• Just to back up Sharon Bagguley’s review of 14th August - there is definitely something going on at Robin Park Wigan. As she says the same people win all the time on one session when we were present the same woman won on no less than 6 occasions! The mathematics of that occurring must be infinitesimal?

The new Leeds Hunslett Club is massive

• The new Leeds Hunslett Club is massive! It gets that busy on Friday Saturday and Sunday nights they run out of glasses at the bar 😂. Its capacity of 2000 people is usually met and in the bar area you can play bingo talk listen to music and press the buzzer when you have a claim. Its location is out of the city centre which keeps you away from city centre crimes and all of the staff and management are friendly helpful and go out of their way to help anyone. The food is very nice and well priced and it’s the most luxurious bingo hall in the UK.

Rip Off

• My wife and I attended the Ellesmere Port branch this afternoon and will not be doing so again. Admission prices were treble what we normally pay in Wigan and the Prize Money lower! Not sure how that can possibly be fair?

• Cardiff branch full of sexual harassment towards the staff with the excuse that one of them is autistic. This is not an excuse seems to be ran by poor management allowing this sort of behaviour against young girls 😡

My daughter and I go to the Wigan…

• My daughter and I go to the Wigan branch and we buy the maximum bees should be fair equal chance or so you would think but the same 6people always win every night !! Not just small wins the big houses as well everybody is commenting on it out of a table of 4 they all won a full house tonight I don’t know how it’s done but it looks fishy to me the same winners are sat with staff having a smoke cuddling etc dosnt matter what might you go there in winning big

• I saw the advert for club 3000 thought I would join on line thinking it might be like gala how mistaken I was I chose not to have bonus of free spins as wagering was 65x ridiculous. Club 3000 Preston - AVOID

• After a few visits recently its become apparent that certain customers receive free tickets and have their packages boosted to top deals - whilst paying minimum costs. The same people win massively. Many disgruntled customers. You should feel like you have a fair chance of winning big money when realistically you know when you see certain customers that you will win nothing. Definately an unfair gambling environment that needs immediate attention. Avoid.

Great experience

• I went to the kilnarnock club last week. Im registered partially sighted therefore I play bingo differently i.e. by using a bee/ touchpad Ive got to remain focused on the Bee so sometimes Ill forget to shout. I asked someone for a buzzer & they asked me why I shouldnt have to give a reason Other than that prices are cheaper whuch is better than another club I attend so Ill defo be back!

Staff

• Really needed to write this email. Myself and my husband visited club 3000 in Preston Lancashire. three weeks ago.the intention was to meet up with my sister and a friend we had not seen for over twenty years. It was a brilliant night.but unfortunately the friend we met with became unwell. The staff were amazing they spent time with our friend and offered to ring her daughter. They contacted the ladies daughter. And she was taken to hospital. I cannot praise staff enough. You are an amazing team.

Staff need some customer service training

• Never full sometimes its about a quarter so easier to win. I use Doncaster and the staff need to work on their manners and customer service skills. Only thing that saved the miserable mare on the ticket desk and Donna with the envelopes from a telling off last week was my big win .
