• Opened up a case with Casino Guru.Spent longer back and forth with their support than it took the casino to pay me out. They did absolutely nothing to help this case along and didnt listen to anything I sent them. Was passed around to different support agents who asked the same questions. I wouldnt waste your time with these people.

• Every time I have a problem with an online casino I filed a complaint on the Guru website and my complaint was immediately taken care of. The Guru member who takes care of my complaint follows up regularly works hard for the casino to respond.
