• This site is a scam avoid!!!I deposited bit of cash fine and won a bit. Tried to withdraw my money and it said I couldn’t until I sent documents to verify myself. After waiting 4 days I tried to contact them by online and they said I didn’t have an account with them and must be with someone else!!! Tried emailing them and nothing then after few days they closed my account!! Avoid

• On the 20/05/2024 I made a deposit and several games played on took wagers but did credit any winnings. I also played on 2 games in which I won on the bonus round but again did not credit any winnings. Another problem is that the casino did not record my history on these games so I was not able to prove that I had wagered. I informed customer service and gave them as much info as I could including a screenshot of one of the winning bonus games with the amount. Customer service denied any responsibility and was not willing to help. Therefor I belive that this casino is operating fraudilently and cannot be trusted. I just wish that I had looked on all of the appalling reviews on here before I departed with a lot of money. Please stay away from this casino as it is not safe something very dodgy is going on. It needs shutting down immediately!

• Terrible website absolutely scammers I had won £2000 after I deposited £25 the money was fine in the account for 3 days whilst I provided proof of identity etc to pass their KYC checks and start withdrawing it. Had a £500 withdrawal pending as you can only do £500 at a time and a balance of £1400 woke up this morning £1525 had been taken away to the system and I was left with £375

• Robbing Scum!I deposited my cash via card payments and Crypto all was fine with deposits..Won a bit of money then upon attempting to withdraw my cash they mentioned that I need to be KYC Verified no worries here Ive got nothing to hide.Sent them absolutely everything I had but theyd still wait 3-4 working days to then ask for something else.It took around 2 weeks to get verified.By this point I had gotten my balance to a very handsome £4000!You can only withdraw upto £500 at a time and this takes 3-4 working days at a time.. I have successfully withdrawn £1500.I had £500 pending and noticed it hadnt hit my account this morning.Ive attempted to log in apparently my logins are incorrect.. so I tried to change them.Nothing! No password reset email Ive contacted them to try and help me out but no response.The robbing low lifes have robbed me of £2500!I cant imagine how many others this has happened too.I also avoid all bonus offers as they come with dodgy Ts&Cs so all of the winnings were 100% mine!Steer clear! Scumbags

I asked they close the account and refund me then sent me and email saying there terms state you cannot have a refund with played money???? I did not even play and have all the proof to state this in multiple ways. It’s just an absolute lie all of it worst thing is I have full proof

• This is a new casino (which went live in April 2024).Pros:A part of the current casino phenomenon of Pay n Play its easy to set up an account and start playing. That is really the only pro though (if youd even consider it such). To withdraw youll need to go through KYC first and that took me over a week!Cons:Oh where do we start?Ive had feature wins on games not credited to my account (over £500 of winnings that have just vanished). Support havent been vastly helpful either claim ignorance or give the our providers are looking into it spiel. Weeks later those providers are still looking into it.The deposit methods are on the lean side. Deposits can take a while too on a number of occasions Ive had to wait for over an hour for my deposit to be credited to my account.The withdrawal method are ridiculous. Its clear that the idea is for you to put in your money with few ways of actually getting it back out! Oh and if you do want to withdraw it will take days for it to be processed (then further days for it to actually hit your account you could be talking over a week for a £500 withdrawal). The maximum you can withdraw is £500 so if you win big be prepared to wait a long while before it all hits your bank account.Ive also experienced games crashing midway through a spin some have never let me back in. To this day despite speaking with support (again) theyve still not fixed the issue. It will be interesting to see though the games reset after 90 days of inactivity including any winnings which were waiting to pay out... Id be willing to bet that I can get back into them then but hey Im a gambling man so maybe my bias plays a part in that(?)There are also some pretty ludicrous terms in their T&Cs for example wager requirements only permit you to wager 20% of your deposit on a spin... so technically if you only deposit £10 the maximum you can put on any spin is 50p! Further ludicrous Terms include a maximum win of £5000 anything more is sacrificed to the Casino on payout. There were other terms just like this that arent legal but yet Casino Charles thinks it can enforce.TLDR: My honest opinion is stay away! There are so many issues with this casino its not possible to list them all here. Their T&Cs are atrocious and basically hamstring you in such a way that the casino is not likely to pay should you win anything big. Deposit and withdrawals are also shocking.
