• I signed up to site just 2 days ago there was promised free spins as per the review site I joined from I did not receive them!! Then because I did not get those I went to review site to vote as spins for vote was again something you can receive again excuses made as to why I could not get them so that was it for me low and behold I get email at 11pm June 2nd2025 from boomerang bet casino stating very clearly that I was to receive 50 free spins and I had 24hrs to accept them and also that they were in my account waiting for me well at 330 I checked again and still no spins in account so I emailed support as the chat button on site did nothing I was then told oh were sorry u missed them and they are expired I the sent screen shot of email date and time and can very clearly read that I had 24hrs and only roughly 5 hours had past they then said oh we are sorry we will put ticket in and get this issue fixed. Then each hour I got responses and updates that spins in account I check still nothing I then screen shot very clearly each tab and drop downs and the bonuses available to me which was not what was promised on email. I was then met with ignorance and from what I gathered they did not even entertain looking at screen shots I sent them 4x and last 2xs explained what each screen shot was showing. Then emailed me repeatedly spins are in your account but clearly they were not. They then changed game I was to get that doesnt d network then blamed my blamed my browser internet data ad blockers spyware VPNs so I tried safari Google go Google chrome Samsung internet bing yahoo duckduckgo different devices then they blamed cookies and Cache which I then repeated process first clearing cookies and Cache andat end nothing then just after 11am get email again spins are expired I reply again added screen shots that are clear 11pm recieved so only 12hrs past not the 24hrs promiced in email and let them know I was uncomfortable and suspect no spins where ever to come to account and agents where just messing with a frustrated new account holder for there enjoymemt I asked them to be truthful admit fraud email was sent by them and they are dishonest bunch and very childish employees and very unprofessional or honour the email and give me the spins which should have not been issue but for some reason they could not explain why they could not add spins to my accountant I then recieved email doubling down on expired spins and to contact them regarding any issue but clearly they have no intention nor did they at any time plan or try and assist me. I’m still being denied account verification after winning money — all my personal information has been submitted reviewed and confirmed but they continue to refuse my transaction history.I provided my official bank statement — the exact document my bank provides. It includes all my cards on one page which is how my bank formats it. That’s not something I can change. Despite this they keep rejecting it saying they need a statement with only one specific card which my bank literally does not offer.To help I even submitted three versions of the document:The original unedited bank statement.A version where I manually blacked out all unrelated card info leaving only the card they want.A screenshot of a written explanation clearly stating this.Still rejected.
