- Not sure why so much negative 1 stars . Been with them before for they changed there name . People moaning who over seas get skype . Theve been awesome to me . Gave me a few nice bonus bets. Lost a fair bit but that was on me lol . If u phone them there helpful .

Betr customer services are a joke
- Betr customer services are a joke. So many times have I emailed them regarding bets deposits and bonus incentives and have dont reply except sometimes to say call the 1800 number. I am an overseas customer and when I tell them I need an international number to call them on they dont reply. I dont know how they stay in business with there arrogant customer service staff that dont value good customers.
