- I’ve created an account with betuk and made a £10 deposit made a bet and once my qualifying bet has settled I was supposed to get a £30 bonus. I followed their instructions accordingly and once the bet settled I haven’t been awarded the bonus so I contacted the live chat support. I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with Emily which proved to be the most useless person I’ve spoken to in a very long time. Emily kept saying to me the promotions are discretionary but how is that the case when I opted in to the promotion to begin with and then later to be told no you can’t have it sorry! Then I’ve asked for a supervisor or a complaints email which she refused to provide. By law I have the right to escalation which I was completely rejected. So no bonus no escalation email no resolution just a bunch of time wasters sitting behind a screen moving the goal post how they like.

- After reading reviews here I actually lost hope to withdraw anything as I also was asked to verify my account soon as I’ve withdrew money. Not only a photo of my bank card but also bank statements. Anyway I actually thought I’ll be waiting forever BUT I went on the live chat and spoke to Ellen.. not only she was replying back within seconds she also got it looked at pretty much straight away even though I messaged at nearly midnight. My question was answered my problem was resolved and money was in my account within minutes. Honestly it’s not all that bad big up Ellen! 💪🏽

- Withdrawals very fast howeverLost my debit card and BetUK sent me on a runaround off to my bank to get a certificate of ownership. The lady at the bank told me there was no such thing..BetUK insisted there is ( because obviously they know more than a bank) and now theyre being stubborn and not allowing me to withdraw my money. NO other bookies have asked for this and its just BetUK being awkward. Imagine thinking you know more than a bankZero stars

- The website clearly states which is why we here at BetUK offer Best Odds Guaranteed on racing events Upon winning a bet I did not receive the BOG offer. I queried and was told sorry its only select races in uk but im yet to see 1 race with this offer. Website claims are clearly misleading and false. AGAIN. Below they clearly say theyve asked trustpilot for my details to contact me. I had no contact and was told by trustpilot No information request was sent for your review. It seems the business either did not send it or missed the opportunity to do so. Bit like the advert untruthful.

- My account is fully verified. The minute I deposited money earlier the suspended my account and refused to let me have my money back unless I send them more documents. I did that and was told it was fine. I still cannot access my account and was made even more angry by a useless patronising live chat agent called Yusuf who didnt have a clue about anything. Will be getting my solicitor Gambling Commission and Resolver involved.

- Beware. Out of the blue theyll demand verification and want bank statements. Of course they wait until youve deposited and freeze it so you cant bet or withdraw your moneyIf you lose your card theyll demand a certificate of ownership from your bank saying youve lost your card. No such thing exists but they wont budge and theyll keep your money until you get a letter which doesnt exist. Disgraceful I await the usual copy and paste nonsense Edit. Worst betting company to exist
- For your own sanity avoid this company at all costs. I deposited only £40 and it triggered an account review (baring in mind I have used the same bank account for over 3 years on the site) that has blocked me from withdrawing my money with no prior warning. I have been going back and forth over emails and every single worker will advise you the same thing “no time frame will not help you”. It has gotten to the point I have closed the account and they have still advised “the account is under review” and they still refuse to withdraw my money… how do you review a closed account??

- Wow. Ive exceeded my wagering limits for so called responsible gambling. I Placed 8 bets with 5 winners in 2 weeks and Im well up but because Ive exceeded my wagering limit I cant bet for another 30 days. Have you any idea how pathetic that is? - After using the service I tried to withdraw my money but was asked to get a bank certificate for an old card on the account. I explained that the card had not been in use for a year but BetUK asked me to get my bank to complete a letter with details including the full card number the card I have not used for a year that I no longer have the details for. I asked why they could not use my new card that BetUK had withdrawn money from and they refused saying this is the process.As they were happy to take payments off my new card this proves this tactic is simply payment avoidance and I can see others have had the same issue in other reviews.If BetUK respond they will not provide help to pay out my account further confirming this is payment avoidance.EDIT: As expected the response below is not providing any assitence in paying out my money by asking me to complete an impossible task by getting details that I no longer have access to validated by my bank. No other firms ask customers to validate card details that have not been in use for over a year - this is nonsense.Note that BetUK was able to take payments off my new card but have refused to payout using teh same method - this proves payment avoidance.

Basically Robbed!
- Deposited money into my account as I usually would within seconds my account was locked and told it was under review. I then had to provide access to my bank account a copy of my ID a picture of my card and a utility bill. All passed off within a couple of hours so thought I was on to a winner turns out I’ve not heard anything in nearly a week about what’s happening. The only response I receive is that my account is under review and there is no timeframe on this. Not feeling confident that it will be sorted anytime soon as I have now been locked out of my account all together and unable to even sign in.

- I am awaiting two withdrawals and I also made a deposit and without warning they blocked my account. Asked for access to my bank via the site also they have received my passport bank card and proof of address which has been approved and now they have told me they are reviewing my account. I highlighted it was stressful on the chat and now they have blocked and guided me to betting care and gambling problem sites. I understand verification rules etc and always comply when asked but this feels different that they are about to scam and ask for a lot of information extra until I run out of something I can’t provide. - No idea about a lot of negative reviews and accounts being froze but from my experience I find bet UK one best sites out there sports bit good casino section decent and games all fairly Ive had lots and lots withdrawals and all bar one have been paid out instantly and the one that didnt was cause I was withdrawing to my other bank account so think it flagged up but after being with agent on live chat for about 10 mins then problem was resolved and money instantly in my bank .Ive closed most accounts elsewhere down now as happy using bet uk
