They steal your winnings during withdraw

• So I had requested a $100 withdraw and was waiting for it to go through. When next I looked I noticed that the $100 withdraw request showed it had been canceled and a $80 withdraw and a $20 withdraw was in its place. Upon checking my account the $20 was pending but nothing showing on my side for the $80. I contacted customer support they told me I had used a free chip before which justified their recovering 80% of my winnings. DO NOT USE.

• Ive been using Cool Cat for many years. I requested a withdraw on Dec. 16th. Since then Ive been dealing with trying to get my docs approved. They keep telling me that my address doesnt match. I told them right because I moved over 1.5yrs ago. Its almost a month and Im still dealing with this address change so that I can get my payout.
