• Not that platform for me. Found some of the customer service who reply on here to negative reviews childish disregarding not professional. First they try to flag negative comments then they reply with defensive immature replies. Hard to respect companies that act this way. Was not impressed with the way things were handled with cases I tried bringing them. Overall just not impressed with this platform. Find the rating they rate of many casinos very questionable. I am not convinced they truly care about the average gambler. I’d do my own research instead. I’ll safe you the time all online casinos are shady in my experience so don’t bother. I wish I could go back and never started playing online casinos. I have played almost 20 of them and I would not recommend any of them. This company recommends tons of shady ones. No respect for this company.

Casino guru ignoring rules of UK gambling commission

• Casino guru got my previous review taken down because after sending casino guru numerous evidence that grand Ivy casino is withholding my winnings they sided with the casino. I’ve sent them numerous evidence from the UK Gambling Commission website but they have disregarded it and closed my complaint and after trying to reopen it they emailed me via a no reply email quoting “We dont think the regulations of UKGC and Curacao are at all the same. The fact you were asked to supply the documents before you were allowed to deposit is one of the distinguishing features of UKGC regulation over all other offshore licenses” this response clearly proves that they haven’t studied my complaint properly or totally just disregarded the the rules and regulations of the UK Gambling commission. My £460 is being withheld by the grand Ivy casino and after showing them numerous evidence from the UK gambling commission website including section 17 of the UK gambling commission. They have ignored all regulations and have sided with the casino. Basically for casino guru the rules set by the casino is more binding than the rules and regulations set by the Gambling commission such section 17 which clearly states “Our rules say that a gambling business cant ask you to prove your age and identity as a condition of withdrawing your money if they could have asked you at an earlier point.However there may be occasions where a gambling business can only ask you for information at that time in order to fulfil legal obligations.If a gambling business needs more information before you can withdraw your funds for example for anti-money laundering checks then they should ask promptly and not only when you want to withdraw your funds.Where a gambling business delays a request to withdraw funds due to insufficient ID they may be in breach of Licence Condition 17 - Customer identity verification and may be subject to regulatory action”. Nor have I reached the threshold limit of 2000 euros or equivalent in pounds under EU anti money laundering law for further documents to be requested as I have only made a total deposits of £110 and requested a withdrawal of £460. I don’t understand why casino guru have bypassed all information from the UK gambling commission website to side with the casino. Basically they cannot be trusted as they ignored all evidence and have not studied my complaint properly and closed it and sided with the casino.

• The gambling platforms on this platform are all paid when you register and make a profit on it they will not pay out freeze the account contact them to complainComplain to them they are also a nest of snakes and mice they also say I have multiple accounts its really funny dont believe them.I found Sportbet.one here and registered to play and finally the casino froze my account and confiscated all my funds I went to complain and the reply was in favor of the casino they are charging to advertise here

• Do not trust this site. I filed a complaint against Betmaster Casino after they closed my account took my money and accused me of having multiple accounts. Despite providing all the evidence and waiting for more than a month they did not help me and helped the casino take my money without providing any evidence.
