• Just keep tanking their reviews so they can never scam anyone again.I have started legal proceedings against the business for allowing sign ups to a UK customer despite being listed as a restricted jurisdiction on their own terms and conditions. I have made several emails to the business but they fail to respond but they just love their copy and paste responses on TrustPilot. I would advise anyone whos struggling with this casino to raise chargebacks against them specifically UK users. Its a dead certain win they shoot themselves in the foot by listing a restricted country but allowing them to sign up. But once you try to withdraw firstly they will not let you withdraw to the credit card you used to fund your account. I opted to withdraw to my bank account so the whole verification process starts again. Max withdrawal is 500 euro per day. They asked for a copy of my bank statement showing my address and IBAN which I sent after redacting my day to day transactions. They alleged I edited the statement and said they need to see all the transactions unedited. When asked why they went silent. So no withdrawal and no verification. I have tried to close the account but they bombard you with cash offers and free spins and refuse to close the account. This is totally contrary to their responsible gambling rules. My advice....
