• Shocking. Horse racing odds are way below live shows for instance evs is 4/6 or lower even. No Bog guaranteed. Can’t put different sports into multiples. Takes ages for a bet to be accepted. Site keeps signing you out. The list is endless. What a shocking betting experience.

Avoid! Save yourself the hassle

• Slow website crashes when placing bets then places it twice crashes when playing games crashes for no reason other than it is a rubbish website. Recommend using a different betting site as this one offers nothing and is just extremely frustrating to use. They take a percentage of the account top up fee too. Never received my welcome bonus either. AVOID and save yourself the hassle.

Disgraceful company! Stay away

• Deposited 100 yesterday with @BetRegalIE. Did a double with my own cash and 100 single with the welcome bonus. Was informed that I couldn’t cash out unless I multipled my free bet winnings by 9 or cancelled the bonus.2/2 I cancelled the bonus and they have taken back the cash money winnings.Disgrace of a company!AVOID!!@BetRegalIE

• Reading reviews on here have made me wary.The site is fine (casino wise) but the sports section is unplayable.Having to pay fee to deposit/withdraw is also poor.I’m awaiting my first withdrawals and already the timescale is very slow compared with others sites.... I have attempted to pre exp their document requests but we will see.... I will update when withdrawals are complete.

Seems legit

• Seems legit theres a 2.5% charge on all deposits and a fee for withdrawals. I made a cash out request yesterday but as yet am still waiting for confirmation as its still pending reports suggest a 6 day wait for withdrawals made with a Debit Card. Not a great business model but not the worst site either.

• Signed up for an introductory offer. Won first bet they immediately stopped the free bet associated with the introductory offer.They charge commission on DEPOSITS and their chat is slow. Worse of all the site is unstable keeps signing out bets dont appear when you click different odds to what you picked appear in the betslip. Pages dont load. A poorly functioning website and untrustworthy so far. Ive still got to try and extract my winnings.No point in dealing with this company when there are more legitimate companies around. Not worth the hassle for some small inducement.

• I signed up to join betregal because of their very attractive welcome offer. However having settled a qualfying bet for £25 i didnt recieve the promised free bet. I asked live chat why and was just told management decided to withdraw the offer from your account. I advice stay well clear and spend your money elsewhere.

Ok can’t complain

• Ok so my review is a little premature as I still await my withdrawal but having read the other ones (I had genuine concerns about this) I felt it’s only right to share my own experience. Having uploaded my docs last night they were then verified immediate lot when I went on chat and the agent (Rolf) was very helpful. The site isn’t great there are glitches but they do offers some good regal odds for sports. Charges for transactions is a bit naughty but I can live with that. Overall I’m happy and feel 4 stars is a fair score.

Wont tell me why Ive been sanctioned

• Only bet once lost used the free sign up bet lost. Few weeks later asked them why Ive had no further offers they said my account had been sanctioned but wont tell me why! Ive asked several times and they avoid answering. Dont understand it. Done a subject access request now and complained to the Gambling Commission to see if I can find out but certainly wont be depositing anymore money with them!

• Spoke to some cu;nt called Paulo who flat out refused to give me a welcome bonus saying it didnt exist for my account??? When i questioned him he then said it had expired after 2 weeks. I checked on my account and it was 13 days since i made my qualifying bet and when i told him he said there was nothing he could do and left the chat.After speaking to Anna straight after she was able to resolve the issue straight away and credit my account.

Very very bad UI poor customer service

• This site is very bad chat allows only a few characters to be typed and then you have to re-click the chat window. Super super low limits (could not risk more then $56.00 on a -310 favorite). I had to teach the agent Alexandra the difference between bank wire and Instadebit she took more than 12 minutes in chat and was never able to answer all my questions. Max deposit with Instadebit is $100.00 USD and you have to payout by bankwire as a very experienced online sports bettor this type of conduct points to some possible money laundering schemes. You will lose a lot a lot of time better to stick with more serious books like 365 Pinny or five dimes.

• Signed up for the introductory offer bet £20 get a £10 free bet. Placed the £20 following all the terms and conditions to get a free bet but didnt get one. Wrote to customer support and they said management has decided to disable any bonuses on my account without telling me! Its my first and last time using them bad betting site.

• I was super apprehensive using the site after reading the reviews. I deposited £10 placed a bet and after a few minutes the promotional free £10 bet appeared. I placed both bets on the same game which I won. Then I placed several bets winning them all upto balance of £600+.Before withdrawing premptively I sent them a copy of a utility bill for my address a copy of my passport a copy of my driving license front/back of the card used to deposit. The front of the card linked to the bank I was withdrawing to. An also a bank statement in my name relating to the wire transfer. This was on a Friday night. Monday afternoon no documents asked for no fuss my money has processed and sent.

• I hate the C word but its not too harsh on these jokers. Like many others I bet £10 to receive a £10 free bet following the T&Cs correctly. • Great sign up offer got £40 for a goal being scored in Chelsea v West Ham game also got free bet with another deposit. Took a little while to get the money and 2.5% charge on debit card deposits is annoying but overall pretty decent
