The employees are normally very kind and friendly and the support itself is polite.However the bonus system has really changed for me and not in a good way. Normally with almost every €20 deposit I would receive 30 free spins. Now I have to deposit almost €100 and even then I only get free spins if I’m lucky.What frustrates me the most is that I’m often told “after your next deposit there will be something available.” But when I actually deposit again and ask about it I get rejected or told there’s nothing. Despite this Boomerang-Bet reset the entire withdrawal process and forced me to start again from zero. At this point the total waiting time is approaching two weeks and I am still stuck in the same loop with no resolution.Trustpilot has a notice on their review page saying “We’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company.” After everything I have experienced it is very easy to believe that. If all reviews were legitimate this platform would probably be sitting at one of the lowest ratings possible. The support quality the withdrawal delays and the complete lack of transparency match the kind of issues that genuine customers report not the suspiciously positive reviews that clearly do not reflect reality.The support team continues sending copy-paste responses that do not address any of my questions. They refuse to explain why I am being penalized for a failure on their side and they refuse to give any assurance that this will not happen again. The withdrawal system is extremely slow completely outdated and designed in a way that makes customers wait so long that many will simply give up and cancel.At this point I am preparing my next step which is to contact their Curaçao licensing provider and file an official complaint. The pattern here is obvious. The delays the lack of accountability and the repeated vague explanations point to a platform that is not acting in good faith. If they refuse to pay then they will be reported at the regulatory level.This experience continues to show that Boomerang-Bet’s public image is completely different from the reality real players face. I will keep posting updates until this is resolved.

Unfair Rollover Decision: Same Team Different Game Still Marked as Repeated?

The decision is final and cannot be appealed.No part of their rules says betting on the same team in different matches counts as a repeat.
