• I have been waiting over FIVE MONTHS for Betway to settle the bets on my account and this situation has become completely unacceptable.I placed my bets in good faith on major football and tennis leagues on 13 September. The events concluded long ago yet my bets remain unsettled. Since then I have contacted customer support numerous times through live chat. Every single time I receive the same generic response: “Your bet is under review.”No explanation.No timeframe.No follow-up email.No accountability.Five months is an outrageous and unreasonable delay for reviewing standard bets on major sporting events. This does not require half a year of investigation. The continued lack of transparency communication and action raises serious concerns about how customer funds and disputes are being handled.Players deserve clear answers and timely settlements — not endless delays and scripted responses.I am demanding immediate settlement of my bets and a full written explanation for this unacceptable delay. If this issue is not resolved urgently I will escalate the matter to the relevant gambling authority and continue sharing my experience publicly.

Betway Terrible Experience ! Not paying me for 18 days now !

• Hello I deposited 1200€ into my Betway account and i menage to make it 1736€ .I request withdraw on 26th of January the same payment method which i deposited with and the withdraw never arrived i asked them 100 times on chat then they said different thing every time first time they said that i have to change my preferred payment method i did changed it to bank and didnt help at all then They closed my account and asked for bank account ownership certificate i provided it on 4th february . Then they ask me to send my id by email to them i did it instant after that they said i need complete jumio link verification - a link which you need make fotos of id and your face ! I completed that before one week succesfuly and now they telling me that the system not indicate it as done i sent them clear proof that the process is completed correctly and they said that they escalate the case and i am still waiting ... Really terrible disrespectful experience . Never trust this bookmaker !!!

• I signed up with Betway and was electronically verified. I was told I could make deposits and withdrawals without any issues. I made several deposits eventually won £420 and requested a withdrawal. However I never received the money.I sent numerous emails and was repeatedly told that the funds had been processed and sent. Then two weeks later I was suddenly asked to provide ID before the funds could be released. This cannot be reversed so I feel I was misled.I am nearly 60 years old and I do not drive or travel so I do not have a passport or driving licence. To obtain one would cost me additional money and even then there is no guarantee they would release my withdrawal.They were happy to verify my account and accept my deposits in good faith. I both lost and won money but as soon as I requested a withdrawal the process was stopped and my money withheld. I was told I would receive the funds within 72 hours yet it has now been a month and I have received nothing.I am extremely disappointed and feel let down by this experiene

• Betway is into the scamming business. Tried to make a withdrawal and having diffficulty due to shady activity on their end. This happens at least once a month. Also a friend of mine is having the same issue with his withdrawal. Other shady activity includes not having live betting on golf while it is available on my friends account e/w betting on golf not available .

• So to all fellow gamblers. Coming from an every week gambler I urge you not to use Betway ever. 1. The withdrawals take 5 days 2. No super sub. No early pay out. No full 90 market wise they’re very basic. Same with basketball and other sort features most bookmakers have.3. The withdrawals take 2 weeks sometimes. You speak on the live chat and they openly lie to you to just pass on the buck. When gambling and dealing with profit and loss it’s urgent to take your money when you can. But this app make you wait and then you gamble more etc you know how it goes.3. Tracking withdrawals is a gamble itself with Betway I’ve withdrawn and spoken to 6 different live agents ( which takes 30/45 minutes to get ) then they just lie and all tell you different things. I’m currently waiting a week and 4 days for my last withdrawal. 4. They’re are so many other betting platforms other then Betway and trust me you’ll learn the hard way when using Betway mark my words I will post again to inform you if I get to the 3 week mark for my withdrawal I have uploaded screenshots off all the lies and misinformation told to me on my page for evidence. With timings and dates and full chat history’s.

What a horrible company

• What a horrible company. Completely ignored my emails regarding my refund. I will be contacting my banks to attempt to recoup the money as this company has scammed me. I deposited money from my bank and then tried to withdraw when I noticed the welcome offer was no longer valid obviously I wanted to withdraw the money to the same bank I deposited however the only bank available to withdraw out to was not my own it was a bank I had never seen in my life I’m assuming it is their bank and they withdraw your money into their own bank🤷‍♀️ cannot think of any other reason for this happening. They said I may need to deposit more money to allow it to be withdrawn again to the correct account absolutely not! As if I would trust another penny in this company’s hands. The reviews here speak for themselves. I will be taking action against this company should I not receive immediate correspondence and refund to my correct account.

Worst RTP on the market!

• Just made the mistake of playing on this site and my advice to others would be to avoid it. You don’t gamble expecting to win but my god this site the RTP is so low there is not even a mirage of hoping to have some fun. I played games that are licensed to other sites and that I know well so had a good comparison and Betway was brutal. Playing online over 20 years and I have never had a game give 3 bonus’s in 1000 spins but I got it on Betway and the highest bonus was 17 times my bet! Had another game that agin gave 3 bonus(took less than 1000 spins this time but not by much) and the highest pay on those 3 was 11 times my bet. Would hope this post helps at least 1 person avoid this site.

No response to a simple bet query!!

• SoI placed a horse expecting best odds guaranteed as advertised on the internet and primary reason I joined Betway. My bet won but not paid at best odds. So online chat started at 1650 50 mins later still nobody to chat to. This morning from 0830 thinking it would be quiet 30 mins later still no response...does anybody actually work on the chat line? I emailed UKManager as indicated on the Betway website response was go to portal and help emailed Support still no response 18 hours later....so where do I go to..this is ridiculous and primary reason why I will leave Betway there are plenty of alternatives out there who do respond and dont have shocking customer service!!
