- It is a fraud casino they do not pay...1294€ payout ( 994€ my own deposit ) they avoid payout by requesting additional documents for verification but when the documents are provided exactly following their demands they reject them.Always will find an excuse to not pay out even the small winnings and steal player money. - I would rate it worst then 0. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY! This place will rob you for your money. They stuck a wager on my “test” deposit of $20. Told me I would have to wager 1 time before being able to withdraw. Told me it is considered money laundering…??? I’ve totally changed my mind on sites where I have deposited and made a withdrawal. They denied my withdrawal twice and never even sent me a email or a notification. This site SUCKS. Don’t waste your time. Find somewhere else. Games suck. Customer service suck. Site is not clear. Waged requirements is not clear at all. They stick rules on YOUR money. I’m so pissed off. It’s ONLY $20 but I was straight up scammed - it’s the principal behind it!!!!!!!!! - Absolutely horrible the had a promo deposit 25 get 100 spins no wagering requirement. I deposit it dont get the spins get an email to send in the next welcome bonus deposit. I contact customer support and they barely understand what im asking. Send the problem somewhere else and say they will get back to me. 24 hours later i contact them to tell them i want to withdraw my deposit and they say i can. Good luck their withdraw screen never loads. What an abolute joke they take the fun out of it and replace it with a headache. They should pay us to play.

- One of the worst casinos out there they have offer bet 50€ get 50€ in freebets when I did that they only payed out 30€ in freebets after an month trying to get in contact with them no answer about the missing 20€ freebets then they start saying in gmails that I cant recive anymore bonuses and that I need to take a break from gambling because I had asked too many times to get my missing 20€ freebets added. - Been playing this site for a couple of years but in the last 12 months or so it seems the rewards are smaller and you have to spend more to get them. By the latest example i spend about 2000 spins to build up multipliers (10x) and build up 20x spins. And the bonus was at 30xbet after those 20. Seems to be the new normal that the bonuses are like this. Spend alot and they spit on you. But if you have a very small bet of course you get bonuses often. They dont want you win big. They changed the algorithms so its close to impossible to get a decent win at higher stakes. Should not be a problem cause they got players enough but no. Playing should be a nice experience but now it looks like they just milking it.
