”!! Literally stealing from customers!!!Oddly they don’t need any documentation from me if I want to putt more money in.

Took £230 from my account and closed it!
- I deposit with Paypal. Made 1 payment of £30 with the Paypal account I use for business instead of one I use personally (in error). Bet won. They asked for proof of ID (been with them months) and blocked my access. Supplied it and they kept £230 winnings and closed my account! They cited one of their rules in the small print regarding suspicious activity (who reads rule 113.05 subparagraph F or whatever when signing up?) cant use Paypal business accounts. I told them beforehand I made an error. If the bet had of lost would they have done this? Absolute zero customer service. Typical bookmaker - all they want is your cash. AVOID!!!!!
