• After winning a fairly substantial amount I was asked to provide ID for security purposes. Which is understandable. However it took numerous emails to resolve them not receiving a single document (sent many times over). That being said the online live chat was super helpful and investigated in real time and within a short conversation the issue was resolved and payouts were sent. Super fun games good drop rates and helpful service teams. Would be 5/5 if there hadn’t been issue with the document uploads on their end.
