• I would give 0 stars. I deposited. They reneged on promos so I tried to withdraw. They said I had to make a bet with my withdrawal. I hit the bet for $50. Now they wont issue payment on same Paypal account I deposited with. My 2 choices for withdrawal: deposit $20 on another bank account (nope) or send them a pic of license to receive a check in 6-8 weeks. I dont trust them having any banking info or my ID. Ill say goodbye to the $50 and continue using DKFD and MGM as they all have proven to pay right up

• Updated review. App is bad. Company is worse. Took fraudulent charges from my account of over $3k. When I disputed them they resubmitted with addl charges for bank fees. Cost me so much to pay. I tried to split fraud costs with them and they continued charging me pushing my acct more negative. Sent several emails and service requests but always got someone will contact you. No one EVER did. Opened numerous service requests. Horrible service. DO NOT USE EVER. Trust me.

Had fun

• Stayed at Caesars in Vegas over a weekend and I love my time there! Great choice of restaurants amazing pool great casino obviously. However Id say the rooms are now too old and worn out for a premier estate like this. Doesnt feel like youre getting value for your money room wise. Nonetheless it was super fun!

• Never Again will I Stay/Play/Deal with Caesars Entertainment. Ever since Eldorado bought out no one is happy with Promotions Entertainment Hotels Experience. Three Diamond Levels? What separates Seven Star from Diamond? Same lines to wait in same parking same everything. Whomever created should be fired. What’s incentive to make Seven Star? Trip? MGM Hard Rock and several other companies no longer match our cards…why? Because they hand out Diamond just for walking in door. Worst company ever. Thanks to Eldorado you have destroyed an icon.

Horrendous

• As I was checking in I was so excited to stay at Caesars Palace. We were shocked and disgusted once we entered the room. The carpet appeared to be decades old with matted filth. The lighting was horrendous. We needed to use the flashlights on our phones even with all the lights on. The bathroom light was a fright to look at. The ironing board cover was deplorable. Instantly stained our clothes. Clearly no remodeling of any kind in many years. What a nightmare-ish expensive experience.

• I just opened an account in Virginia within the past 2 weeks. The app glitches and shuts down way too much. Its super easy to deposit money from your bank and super difficult to withdraw profits to the same bank account / card.

• Do not use caesars sportsbook! They are known for holding players funds and not paying out! Especially for large amounts absolutely shameless scumbags. Look up caesars sportsbook fined for not paying hockey bet out or look at other reviews for tons of examples.

Save your money Use another sportsbook

• Absolutely horribly sportsbook. After having one leg voided on a parlay where all other legs won they decide to count my entire bet as a loss just because a player did not play. On any other sportsbook if there is one or even more than one voided leg in your parlay it will remove that leg and update the odds and payouts accordingly. Caesars straight up robbed me of my win. To make it worse it was placed with a bonus bet so i know im definitely not getting refunded. Absolutely atrocious sportsbook and i wouldn’t recommend to anyone who values their money or themselves. Caesars is going downhill so fast i wouldnt be surprised if they end up bankrupt within the next 5 years.

• I have been staying at Caesars since they opened. Totally disappointed last week. The rooms have gone downhill and need major updating. The casinos are so smoke infested and in need of full time ionizers. Walking threw there made me want to vomit. The phone system sucks and its virtually impossible to get management or the front desk on the phone to solve problems.Our initial room assignment had been smoked in and the maid couldnt even tell that happened. It was so disgusting we insisted upon changing rooms immediately which was a big deal. Worst part is that we couldnt find Buzz Pop Cocktails being sold anywhere in the hotel or at 2 other brands.

No class

• Ive been a Ceasars member for over 10years. Triple 7 tier card holder. Im disappointed in the rewards and no invitations and perks. For spending close if not more then 200k a year i have zero free slot plays. ZERO $0 There need to be a change. My representative never return text messages or calls. This place is getting terrible. Im looking for a new place. Im pretty sure some other casino would love my 200k a year.

• Good location nice rooms helpful staff. Have stayed twice and will probably go back.Resort fees are ridiculous but are assessed at most Vegas hotels.No longer offer robes at least not in mid-tier rooms. Bummer.

What a joke!

• What a joke! Payed for a room with king size bed and ended up with 2 queens. The room was dated and unappealing. There was zero ice on our floor and when I called the front desk I was told I could go to another floor to get it. There was no bottled water available either. So thankful for tap water…gross! Never again will I pay over $1000 to stay in this crappy hotel. What a disappointment!

Caesars Sportsbook is the worst

• Been waiting on a withdrawal for nearly a month and contacted support 5x to no avail. Have received no communication as promised. They have absolutely no idea what is going on and will take your money apparently.

Poor Programming for Entertainment

• This APP is a joke when you move up in levels its programmed to reduce bonuses and pay screens. Even I increase bet its worst. If this is for entertainment why would you program it to just spend with nothing matching or bonus. If you think Im going to spend money youre wrong. if it take all my credit I will just uninstall there are too many other slot apps that will allow me have entertainment. The creator and programmer is only focused on people buying credits which is stupid. I wouldnt spend one penny for this trashy APP. This App isnt one star thats why your rating is low. Caesars Entertainment just lost a customer

• Caesars Entertainment doesnt even deserve 1 star. I made reservations hotel & air 3 weeks ahead of time. Three days before arriving I had to cancel due to my mom being in hospice and her declining health. Caesars Entertainment refuses to do anything and now I lost over $1330 or should I say Caesars Entertainment stole over $1330 from me. I wanted to go back in September or October when things settled down but now I have no intentions of ever going back. I wont give them the chance to steal any more money from me. Caesars Entertainment tells you you can save money by booking hotel and air through them. Dont do it. First I saved a whole $5.80 on over a $1330 purchase. If I purchased separately I wouldve been able to recoup my airfare to use at a later date. Now over $1330 has been stolen from me. Never again.

• Best location on the strip in my opinion.My husband and I visit vegas yearly for our anniversary and recently have made Caesars our regular spot.Price + location combo makes it tough to beat.AND if you tell them youre staying for your anniversary they leave you a little treat in the room.

• Don’t ever use Caesar sports betting app it is atrocious!! For example you can’t even bet on a soccer match for a team to win outright! No I’m not even kidding. What we the score is at 90 minutes is what the bet is there isn’t even an option to bet on a team to win. I could code a better app when I was 14. Disgusting customer service will tell you to grow up and quit complaining if you question the app. Seriously disgusting.
