- So il be leaving this site and Im actually gutted about it because I really enjoyed it at one point they offer reload bonuses of only 50% which is stingy you have deposit to get them then wager it then I have to get to 100 euros before I can even make a withdrawal. Iv made huge deposits into the thousands over the last 10 months and unfortunately I feel I havent really had any enjoyment or success. Gameplay isnt great bonuses rounds are few and far between. - Hi Iām fully verified. Card also verified on the 24th of May. Yesterday I cashed out Ā£2300 and took a break for one week to allow the funds to get to me. They cancelled the withdrawal and told me I need to send my card again š I have sent them the link where they told me my card was verified and waiting for a response. Canāt now access my account to process the withdrawal again. Complete mess Part two - they have asked for pictures of an old card I deposited with months ago. Both monzo my new one clearly replacing my old one. They are trying everything not to pay me out. Very sad I have now sent them a pdf of my bank statement all after being told I was fully verified.Part 3 - itās been 6 days now since I withdrew no sign of the money !
