Cool Cat-Fix it!

• Ive been using Cool Cat for many years. I requested a withdraw on Dec. 16th. Since then Ive been dealing with trying to get my docs approved. They keep telling me that my address doesnt match. I told them right because I moved over 1.5yrs ago. Its almost a month and Im still dealing with this address change so that I can get my payout. I dont understand why CoolCat you all cant figure out that I need you all to update my address in your system. Im not sending docs based on the address you have in your system its based I where I live now. Their website indicates theyre just a call or chat away. Well there is NO PHONE NUMBER the chat people confirmed that. • It’s been awhile since I tried to cash out on 10/9/24 $2000 and also $100 on 11/19/24 and it said it was approved by the manager on both transactions and never got my withdrawals even after giving them all my documents which was verified. Told I couldn’t get a check. So gave them bank information for wire transfer and was told I couldn’t do it if it’s a joint account. Open a separate account and still I over 3 months. I had to submit a document with my address. Had to resubmit it because I didn’t take the picture showing the complete document. So far the sevice has been subpar. It’s been ten days and that’s not the time limit the website says for withdrawals with bitcoin. I’m owed the money. It appears that CoolCat is trying to slow pay me and it’s unfortunate because I like the games and the ability to win seems fair. I will update this review if coolcat sends my payment today because yesterday my document was approved and it’s been ten days since I’ve submitted the request.
