• What an absolute joke of a site this is they will allow you to spend money and keep spending with no bother the second you win they want everything and I was more then happy to provide my I.d only to be told for 2 days OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG PLEASE TRY AGAIN and try again I did for 2 days and when you want to complain you get a ticket number and noone to talk to the policy of this site is backwards and a crap show poor poor quality and I will not be leaving this but I also wont be going back on the site

Poor management and totally lack of control.

• OK. Firstly I wont to say .I have been to club3000 bingo at Bristol many times .And it has always been good. But I went on Monday afternoon 11/11/24 .And it was disgraceful. There was a table next to me ( table numbers 248 249 210 212 .) .Were utterly embarrassing and more importantly totally disrespectful. The noise they ere making was outrageous. They all should be banned with immediate effect. I missed so many numbers I lost count especially when doing the table tops games .I may have had winners .Who knows .I missed so much I lost track. Whilst there is a break between bingo sessions there cannot be that amount of noise levels it is not on .And more importantly the management team in particular ( the bingo caller Darren ) .Did absolutely nothing about and that us not acceptable and they need to get a grip of themselves and start running the club better and properly. Because we are paying out a lot of money and that amount of noise in between there bingo sessions is not acceptable and clearly not good enough And all the management team need to get a grip get there act together and run the club better and properly. Myself and my daughter went to club…

• Myself and my daughter went to club 3000 Hyde road last night and was greeted by a lovely lady called Vera . The night was going well until the pet machines kept going down so you had customers constantly shouting saying the machine had gone down. Chris the caller was amazing .

Promotions are Deceiving !

• Rigby Road- Blackpool.Reasonable prices on bingo and food/drinks. Dont play on the bandits on a few occassions I punted 200gbp (2 quid punts) and the most i won was a 5er no bonuses) other players were saying the same. Twice now i have made a descision to go based on a promotion I recieved via text making it sound as if I had won half price on a pet or free book got there n alls i saw was everyone with them I asked the clerk has everyone got one of these? I was told only those with the app my friend doesnt have the app and he got one!!!! I asked another who didnt have the app and they got one!! Then there was the winners night if u won u got a free night so i went to that one when i got there they were handing them out to everyone!! Really boils my blood these tactics. I WOULD LIKE THE TRUTH SO I CAN MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION!!! Other than that its a pleasnt enough experience.

• Disgusting bingo site rip you off they do not go by their own rules. They make them up as they go along never go there again void club 3000 bingo in Cwmbran The manager is as helpful as a brown paper bag in a rainstorm honestly I will never ever go there again

Website steals money cant withdraw

• I bet on their website and won.I now cant withdraw my winnings.I did not use any bonus funds but theyre saying different excuses why I cant withdraw.The system says I havent wagered enough but I used cash and no bonuses so this isnt right.When I email them they keep saying my evidence of cards I used doesnt meet their criteria but it does they keep sending me automated emails and declining and saying theres issues with documentation but there isnt Total scam I want my money back!! At least the initial amount I deposited

Food was awful on the Caribbean night…

• Food was awful on the Caribbean night at Hyde Road Chicken was red in the middle and plate was pilled up that much I had to take some off and put it in another plate went to take it back and the first manager was nice and offered me a full refund main manager was rude saying I wasn’t fussy it was just to much on my plate and I could have £4 instead of my full refund I was told the chicken was pre cooked and they warmed it up I ain’t happy due to being this way and the way I was treated never again

• Deposit as much as you like without verification but dont dare try withdraw anything because it will drive you crazy with the ridiculousness of it all! This is when they implement their safer gambling responsibilities. Identification requests are shocking they restrict your playing time or shut you out of your account completely. I have no idea how they get away with this shocking treatment! I am at the point now where I am going to report this site

• I went to club 3000 on Hyde rd Manchester last night and was greeted by the lady on the front desk called Michelle. She was such a lovely lady and made me and company feel very welcome it was my first time at this club and really enjoyed it so thank you Michelle for being so kind.

Took my money quickly enough but now…

• Took my money quickly enough but now cannot withdraw as I cannot download the correct ID. I deposited with Paypal so surely they can refund exactly the same without having to have 6 pieces of information. Paypal do not allow screenshots of personal pages for security purposes therefore cannot send that info. Photos do no work just get message saying too close get closer etc. I want my money.

Wanted to withdraw my money problem after problem

• Wanted to withdraw my money. The amount of ID I had to send was beyond ridiculous. Plus I was charged £2.50 to get my money back!They kept rejecting my payment card with middle 8 numbers blocked out but will not give me the feedback as to why. It has been over a week of trying and now the money has said “pending withdrawal” for 4 days. It eventually took nearly 2 weeks to withdraw £110. Ridiculous. I won’t be visiting that site again thank you! Mecca Bingo just processed a free instant refund back to my account I paid with via Apple Pay! Unfortunately your probably only reading this now your in the same position.

• So I joined deposited 50 pounds in 3 separate deposits. Now I cant play they blocked my account saying they want.3 months off wage slips and 3 months off bank statements yeh thats a joke.they have no right looking into my earnings yet they hide behind the responsible gambling attitude. No way club 3000 why let me deposit 3 times then ask.that should be against the law....Ive reported it to the gambling commission and I would suggest everyone else does.lets stick together and get these scammers shut down

• Went to this club 3000 old Trafford tonight and I misunderstood the caller 6 times sounds like he speaks though is nose it very off-putting . Either he got the mic right up against is mouth . Surely there staff there who can clearly call and be understandable

I am chronically ill always send BINGO Lloyds ave Ipswich Mr Johnson manager club 3000 now with no warning no CCTV I am aggressive nobody backs this . Local fire service made them correct fire stuff

• No evidence CCTV to back manager k Johnson to bar me 12 weeks outside not near club I went to leave anyway shouting swearing he claimed one small minority have THREATENED me I can barely move breath see yet I get barred no warning at all before . • Go to Middleton club 3000 its a good club and prize money great. However had a meal today sausage and chips never tasted anything as disgusting in my life. Chips had an odd taste and looked like they had been reheated and the sausage was so tough couldnt cut it with knife and had odd taste so if I get ill I will be sending health authority to see them. The staff in the kitchen are really ignorant as well can see you stood waiting but carry on talking then when they serve you have you standing at the till while they carry on talking so your food is going cold. Wont be having food there again.

Rude staff!

• So this evening myself and my mum went to the Club 3000 in Huyton. We go almost every Tuesday and buy food and drinks on top or our tickets.This evening I purchased a machine and as it was cheaper than normal went over to purchase paper books with a ticket I had the woman on the counter called Claire said you need to fill that out I asked if she had a pen and was just about to explain id already purchased the machine and would need to buy one but before I had a chance she rudely said go and fine your own pen I looked at her and said really she said go on find your own pen with a really bad attitude. She then gestured with her hands to go away like I was a dog. I said forget it Ill save money and she said something really rude as I walked away.Later on the way out she pointed and talked about me with another member on staff. Safe to say they have lost valuable customers and we will be going elsewhere

• I joined club3000bingo 2 years agoas I stayed in all the time my Friend Mary introduced me to it I go 2-3 times a week nowI went to Christmas party on Sunday 8/12/19 what a superb dayChristmas meal second to none wine on the table give away prizesfree bingo with good payouts all for £10 we spent the whole day there and paid for our evening bingoI have met some lovely people there and class them as my friends The staff make me feel so special they are part of my family. They worked so hard to make the day Special and they certainly did that. I would just like to give them a great big Thank you and Wish them a Very Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year I won’t be going anywhere else for my bingo. I’ll be in Wednesday night as my Grandaughters 18th on Friday so I will be with my family then. It’s a 10/10 from Christina xx
