Been waiting over 5-6 months for over £2000 withdrawal just to be told it’s being processed - had to verify account and did.. always get told the same that someone will contact me etc - other sites belonging to the same group have verified and paid out🤷🏼♂️ They’l take ya money without verifying but getting it back is hard work!

- Having to post here on behalf of my mother who’s been treated disgustingly by casino joy! 6 days she’s had a pending withdrawal with no update! The online support agents although polite and pleasant are next to useless who can’t access and resolve anything or transfer you to anyone who can! As soon as the conversation gets to difficult they end the chat! She’s never had issues like this previously on this site but after this experience I would avoid unless this is swiftly resolved.

- Very Long Verification Process complete turn off!!I signed up and deposited I then played and made two withdrawals which were processed the next day. Then I was asked to be verified which I submitted my documents straight away last Monday night (January 25th) and I am still waiting kept telling me it was escalated as high priority on Sunday and Monday gone by and still nothing!

- I’ve been trying to make a withdrawal for over 70 days now without any success. I’m fully KYC’d. Furthermore I’ve requested to have my bet history transaction history full correspondence history to be sent to me multiple times in order to pursue this through a lawyer without any respond to my request. However it took numerous emails to resolve them not receiving a single document (sent many times over). That being said the online live chat was super helpful and investigated in real time and within a short conversation the issue was resolved and payouts were sent. - Wont give my partner his withdrawal as his passport is out of date he currently has 520.00 waiting told him to get a citizen card which will cost him 15.00 he is 53 years old for gods sake. I have sent full dbs check vodafone bill birth certificate and out of date passport and still wont give him his withdrawal even though he withdrew 310.00 that went into account the same night. Avoid this site at all costs absolutely awful customer service I am going to the gambling commision as he wants his money. An out of date passport is still a form of id as it is a legal document along with a dbs check and birth certificate
