Later the same day and again on 21/01 and 22/01 I repeatedly contacted Casino Joy asking for my account to be closed blocked and self-excluded. During these messages I clearly stated that I was vulnerable and should not be allowed to continue gambling or depositing.Despite this Casino Joy did not action my self-exclusion request. Instead they delayed taking action asked why I wanted to leave and left my account fully active. Deposits and gambling were still allowed throughout this period.As a direct result of this failure on 23/01/2026 I was able to deposit €1250 which should never have been permitted given my earlier requests and disclosure of vulnerability.Casino Joy will have full records of my emails their responses and the deposit history. In my view this falls well below acceptable responsible gambling standards. You can only send emails of which the responses take so long and are so brief which are sent by bots not humans. I have verified all my documents which took days to verify. After completing all the necessary steps to be able to play on their site in term of account verification and deposit funds all of a sudden I couldnt access my account anymore.
