• The casino its self is briliant. But the whole fuss about vip ekstra good cotumer service is a straight up Lie. Im a platinum vip. 3 highest possible status. I means noghting for them. It sound briliant having your own manager.. But they Are not There the half of the time.. In fact the cotumer service told me they dont use it Any more.. And if you think you get treatet better than others think again.. The management dont give a a sh it about you. No ekstra service No ekstra noghting.. If fact i dont think casino managers Even know what appreciation. Or costumer care is.... Please Remove advertising for the vip program. Ist worthless. Best regards cashhunter19
