- So I thought cool cat casino was a scam because I tried to withdrawl my winnings on a free chip for days to no avail. BUT I guess I was not being patient enough. I received my money and my 10 dollar deposit back today . It takes a little while to get your money make sure you ask why if they tell you that you didnt meet the requirements so you can meet them then withdraw request again. Cool-Cat casino really is cool!

I have 2 withdraw requests they state it takes up to 7-10 days and you can not get a deposit back on your credit card either a ach bitcom or a check but thats international. They steal your winnings during withdraw
- So I had requested a $100 withdraw and was waiting for it to go through. When next I looked I noticed that the $100 withdraw request showed it had been canceled and a $80 withdraw and a $20 withdraw was in its place. Upon checking my account the $20 was pending but nothing showing on my side for the $80. I contacted customer support they told me I had used a free chip before which justified their recovering 80% of my winnings. DO NOT USE.
