I had the worst experience
- I had the worst experience! Customer service was awful they refused to give me a refund of 25 dollars after I told them I did not feel comfortable sending a full picture of my ID and debit card. One of the supervisors told me I was able to crop or cover the other information with a paper and I did and send multiple times at a time they kept telling me it was wrong I sent again different ways the conversation took all morning to get no help at all from them and no customers service all he was saying I am trying to avoid you from doing a claim against us and yet they never gave me refund on my account the supervisor was so rude as I had to repeat myself over and over to explain how I felt. The app kept disconnecting and I had to repeat all the time to different people how simple would of been to provide me my 25 dollars back and avoid all fo this stress for my customer. They made it really had the last message sent to me was well since you cant understand us our bill department will reach out in 2 days and then it got disconnected again. What a ripped off they kept my money stole my money. I would never recommend this to anyone and I will continue to leave this review for everyone to read their poor social skills and customer service. Again would not recommend to anyone.
