• My username ( youhana1993)To be honest I have a mixed experience with betrally. I shifted from bet365 to betrally just because they introduce an exclusive line for Indian players. IMPS was great Net banking was great and the other payment methods like skrill neteller Indians dont prefer because of high commission fees. I withdrew an amount of 5000INR once. It was delayed for 2-3days because my account wasnt verified. Now verified placed a request of withdrawal on 22nd April let see how long it will take to. And yes they have removed both IMPS and Net banking which will surely affect their Indian customer base.

• Hello i have placed a withdrawal of 103000 after my winning i have placed withdrawal to skrill the site cancelled my withdrawal and refunded to my card from june 12th i am waiting for my refund they just say ask me to contact bank . i have contacted bank more than 20 times they confirm me saying no refund is initiated id - 13169020765. they wantedly said they have transfer to bank there is no such refund added to my card they only cheat people really useless site and worst customer service . please dont use this site
