This is another follow-up review about my experience with Boomerang-Bet

• My withdrawal was canceled due to a technical issue on the provider’s side something that was completely not my fault. Despite this Boomerang-Bet reset the entire withdrawal process and forced me to start again from zero. At this point the total waiting time is approaching two weeks and I am still stuck in the same loop with no resolution.Trustpilot has a notice on their review page saying “We’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company.” After everything I have experienced it is very easy to believe that. If all reviews were legitimate this platform would probably be sitting at one of the lowest ratings possible. The support quality the withdrawal delays and the complete lack of transparency match the kind of issues that genuine customers report not the suspiciously positive reviews that clearly do not reflect reality.The support team continues sending copy-paste responses that do not address any of my questions. They refuse to explain why I am being penalized for a failure on their side and they refuse to give any assurance that this will not happen again. The withdrawal system is extremely slow completely outdated and designed in a way that makes customers wait so long that many will simply give up and cancel.At this point I am preparing my next step which is to contact their Curaçao licensing provider and file an official complaint. The pattern here is obvious. The delays the lack of accountability and the repeated vague explanations point to a platform that is not acting in good faith. If they refuse to pay then they will be reported at the regulatory level.This experience continues to show that Boomerang-Bet’s public image is completely different from the reality real players face. I will keep posting updates until this is resolved.

• I requested a withdrawal several days ago but it’s still pending with no proper update from support. My account is verified and everything was done correctly yet they keep saying to wait. The process is too slow and frustrating. I do not recommend this casino to anyone.

Unfair Rollover Decision: Same Team Different Game Still Marked as Repeated?

• I’ve been playing with Boomerang-Bet for a while and this time I encountered something that felt totally unfair.I reached out to support because my last bet didn’t count toward my rollover even though it should have. The rule clearly says the maximum rollover is 2800 and my bet was exactly that not over it. But instead of addressing that they told me the bet was repeated because I picked the same team (Toronto Blue Jays) even though the bets were on different games (Game 4 and Game 5) on different days.I tried to explain and even sent screenshots but the response I got was:By decision of the administration these bets are considered recurring. The decision is final and cannot be appealed.No part of their rules says betting on the same team in different matches counts as a repeat. This feels like a way to avoid honoring legitimate rollover progress.To other players: be careful with their bonus and rollover system. They can interpret rules however they want and leave you with no way to appeal.To Boomerang-Bet: I hope you fix this kind of issue. Players deserve fair treatment not vague admin decisions with no transparency.

• Ive been trying to reach the VIP manager for over a month via email and WhatsApp. They know I owe them money and therefore choose to ignore me. Every time I leave a bad review they respond with its being processed. Theyre trying to justify themselves in public this way. Ive contacted my lawyer. My advice: dont use this site.

The next day I only received a reply asking me to explain why I wanted to close my account — but my account remained fully active.Because Boomerang Bet failed to process my request I was able to deposit €886 after my closure request and lost that amount. This would never have been possible if they had acted responsibly and complied with my request in time.After several follow-up emails my account was finally closed but the company still refuses to refund the money that was lost because of their inaction.This is a clear violation of responsible gambling principles and basic customer protection standards. I strongly advise anyone to be very careful when depositing money here.If Boomerang Bet resolves this issue properly I will update my review accordingly.Update 10/22/2025: After weeks of unanswered emails and no refund I have now officially submitted a formal complaint to the Gaming Control Anjouan which is the licensing authority responsible for Boomerang Bet (License No. ALSI-152406028-FI2).I had requested my account to be permanently closed on September 14th but Boomerang Bet failed to act on this request in time. As a result my account remained open and I was able to deposit and lose €886 even though the operator was already informed that I wanted my account closed.Despite providing clear evidence Boomerang Bet continues to deny responsibility and refuses to refund the amount. Their explanation – that my account wasn’t closed because I didn’t state a “reason” – is completely unacceptable and shows poor player protection practices.I have now involved the licensing authority and will also continue to raise awareness about this case on Reddit and social media so that other players are aware of how such situations are handled.I am still open to a fair resolution and will update this review accordingly if Boomerang Bet decides to do the right thing and issue the refund.

• Guys Im asking you to take care of your nerves and your money. I won thousands of dollars but they didnt give me the opportunity to transfer it to my card.
