• I have been a Betway customer since Dec 2019 and I can rate their betting lines customer service to be A+. There was no delay in withdrawal / deposit process in Betway . I may like to bring to attention about bet confirmation issue in the website as the amount of the bet needs to be updated when placing a new bet. Software issue in the website needs to be resolved. Thats all I have for now.

Good Experience With Betway

• I personally have not had the same bad experience with Betway as many others seem to have had. I wrote to their Customer Service before my first deposit to make sure that my account was verified. They were very helpful and confirmed that it was. I therefore have not had any issues with withdrawing money.I am giving four stars instead of five for two reasons:1. The site is somewhat less user friendly than the sites of many of its competitors. It could do with an overhaul.2. My withdrawal was pending for approx. 24hrs which I found a bit unnecessary given that my deposit was immediate.Still overall I am very happy with my experience with Betway.

• They locked my account for no reason (I also sent my document for verification). I tried to contact the customer support to know the reasons but the agent was unable to give me a response. • pathetic service account locked for no reason and then been in review for over a month. still contact them weekly and they claim my problem has been escalated but reject giving a time frame and say the same thing everytime. Just to get on live chat takes about 1-2hours.
