• In January I received an e-mail from Betsamigo that stated that my balance had been removed and my account had been closed indefinitely due to the breach of terms & conditions. A few days before receiving this e-mail I had made a withdrawal request for Betsamigo. The e-mail didn’t specify which terms & conditions I had breached. I have tried several times to obtain more information from Betsamigo by e-mail. Unfortunately Betsamigo hasn’t been willing to provide me with any further information. So far Betsamigo hasn’t provided me with any evidence that I have breached some terms and conditions. For some reason Betsamigo hasn’t even been willing to tell me which terms & conditions I have (in their opinion) breached.
