Scam . Ignored closed account request

• One of the worst company. This casino is scam and they are not allowed to operate in Europe anymore but they do ! I played on this casino till I lost a lot of money and when you received a bonus you will win something because it’s limited amount you can withdrawal! But you you deposit is not ! One day i contact the mangers by email and request to close my account they ignored my request en let deposit again and again and after that I request refund and they pay me back 2850€ . And now I’m busy with my lawyer to take a legal action against the company . So please guys just don’t play here ! If you have access to casino with MGA licensed much better and you and your money are safe !

• I was nervous with this company as seems to be blocks on the website within Australia as was having issues accessing the website sometimes so would do so through bohocasino4.com which stopped the blocking issues. Im happy to say I did receive my windrawl but just be aware bank withdrawals do take time mine cleared after 6 business days (which they advise 7) but can confirm this is legit company. I was lucky to win some good money (but silly me through it back in) cant say Im keen on the bonuses as they dont give you much and havent had much luck with the wager ones so best to play without bonus so the winnings are able to be withdrawn rather than being locked by the bonus until you reach a certain value. Customer support have been really good and responsive so am happy overall. :)

• The worst experience Ive ever had with a casino. I have been working with Visa MasterCard Interac and my bank but from everything we have seen so far its not a legitimate casino! All it takes to reveal the hidden truth is to attempt a withdrawal. Ive saved every communication with them and even though Visa MasterCard Interac and my bank are doing what they can nothing has been withdrawn Boho casino has more than 10 times cancelled my withdrawal. Beware of Boho casino if I didnt have the support of my bank credit card companies and the police I wouldnt have been able to keep fighting with them.

• Its easy to take money from the player but when I won and withdraw it such a hassle for all the requirements that they were looking for. Im so pissed off.
