- This is not a genuine site. After completing all the necessary steps to be able to play on their site in term of account verification and deposit funds all of a sudden I couldnt access my account anymore. They have taken all my winnings away saying that there is a technical issue. Basically as soon I started winning they took all my money away without an explanation.

- It has its pros and cons. However Id stick with it. Could do with more safer gambling types. Like deposit limits. Terms arent overly clear. You need to play your deposit 5x before you can withdraw. I have made successful withdrawals as a UK player.

- Just keep tanking their reviews so they can never scam anyone again.I have started legal proceedings against the business for allowing sign ups to a UK customer despite being listed as a restricted jurisdiction on their own terms and conditions. I have made several emails to the business but they fail to respond but they just love their copy and paste responses on TrustPilot. I would advise anyone whos struggling with this casino to raise chargebacks against them specifically UK users. Its a dead certain win they shoot themselves in the foot by listing a restricted country but allowing them to sign up. I would like to extend one final chance to CasinoJoy to refund any payments made my bank have confirmed they will raise chargebacks and considering TP is the only way of getting a response i guess ill have to do it here. Refund me or face chargebacks and regulatory action just like you did in the UK when you were also found to be scam artists and had to run off to Curacao to keep your money laundering operation afloat. Scumbags.

- This casino is 100% a scam! Ive won well over $30000 however they do not want to give it to you as soon as I tried to withdrawl it they denied my withdrawl repeatedly asking for verification and I gave them it then they tell me that Im only allowed to withdrawl $700 a day and not on weekends...why is that? Its my winnings fair and square they then allow some withdraeld then now denying the last 6. I went to read the fine print and their so called rules are you can only withdrawl $15000 per month and basically anything else is forfeited to the casino but they wont even let you wothdrawl $15000 why do I have to forfiet my winnings? - This company is horrendous. It’s set up so if you win it’s so difficult to withdrawal says pending for days and if you want to self exclude you cant without writing/emailing a reason why and how long for meaning you need permission to stop. From then they don’t even reply and allowing clients who they have a duty of care of to continue putting in. No steps in place to help anyone who needs to stop just a con constructed to feed off of people who may have an addiction. A refund should be given to anyone who puts in after they have requested an exclusion.After 7 days I spoke through the live chat and said to email support again with the complaint. They finally excluded but ignored the complaint so I’m currently in the process of suing them for a number of reasons.

- I deposited on the 26th July. (I didn’t want a bonus). I won £380 and withdrew it. On the 28th I was asked to provide ID which I did and on the 29th my ID was accepted and my withdrawal approved and paid within a few hours.
