• Im not going to slam the bonus roll-over requirements. Theyre not good but there is so much more wrong with this platform that prompted me to leave my first review on a betting site.1. Betovo claims they have 24/7 support. They dont. If you email their support they wont respond. Im confident the inbox isnt managed by support staff. I had to email them on 3 separate issues over 2 months and did not receive 1 email back from my 6 emails to their support email. Ive had money in this account for months locked to the site. No matter how many times I try to contact them nothing happens. This website offers 0 support and seems to just want to get peoples money into their site and once its there youre going to have to go through war to get it out.
