- Absolute garbage. Rtp starts bad and just drops with every spin until eventually youre just counting the dead spins until your balance hits zero. 100x to buy a bonus2 or 3 hundred x to land one if youre youre lucky and 90% pay between 10x and 25x. If you ever manage to get a winning bonus it will cost you twice or 3 times as much. There are plenty of casinos out there where you will actually get some entertainment for your money and occasionally win a little. - It has been 11 days now since I first made a notice about a bonus not being credited into my account after I took part of a promotion. 11 days of contacting live chat multiple times writing countless emails and not being given one specific information. Especially Pierre has turned out to be the biggest lyer and fraud of them all falsely promising me that the relevant team / colleague would be looking into my bets at this very moment and I would recieve an email shortly. This guy has started to end my chats immediately now telling me I should not keep contacting support for this matter. Imagine! I am in shock how such a big company employs people like him. - I am writing this review to warn everyone about Betways extremely poor and unprofessional attitude towards system problems.On 09/22/2025 I was playing the game Majestic Megaways™ (by IGT/PlayDigital) for real money. GSR-4000.Since that moment more than two weeks have passed during which the game remains inaccessible and the problem remains unresolved.Support issues and lack of information:The biggest problem is the complete refusal of assistance from the customer support department.Lies and evasions: I am constantly given non-specific answers that the problem is being fixed. The worst customer service
- I enjoy playing on the site but when you have a problem you are on your own. First you have to get past the virtual assistant which is pretty dumb and has a limited set of questions and answers. The only way to get referred to an agent is to make up responses otherwise you just go around in cirles. Once referred you wait for an agent. I waited an hour and still did not get through. Eventually I gave up. This is the worst casino site for support that I have experienced. If you play here just remember that they wont help you when you need it.
