• I was playing one of their live casino games when just before a significant multiplayer win one of my bets was rejected due to an error claiming I didn’t have enough funds in my account. This was incorrect as I had sufficient funds. When I contacted customer service they were unhelpful and stated that I had apparently been opted into MGM Millions which costs 9 pence and that’s why my bet didn’t confirm. I don’t recall opting into this and as a result 9 pence ended up costing me £75. Their buggy software and lack of support make this platform one to avoid

• This bookmakers site are legit scammers they offer a bonus let you sign up and spend your money then 10 minutes before your bet settles they lock you out of your account and ask for photo id which is fine but then they find the most ridiculous excuses saying passport is a strange colour we cant pick it up or take a picture of all four corners then they say we need to see both pages then when that isnt enough days of messing around they tell you to send a dated letter. When you are well within your rights the staff insult you and close account. Basically they are thieves and you will find it out for yourselves. Hopefully this company get a hefty fine and banned from the UK. Not everybody on the reviews can be wrong

Verification nightmare and account closed

• Pink Casino suspended and later closed my BetMGM account (all Leo Vegas sites are connected in this way) for not providing sufficient and correct documentation even though I sent my documents passport proof of address card photos and everything and had emails saying they were accepted (see my Pink Casino review).I had some lucky bonus rounds on slots on both these sites and built up big balances had 5-stars in mind till their verification problems turned this into a 1-star mess.

BetMGM not great service and I feel…

• BetMGM not great service and I feel DISHONEST AGAIN. For such a small bet I’m amazed how long this took and every way not to pay used. I bet the woodwork to be hit in the Man City v Brighton game two weeks ago Saturday. Haarland hit it on 26 mins he WAS THE ATTACKING PLAYER. It never paid the £10 win. Went on chat to ask for help. Ivona was trying to help a so called specialist. She said Haaland hit the woodwork and it resulted in a goal that’s why it was not settled as a winner. I said yes that did happen BUT after that 4 mins later after Brighton restarted the match Haaland got the ball again ran the almost length of the pitch shot and it was saved and pushed onto the woodwork. So he was THE ATTACKING TEAM and was nothing to do with the goal that happened 45 mins before she said it was I said it was after kick off was taken but she said KAMBI have checked but it resulted in a goal. Wow. I arranged a phone call the next day a young man phoned I told him the bet was settled wrong asked him to look at the cometary on FotMob he read it when I was on the phone and said yes it 100% says wood work hit and this was after the goal. He said he would send the photo shot of my 100% correct evidence AGAIN and now it’s been almost two weeks now just received a email not the phone call I was promised saying because the goalkeeper touched it it does not count but the bet CLEARLY SAYS (woodwork hits are only counted to the attacking team) Haarland was attacking no deflection from a Man City player on his own post. I have posted twice over two times I have been treated this way first one they payed after they knew they got it wrong and the people who reply to this on trust pilot said twice they have reached out to me and they 100% have not it’s dishonest lies so don’t write that line if your not going to. I asked for a free bet last time as they got it wrong and I sent a lot of emails with evidence and they said NO WE JUST PAYED THE BET £10. They did say sorry. Let’s see this time what will happen they have got it wrong.

• So I posted a bad 2star review regarding my free daily game being removed and have been playing since December 2023 since then have deposited £242 and withdrawn £92. After the review I left I was contacted by BetMGM and politely they asked me what issues I had with the site I explained I felt hard done to and told them issues I had and they explained everything to me.Thanks for the phone call and clarification of my situation and look forward to continue playing on the siteI have changed to 5star as they rang me very promptly and were very polite explaining everything I needed to know and do enjoy their site I see a lot of bad reviews for silly things but honestly this site is great.

• Signed up a few months ago. My average bet is probably higher than the average person. • Avoid won £170 withdraw it asked for docs thenSent them all in and then closed my account and gave me back my deposit have contacted gambling commission who are aware of the illegal practices Betuk and MGM are committing will also be starting legal proceedings as everything they have done is against the laws stated in the Gambling Commission if anyone has similar stories please feel free to message me so I can get more evidence to prove how unlawful they are.UPDATE 31/10/24Surprisingly still no update from these muppets I have now forwarded my case to IBAS who are taking a look at it and apparently BetMGM and Betuk are 1 of their most submitted requests for betting sites that are not adhering to the rules set by gambling commission! If you have any proof please please please take it further and lets get these guys shut down!
