- Casino Minister is truly the best in this space. It is rare to find real support in the online casino world especially when you feel like the player has no voice. These folks gave me that voice. From Someone Who Has Seen Far Too Much of This Website
- Most reviews of Casinomeister (CM) are informed by 1 resolved issue. Trustpilot is saturated with inch-deep praise for CM doing basic things theyve become adept at commoditizing. Ive been a full-time pro gambler for 19 years. Ive initiated 8 complaints and have a much deeper perspective of how CM behaves under true litmus tests. Truth and the public interest are secondary priorities that get trumped by whats good for CMs bottom line.Only 4000 chars so must use more adjectives than I prefer. Only have space for summary detail. Side note: despite all their libel faulty assessment insincerity laziness inaction cocksure lack of introspection and toxic alpha-male energy CMs still better than Casino Guru (see my review).Both CM and Casino Guru have conflicts of interest inherent to their business model.Devoid of proper regulatory oversight the casino industry is rife with bad actors. As a high volume gambler for 19 years situations arose. In real time there were no issues with my 8 complaints at CM. However when moderator Max Drayman took stock of my complaint volume there was a stark change in his conduct. He disliked I exclusively used his site for leverage in complaints and that I would post at more than one site. I posted that it could be good to be slightly provocative in your posts since itd provoke responses whichd increase views whichd extend your leverage if you made a good point. Of all CMs trash talk this tepid comment Drayman singles out as overstep and has since been unamicable even belligerent.Sequentially: Won ~$5000 progressive jackpot. Get stiffed for no valid reason. CMs initial impulse was to do nothing. I remind CM if I dont get paid money in that jackpot goes to nobody. Only then does CM act.Casino group stiffs me for $44400 in tourney bonus prizes + $2000. Wait a month for CM to respond - nothing. CM terminates complaint. Later CM accuses me of frivolous complaints and not following through on them. Had prosecuted this complaint elsewhere to the point of exhaustion.Casino tries to charge me $36000 in processing fees on a $605K win. This scale of fee not supported by T&C and contradicted what I had been told when I asked preemptively before win. CM does not downtick casinos rating and blocks the most sanitized summary of it that I tried to post.Casino voids $4800 for an accidental bet over $10 max wager on which I win nothing and have no angle to make. Wording of the rules unambiguously gives no grounds for casino to do so. CM empowers casino not to pay me and buries incident on their page for that casino despite the fact it got by far the most public views/responses/support relative to other postings. Casino obviously fabricates tournament scores and then stiffs me for $111758. Since then casino group gets 37 Trustpilot reviews all 1-star. CM superficially condemns casino but talks out of both sides of mouth empowering casino to get away with it while attacking me and editing out basic facts in my favor. Casino is still found nowhere on CMs negative review lists. CM takes backhanded approach by admonishing me with vague misdiagnosed rant at end of one of my other posts. CM attacks me for alleged dishonesty refuses to substantiate attacks locks me off from responding. This was not for my elucidation. It was intended spectacle. CM could have used PM. This gets picked up by transgressing casino who exploit it to get my complaint dismissed at Casino Guru. Even knowing they are effectively exonerating a casino they had just condemned CM refuses to retract. Write extensive rebuttal - ignored. As absolute last resort try to litigate for libel seeking only discrete retraction with generous terms. CM immediately terminates my account and accuses me of countless unspecified forum violations. CM hides behind lawyers of parent conglomerate and refuse to address any details. Make bad faith claim were immune because accounts were anonymous. No lawyers endorsed this. Obvious evidence account was mine. Dispensed insults. Beyond cease & desist my legal contacts fail to follow up no reason stated (see my other reviews). Offending casinos reputation plummets and Casino Guru proves absolutely intractable so the point by and by becomes mute.Some CM attacks didnt even make sense. I put things in writing publicly but I was trying to gaslight em?? Drayman clearly over-depended on memory failed to properly review and suffered from fragmented continuity.CMd conflate normal complaint prosecution as having an agenda a nebulous turn of phrase they themselves are guilty of. CM is not a neutral dispassionate arbiter.Outside which casinos are paying or not the forums are the blind leading the blind. They will not help you become an advantage player.

- If I could give this site a negative score I certainly would. I went to them about an issue I had with Sunrise Slots and my winnings being taken from me when they shouldnāt have. I filed my complaint and a thread was created with Gourd being the arbitrator on my case. Gourd posts an opening statement and ends it with ā This conversation is only visible only to @MiStro66 @Posh-Sunrise and Casinomeister PAB staff. If anyone needs to talk to us privately please feel free to send a Private Message to @GourdFollower or you can email us at complaints@casinomeistercomā. So after a couple days I messaged Gourd as directed and asked a question about procedure to which they answered. At one point Gourd even messaged me with a question to which I answered back. All of which was about conversation with support at Sunrise expected time of response etc. after the representative for Sunrise gave their response to the complaint I get a message that Max would be handling my case from that point on. He opens with that Iām in direct violation of PAB rules for messaging Gourd. I explained and even copied and pasted the statement from Gourd instructing us to message them directly. He then proceeded to argue with me about my case with Sunrise. I had screenshots of all the evidence I needed to prove my case. However with every post he made he would say ā I think weāre done hereā or āunless you have proof this case is closedā . Well I did have proof but it seemed like any case outside of receiving a late payment wasnāt actually going to be fought. So he closes the case and I went elsewhere for assistance to which I was successful by the way. I go back to this site several weeks later to find that my account is disabled and to contact admin. So I did and Max says it was because I was abusing their services and I was hostile. Never once was I the slightest bit rude during this process. At that point I knew why there were so many bad reviews. So when I told him this he says that my response to having my account disabled proved his assessment of me to be correct. So not only am I not supposed to be irritated by this but also Max is psychic⦠I canāt say that thereās some kind of underlying agreement with him and some of these online casinos but I can assure you that he wonāt fight them for you despite the evidence that you may possess. If I left it up to Casinomeister I would be out $24400. Thank god I kept my screenshots and found another arbitrator that would actually fight for me.Update: I would love to be able to post screenshots here to show otherwise but if course Iām unable to because I would gladly post the Bitcoin payments that I received. As for violating the terms by DMing I copied and pasted the message from Gourd in my complaint what youāre failing to mention is where Gourd had messaged me with questions also. Iām really confused on why you would go to the lengths of contacting this casino after our case was closed to get an update on whether I received any payment from a case with another arbitrator. That seems like maybe youāre abusing your relationship with the casino. In what universe would that not be a violation of privacy or terms especially since you are so āvigilantā about the terms when it comes to someone sending a DM asking about procedures? You can use your position to gather financial information regarding other arbitration cases handled by other arbitration firms and payouts from casinos but we canāt send a DM asking about procedure or to answer questions from your staff? Also it seems like you put a whole lot more effort into arguing this point after the fact if only you had put this much effort into arguing WITH the casino and not FOR the casino. Well Max it would seem that your response has most definitely provided first hand evidence of the several claims that have been made against you. Once again your ego has come first and because of it you showed everyone on a public forum just how much integrity you lack when it comes to your profession.

- I was permanently banned from CasinoMeister after trying to open a serious thread about irregularities in an online casino game. I didnāt present the full evidence right away because I wanted to see the communityās reaction first something many users do. However the moderator ( Dunover ) abruptly closed the thread saying ānothing new was being addedā even though the thread only had 4 pages (while others have over 20 or more).Later when the same casino was being criticized by other users and even publicly flagged by the platform itself I commented again to mention that my original thread had been shut down. Right after that I was banned with no warning or chance to explain.At no point did I insult anyone spam or behave like a troll. I simply tried to present a sensitive issue step by step. I believe I was treated unfairly especially by a platform that claims to protect players and support transparency.Thank you for your response Mr. Max Drayman. I find it somewhat cowardly that you choose to hide behind the āCasinomeister Teamā signature instead of addressing me directly under your own name.In my case Casinomeister did receive all the technical evidence directly and they even sent it to the provider. However my thread was closed after only four pages with the argument that it āwasnāt going anywhereā while there are threads in the forum with 20 30 or even 40 pages full of irrelevant messages that remain open. It is legitimate to ask: why the special focus on mine? Was there outside pressure to close it? The closure was not due to a lack of evidence but because the topic was inconvenient.I also noticed that my name has been mentioned repeatedly. My name is public everywhere even here on Trustpilot alongside my email address. That does me no harm. I was not a problematic person; I was someone who touched on topics that affect certain interests within that platform ā a platform that claims to protect players but in practice suffocates them with promotions and bonuses. This is not genuine player protection but just another tool to push bonuses.Furthermore I consider it discriminatory to state that all my texts were AI-generated. That is simply not true. The AI was only helping me translate what I wanted to say as English is not my strong language. Suggesting otherwise sends the message that only those who speak perfect English are welcome in your forum which is both exclusionary and discriminatory.

- What can I say about Casinomeister one word amazing.On the 17th of June I had a bit of luck on a casino that Ive played on a good few times. But it didnt look like I was getting paid out for some funny reason so I started thinking how do I make a complaint about this casino started browsing around and come across Casinomeister told them my situation and within a week an half the casino started paying me my winnings. - After trying for 52 days I finally got my funds paid I had many back and forth emails with the casino until they stopped responding altogether.
