I submitted every required document: • Proof of deposit from Revolut (screenshot + official statement) • Card used for deposit (virtual) • My full identity details • Screenshots of the transaction showing my name card and amountAll documents were approved. Yet the withdrawal remains “pending.”Support agents (“Kevin” and “Wilson”) kept asking me to resend the same files over and over. Every time I completed their request they made up a new one.This is a clear stalling tactic and I believe they are intentionally avoiding payout.After multiple days of this nonsense I submitted a formal complaint to Curaçao eGaming.If this is not resolved immediately I will pursue legal action and report this further.Warning to other players: Bizzo Casino may refuse to pay you even if you do everything right.
