STEER CLEAR! This company is horrendous

• This company is horrendous. It’s set up so if you win it’s so difficult to withdrawal says pending for days and if you want to self exclude you cant without writing/emailing a reason why and how long for meaning you need permission to stop. From then they don’t even reply and allowing clients who they have a duty of care of to continue putting in. No steps in place to help anyone who needs to stop just a con constructed to feed off of people who may have an addiction. A refund should be given to anyone who puts in after they have requested an exclusion.After 7 days I spoke through the live chat and said to email support again with the complaint. They finally excluded but ignored the complaint so I’m currently in the process of suing them for a number of reasons.

• I deposited on the 26th July. (I didn’t want a bonus). I won £380 and withdrew it. • Ii signed up to this casino after dismissing it on a YouTuber’s recommended page. I completed the wager and ended up with a tidy profit. It was only then (stupidly) that I checked them out in trustpilot and was dismayed at the low rating and awful reviews. Totally thought I’d been scammed. But I went through the verification process and passed and I just received my first withdrawal just over twenty fours after requesting it. Their support team has responded to every email I’ve sent. The poor rating is not warranted. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because you can only withdraw £500 a day and also if you win money using a deposit bonus you can only win 5 times the amount BUT you must withdraw it all and then deposit fresh money in order to win more otherwise it gets voided

These guys will do everything not to verify your account

• These guys will let you register your account and take your money from any source. But once you try to withdraw firstly they will not let you withdraw to the credit card you used to fund your account. I opted to withdraw to my bank account so the whole verification process starts again. Max withdrawal is 500 euro per day. They asked for a copy of my bank statement showing my address and IBAN which I sent after redacting my day to day transactions. They alleged I edited the statement and said they need to see all the transactions unedited. When asked why they went silent. So no withdrawal and no verification. I have tried to close the account but they bombard you with cash offers and free spins and refuse to close the account. This is totally contrary to their responsible gambling rules. My advice.... Stay away. Far more reputable casinos around and you will have your withdrawal in no time.UpdateI successfully managed to have my account closed after pretending to have a gambling addiction.
