No matter how much you lose they will treat you like shit
- Worse customer experience ive ever had. I should be a gold custome considering ive lost around Ā£7.4k on there website in the past 2 months. I deposited Ā£1k into my account and they asked for documentation for verification. I provided it within an hour. It has been 14 days and i havent heard from them at all ive tried to contact customer support and they keep telling me to get lost.

- Truly a shining example of how not to handle customers. If you enjoy waiting endlessly for replies that solve absolutely nothing then look no furtherāthis is the service for you.The live chat feels like a game of hide-and-seek except the agents are perpetually hiding and when they do show up they seem to know less about the platform than the customers. Emails? Ah yes a delightful exercise in patience where youāll be treated to copy-paste responses that completely miss the point of your query.Honestly Iām in awe of how theyāve managed to make something as simple as āsupportā feel like a Herculean task. Bravo BetMGM UK. If this is the future of customer service Iād rather stay in the past.

- Dreadful experIence please avoid at all costs to avoid essentially being robbed. Had a small win over Christmas nothing major a total of about Ā£80. Withdrew the winnings and thought no more of it. A week later and Iāve still received nothing so checked and they are withholding my funds pending verification of payment method. I uploaded a copy of my bank card and yet they still refuse to pay. Apparently what they want now is verification of a debit card for the same account that expired last year. Obviously I donāt have this so they are asking for things that simply donāt exist as an alternative. āCertificate of card ownershipā!! Literally stealing from customers!!!Oddly they donāt need any documentation from me if I want to putt more money in.

- This site donāt request any info up front before you make a deposit ..instead they wait until you are loudly enough to want to withdraw your winnings and then the fun and games begin .At first I installed a virtual debit card but had trouble getting deposits through so then used my main bank card adm everything was fine or so I thought until I had a win and wanted it moved back to that bank card.Didnāt think it would be a problem as thatās a bank card in the Uk and it was where the deposit had come from.Now Iām being asked to verify the virtual card which I finally did today and now Iām being asked to prove ownership of that virtual card!Ive explained that I donāt use that card on this platform and being virtual itās going to prove troublesome to get all the info mgm are requesting!Just seems they donāt want to give the money back now and Iām going to contact some news outlets here to highlight what I feel is bordering on outright fraud?The chat bot system they want to use is useless and I have requested phone contact but they claim they rang and got no answer when I have my phone always by my side and no missed calls were registered and no voice message left .i just want my money back ..itās not a fortune but Iām not giving up

Please avoid at all costs
- If you read this review before thinking of opening an account with BetMGM then I urge you to think twice before doing so. I wanted to withdraw my funds from my account and as my bank card had expired I was not able to do so. I have several online accounts with Ladbrokes Coral Betfred and Paddypower and there were no issues with them. BetMGM said I needed to contact my bank to request a Proof of Ownership letter for my old card so I did so and my bank said they had never heard of such a document. If you read other reviews of this Company many other customers have complained of the hurdles put in your way to avoid legitimately paying out your winnings. I have been in contact with BetMGM and have now decided that my life would be so much better without spending hours trying to recoup my money off this Company.If only one person reads my review and it persuades them to not open an account with this shambolic Company then I will be happy. If I havent convinced you then read all the negative reviews pertaining to the paperwork you need to submit before you can withdraw your money.A shocking Company and I urge you to boycott them at all costs.Update ...I have heard from Customer Support yet again...they basically ask you to update documents which are not easy to access. Please dont contact me again Bet MGM...you are a disgrace and I sincerely hope that prospective customers read my review and take on board the fact that you welch on your bets.

Took Ā£230 from my account and closed it!
- I deposit with Paypal. Made 1 payment of Ā£30 with the Paypal account I use for business instead of one I use personally (in error). Bet won. They asked for proof of ID (been with them months) and blocked my access. Supplied it and they kept Ā£230 winnings and closed my account! They cited one of their rules in the small print regarding suspicious activity (who reads rule 113.05 subparagraph F or whatever when signing up?) cant use Paypal business accounts. I told them beforehand I made an error. If the bet had of lost would they have done this? Absolute zero customer service. Typical bookmaker - all they want is your cash. AVOID!!!!!

- I didnāt receive my withdrawal for more than a week after I verified my account. They take your deposit for a second but when you request a withdrawal they try to find a million reasons not to proceed it. I feel helpless and I still writing them emails and begging them to send my money before Christmas.

- Been a customer for 9 months. Made two withdrawals last night and woke up to them wanting me to verify my account which I did. I was then told I couldnt withdraw to PayPal because my last deposit was made using my card and I couldnt withdraw to my card because it didnt support gambling transactions despite the fact I used the card to deposit on there twice. Ive now had to send in a bank statement from the said card so that they can bank wire me the money instead which Ive done and can take Upto 15 days to reach my account. Never heard so much tosh in my life from start to finish. The transaction team could have just withdrew to my PayPal which Ive used for withdrawals already this week. The only reason Ive given 3 stars is because of the agent who tried to help me resolve this and after coming on here I can see why theyre lowly rated. Wouldnt bother. If they never provided me with a solution it would have been escalated by myself to the correct governing body which I believe is gambling commission.
