• I saw the advert for club 3000 thought I would join on line thinking it might be like gala how mistaken I was I chose not to have bonus of free spins as wagering was 65x ridiculous. After depositing about 30 pounds I tried to withdraw 10 only to read the minimum is 20 to withdraw playing a little longer withdrew 20 told 3 /4 days on money going in bank disgusted to see that instead of my 20 there was only 17.50 paid by the club 3000 my warning to anyone joing I would think twice

• Absolutely million percent hands down the worst gambling site I ever been on. Takes yours money and when you win withhold your money ! I won 900 quid !!!!! • After a few visits recently its become apparent that certain customers receive free tickets and have their packages boosted to top deals - whilst paying minimum costs. The same people win massively. Many disgruntled customers. You should feel like you have a fair chance of winning big money when realistically you know when you see certain customers that you will win nothing. Definately an unfair gambling environment that needs immediate attention. Avoid.

Great experience

• I went to the kilnarnock club last week. Im registered partially sighted therefore I play bingo differently i.e. by using a bee/ touchpad Ive got to remain focused on the Bee so sometimes Ill forget to shout. I asked someone for a buzzer & they asked me why I shouldnt have to give a reason Other than that prices are cheaper whuch is better than another club I attend so Ill defo be back!

• Keep away from this site. Absolutely diabolical. Took my complaint to the gambling commission. I have mental health issues and they just keep letting you deposit.

Staff

• Really needed to write this email. Myself and my husband visited club 3000 in Preston Lancashire. three weeks ago.the intention was to meet up with my sister and a friend we had not seen for over twenty years. It was a brilliant night.but unfortunately the friend we met with became unwell. The staff were amazing they spent time with our friend and offered to ring her daughter. They contacted the ladies daughter. And she was taken to hospital. I cannot praise staff enough. You are an amazing team.

Staff need some customer service training

• Never full sometimes its about a quarter so easier to win. I use Doncaster and the staff need to work on their manners and customer service skills. Only thing that saved the miserable mare on the ticket desk and Donna with the envelopes from a telling off last week was my big win .

• Absolute shocking site spent most of 20 quid a week on this site and the other night i wagers a tenner and got 10 bonus soon as i used my real money and onto my bonus i won 500quid went to withdraw and it said i had to wager over 2k to get it to turn to real money? How does this even add up? Surely this is wrong? anyhow i span and span to get my wager down and ended up winning 1k still couldnt withdraw said i had to wager a further 200 quid or so so i got down too like 800 quid soon as i hit that wager my money went down to 250 quid???? they took away over 500 quid from my winnings? Went to withdraw that out and couldnt coz i needed photo ID ? how does one even send one in? anyhow deleted app never again this has to be wrong in so many ways!!!

Poor management and totally lack of control.

• OK. Firstly I wont to say .I have been to club3000 bingo at Bristol many times .And it has always been good. But I went on Monday afternoon 11/11/24 .And it was disgraceful. There was a table next to me ( table numbers 248 249 210 212 .) .Were utterly embarrassing and more importantly totally disrespectful. The noise they ere making was outrageous. They all should be banned with immediate effect. I missed so many numbers I lost count especially when doing the table tops games .I may have had winners .Who knows .I missed so much I lost track. Whilst there is a break between bingo sessions there cannot be that amount of noise levels it is not on .And more importantly the management team in particular ( the bingo caller Darren ) .Did absolutely nothing about and that us not acceptable and they need to get a grip of themselves and start running the club better and properly. Because we are paying out a lot of money and that amount of noise in between there bingo sessions is not acceptable and clearly not good enough And all the management team need to get a grip get there act together and run the club better and properly. • Myself and my daughter went to club 3000 Hyde road last night and was greeted by a lovely lady called Vera . The night was going well until the pet machines kept going down so you had customers constantly shouting saying the machine had gone down. Chris the caller was amazing .
