Sent back and received an email later that day saying that my account is now verified. Will update this review with timeline on withdrawal process! Bear in mind this was a deposit with no bonus attached and I wagered it 5x before requesting as I actually read their terms! - Deposited a few £100s over a month or so and never won anything worth withdrawing. When I did win something worthwhile and went to the withdrawal part of the site i came across the verification part. No problem had to do this on other sites. been trying for over 2 days to upload all the correct documents multiple times with no luck at all.Asked to email their accounts department and still no reply. Live chat does not work for me for some reason so really frustrated right now.I have 4000 euros sat there that is mine and I want it as won fair and square.

- I was worried after signing up making a deposit requesting a withdrawal and then checking these reviews.... But it wasnt as bad as people have made out.Should they be asking for screenshots and copies of your bank statement to prove your deposit method once you request a withdrawal?... No as theyre not registered or licensed in a jurisdiction that states they need to do KYC. Do they probably do it to slow down the withdrawal process and hope you cancel the pending withdrawal continue playing and lose?... Yes.But if you live in the UK and register with a UKGC licensed casino you still have to go through KYC checks anyway so its no difference. However the main reason a lot of us use crypto casino sites is so we dont have to waste time with KYC verification.Having said all of that... Once you get past the tedious part of having to verify your account its a pretty decent site. Regular deposit bonuses. Levels and achievements to earn coins that you can exchange for free spins or cash in their shop. And once my account was fully verified they processed the withdrawal within 30 minutes. Plus you can pay by card and use bank transfer as a withdrawal to avoid crypto fees. Plus they literally have every slot provider.... - This is not a genuine site. After completing all the necessary steps to be able to play on their site in term of account verification and deposit funds all of a sudden I couldnt access my account anymore. They have taken all my winnings away saying that there is a technical issue. Basically as soon I started winning they took all my money away without an explanation.

- Just keep tanking their reviews so they can never scam anyone again.I have started legal proceedings against the business for allowing sign ups to a UK customer despite being listed as a restricted jurisdiction on their own terms and conditions. I have made several emails to the business but they fail to respond but they just love their copy and paste responses on TrustPilot. I would advise anyone whos struggling with this casino to raise chargebacks against them specifically UK users. Its a dead certain win they shoot themselves in the foot by listing a restricted country but allowing them to sign up. I would like to extend one final chance to CasinoJoy to refund any payments made my bank have confirmed they will raise chargebacks and considering TP is the only way of getting a response i guess ill have to do it here. Refund me or face chargebacks and regulatory action just like you did in the UK when you were also found to be scam artists and had to run off to Curacao to keep your money laundering operation afloat. Scumbags.
